Well, a dream of my life came true. I managed to get one of the rarest Greek sexploitation films on original VHS!
MIKAELA, O GLYKOS PEIRASMOS
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0230525/

Released by Importex International, a Greek label located in Canada!

Congratulations!
I have a copy of the English version. I wonder if it's shorter than yours...

I have the English version too (a copy). It is about 5 minutes shorter.

And of course I prefer the Greek version as I'm a Greek.

But for me the best is that I found it on original VHS !!!

That came from me. I hope you enjoyed it. I did not realize at the time when I bought this that it was rare. Importex Wholesalers used to have a storefront near my Video Vortex address. If I knew at the time I could have bought extra copies. I`m not sure if they were still around when I bought this though. I never listed it in my catalogs because I couldn`t find any info on it at the time.

Funny story about that one. I would always go to the Greek video stores looking for weird sleazy titles and this was recommended to me by the owner. I took it home and it went into a box for a few months. When I finally pulled it out of the box and looked at the front cover I started thinking `why would I ever buy a movie with a cover like this?`.
It looked like the kind of movie my parents or relatives would watch (they`re Greek) Luckily I didn`t give it to them thinking it was one of their movies. They are all seniors and would have been quite surprised if they watched it to say the least laugh.gif
Anyway, I'm happy it went to a good home.

A thousand thanx from me too !!

This movie is a legend in Greece. And a dark dream for many men here biggrin.gif

Of course you can now download the (shorter) English print and there are a few copies around to swap BUT the original VHS is just a TREASURE!

Does anybody knows if Ntenisi indeed bought all the copies of the original film? And does a harcore version really exists? I red that there are two copies, a greek and an english one which is 5 minutes shorter. But is any of them hardcore (I watch the english copy and it isn't), or we are talking for a third 'ghost' copy?
