Being the easy going people that we are, there will only, however be a few simple rules. More may be added in the future, though. 1. Be respectful. Other people have feelings too, you know! 2. The rating for this board is PG-13, however, I will allow R-rated rping, as long as it is stated in either the topic title or description. 3. No spamming! It's stupid and annoying, unless it is the the correct place. I will put a spamming forum in the 'General Discussion' forum, but it won't add to your post count, so I guess it's rather pointless. 4. Be active. Please remain as active as possible. Imagine if your topic can't continue because the other person simply disappeared. Now wouldn't that suck? 5. When registering your username, please provide a first and last name. Spaces are allowed. Good Example: Hermione Granger. Bad Example: sexy_gurl696 6. Please no murders or suicides unless it has been finalised with an admin. I don't want members disappearing all over the place. 7. I'm not at all a fan of big signatures. At all. If it's too big, and you've been PMed about it, and still refuse to remove it, we will take it out and replace it with a very nice message and a warning. Same goes for advertising in signatures. There is a specific place for advertising - use it! 8. If your characters must go all the way please put a warning post in your topic before you start or just label the topic. RPing Rules 1.There is No powerplaying OR godmoding. You are NOT allowed to control any one else’s character. You will be warned then actions will be taken 2. Check for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors. Not everyone that comes to these sites uses English as a first language. To show that you have read the rules, when posting a character application, please post 'The Darkness Reigns' at the bottom of your application. Otherwise, you will not be accepted. 3. Please stay in character at all times. There is a section for OOC posts. Please try not to tact them it you posts unless it's necessary. 4. You must have a picture of what your character looks like as your avatar, in your sig, or both. Please go to the avatar claim thread in the OOC section to claim which celebrity is yours. This way, no one else will be able to have a character that looks exactly like yours. 5. You may have four characters. However, you MUST have at least one cannon for multiple accounts, unless none are available. However, you can't have multiple characters that will interact a lot.
