Hell of the Living Dead aka Virus
Directed by Bruno Mattei (as Vincent Dawn)

Hell of the Living Dead. Wow, what to say about this gem of all gems for movies that are so stupid that they are assume! This is truly a Bruno Mattei zombie classic, that uses music from Dawn of the Dead that was composed by the hit rock group Goblin. This zombie classic clocks in at about a 103 mins (going by the Anchorbay version), which in my mind is way to long for a zombie movie. That even includes cannibals and tons of stock footage! For the Bruno classic I am giving this picture a 4 out of 5. A must have for any zombie or Bruno Mattei fan. B)

It wasn't AFRICA AMA, it was NUOVA GUINEA L'ISOLA DEI CANIBALI or something like that... That mondo film featured a music theme that can also be heard in Lenzi's SO SWEET SO PERVERSE and SEVEN BLOODSTAINED ORCHIDS.
