It's an intependent video production of the 80s released by a very small cult label called LARRY SCOTT VIDEO. It's about a psycho old man who rapes and kills young women until he finds the love of his life. Terrible direction and acting and not so violent as it sounds but still a cult film.
The opening scene were the main actor (Dimitris Voyatzis - the director of the film also) talks on the phone to a young lady pretending he wants to hire her as a nurse for his mother and suddenly has a psychopathetic crisis is unbeleivable By the way director has passed away by heart attack...He shot a couple of other cult films but this is the best (if we can call it that way).
