that was the fucker who ripped me of some years ago joos!!! (like i said in the topic on the pre cert, I paid him for a couple of tapes and a book but never got them))

He will most likely be banned over at pre-cert any minute and also added to the "Bad Trader Thread" with all his contact info. ;)

Did a trade and bought some tapes (still waiting on his part) so I have his Hasselt adress, just might come in handy... ;)

I got one tape from him with succes

communication was not optimal (packaging could have been better too), just a bit on the slow side. So I just took him for a trader starting out and in the end we had a very good deal.

I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or if he is just slow, but from my experience I would give hime the benefit of the doubt

...Ironmaster also thanks him in the "Excellent trader" thread so I'm pretty positive he has also recieved his tapes...

maybe miltos can ban this fucker here?

I bought 8 tapes from this guy. Took about a month or a bit more before i recived my tapes.
It took a lot of reminding pm before he sent them. I also noticed that he was online when i wrote my msgs but still no reply. Sometimes i do that also but thats because i use my cellphone and its quite more messy replying that way.

I sure hope you guys will recieve your tapes eventually.

I had a PM from him last week in which he asked my adress again cause my package was sent back to him. That can be a big lie but also the truth... :unsure:

don't count on it mate...he used the same trick with me two years ago under a different name (grandjean instead of betastillrules). After his bullshit reply mail (he claimed he shipped the sending) I never heard back from him (eventough I emailed him 5 times after)

im very surprised! I wrote him some messages and he allways wrote back, I was begging him for pictures of spaghetti tapes but he never sended me any! would have sended him money straight away if he had some tapes i was after.
I "bought" some tapes from him, but he never contacted me for the money transfer???

It's more than that...300 euro is aproximately only what he ripped from joos, me and Cees.
On pre cert he ripped also other members! And he's doing this for years now it seems. He's also on auction sites with tapes and on other forums also selling records (deejay stuff), which he also doesn't ship...

been ripped of by a belgium seller aswell before........he lived somewere in limburg

bought some tapes from him, he said he sended them, but they never arrived......he told me that the problemm is my problemm......he posted the tapes, so that was the end of his part. a few months later i saw he offered the same tapes again for sale!

But i know a guy called jeanpierre from riemst but he's a good guy. He had like 15 000 tapes back in the days which he all selled at fairs. (i was too late for that :( )
but he had them all transferred on dvd and sold them as bootlegs, also on fleamarkets. But he always said they were bootlegs (you could easily see that - the dvd were blancs :) ) so he never tried to rip anybody.

Maybe betastillrules uses his name and adress?

well the guy that i bought the tapes from, told me he used to have loads of tapes, but transfered them to dvd. he only had a few tapes left. i was interested in 2 of them........so that story fits yours.

i confronted the seller through email when i saw he offered the tapes i bought from him again for sale, he replied to me by writing "suck my balls"!!!
a well mannered fella! I told him this remark fitted him and i understood he probably needed the money more than I do.

Same here also i asked for additional information like condition and more pictures of "Shadows Unseen" which was the only tape this seller had up for grabs that i was interested in but never got the additional pictures or info so lucky me i never made a deal. ;)

Ok I hope to see my guy on sunday (big fleamarket) and hopefully he we'll make me some wiser...I hope that my guy is NOT betastillrules. If he is, than he has borderline or something like that...
