Protoss aircraft eludes us all... since its setting involves fictional technology and what parts that are even possible even eludes understanding for most of us... perhaps these reasons have made us all the more reluctant to do any Toss vehicles, namely the aircraft. (remember the arbiter thread? It got nearly nowhere with the stasis field talk and things... but that was a spellcaster airunit with crazy technology) Even if we can get clues from the upgrade names for aircraft units, (gravitic drive, for example) who knows how it looks like?
That's where the illustrator can add his own little twist and have that fun taste of artistic liberty

Frankly, I dun really enjoy doing protoss airships (all the xenodynamic curves that require precision... ugh). I enjoy doing Zergies the most... but there hasnt been a protoss illustrator who really loves doing it (right?) until NOW.
U know who you are...

But if more than one person decides to do something, why not talk between the two or three of you and negotiate, or do 2 independent illustrations of them... the more illustrations and takes we have, the better

Or you guys can negotiate to do more closeup studies on certain parts of the vehicle (like the phase disruptor cannon on the arbiter if ppl volunteer for arbiter).
But I really wanted to request one particular unit today.
The SCOUT.
Really, I have never ever seen a decent illustration of a scout. Not even the SCG renders of the scout could do any justice to these rampaging Raptors of the Protoss Fleet.
LOCUS Acknowledged.
PS: btw, I think the person on my mind who was the best fit and available for the job right now, happened to have one of the scout's quote for his signature
