New Idea to get things going....

So I was thinking (don't hold your breath and yes I do think) and here is the result:

1. A general restart to some point in the future ( I was thinking 1,500 ABY).

2. Token system. A rough idea but offering up contest and a few other things in the works that would offer up coins or tokens to the winners which would in turn redeem them for prizes that could consist of powers, abilities, special items and / or special stuff.

Well we need some solid activity first.

Well regardless of the restart and the other stuff. We don't have any activity right now. So the restart would and is a change of setting more than anything.

Like those ideas. Unfortunately, how the hell are we going to get more activity? I've been wracking my brain for MONTHS over it. I've tried advertising. I've tried suggesting the site to friends. The problem is that once people get to the site, they see it isn't active so theyre like "nobody's on?. Screw this" and leave. I think we should get the little code thing that makes it look like people are on even if they're not.

I going to be posting up something today (seriously this time). Its going to change the current year of the Galaxy. I also posted up new Character Creation Guidelines as it directly pertains to character's abilities and what they can do. Please check it out. It is at least worth a quick read.

Sorry for my disappearance, but let's just say that the overall lack of activity played into my lack of activity. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the reboot and hope it'll generate some fresh faces. Of course, we could set a "reboot date" where we all try and get on and at least post for the sake of posting. That would have people see some activity as well as get things going.

Speaking of the devil, not you Klatu, but I was thinking bot planning it for New Years but that might be a pipe dream though.

Non-holidays would work better. Fact of the matter is on New Years, people are going to have partied hardy and either be tired, drunk, or a combination of both, despite the fact that everyone will probably have the day off, which they'll use for recovery. I'd say most weekends would probably work for a possible "reboot date."

It'll be the 1st of the Year.....and yes, I'm plotting...Please pass the word around. Lets see this site strong again.

My idea: Go back to the time the Dominion first opened; right after episode 6. Right our own future.

Personally I was thinking about 150 ABY. But it is still up for discussion at this point in time.

I agree with Kain in a lot of ways. it would make the site pritty intresting.
