Description: Rai does not share much of any resemblance to the fabled dragons, although he does have scaly skinn, rather thick skinn that is a dark purple color deeped into a bit of blue. Upon his head sits a crown of horns, white but closer to grey in color. He does have a muzzle which is white aswell. His eyes are the same color of his skinn but his pupils are not normaly slit like reptiles, but if he wishes to look intimidating he can slit them and make them slightly larger. The few clothing he wears consist of Black Biker gloves, and black shoes with slight streaks of dark bluish purple on them. Upon his back sits two small Dragon wings, which are alot more useful than they seem.

Talents: He is the best at endurance, is very flexible, and can spurt energy out he uses for attacks equaly to keep himself in battles for a long while.

Strengths: His biggest strengths is agility and endurance.

Weakesses: Rai has no real weakness, no element is super effective on him. But he can be lead to blind furry, but thats rare. But now, Rai is a very powerfull opponent, but if your advanced in battling theres not much of a need to fear him. All elements work on him, but they are not super effective, secondly wise opponents get him down most of the time.


Transformations-

Hidden Rai-
This is about 20% of his true form. Spikes which are made of his bones go down his arm and a large sharp one goes out of his elbows. His crown of horns turns into only three large ones. Two spikes comes out of his shoulder blades. He is more sleek and sharp and th ability of this transformation allows him to move at a high speed with loads of stamina. This increased speed does not come without a downside though. His ability to take damage is weakend and so is his streingth. So basicly his speed, Agility, and evasion goes up but his attack and defense goes down. But aswell this form is based on the element of fire, allowing him to unleash almost unlimited fire attacks.

Awakend Rai-
The large spike in the middle of his crown turns into a green flame and his eyes go blank. This form is what could be called a SUPER FORM, but it doesn't need chaos emeralds to be awakend. The Basilisk inside him awakens it as a last resort for when Rai is weak. But at times Rai can unlock this form on his own if the Basilisk allows him to.
After using this form once he cannot use it again for a while.

Basilisk-
Rai's TRUE most powerful form. He achieved it by defeating and devouring a great sorcerer and weilder of ancient knowlede and magic. The power of this form is virtualy unlimited and gives Rai amazing strength and speed. But this unlimited power cannot be summoned whenever he wishes. But great power and speed is at his disposal. Along with Necro energy to throw and use, a third eye that has many mysterious abilities. Two metal bands on both arms. the One on his left unleashes balls of enigmatic energy that can act as a shield or anything Rai can think up of to shape the balls into.
ON his right are needles that jut out and are connected to threads, the needles sharpin and grow in size turning into Blades. 6 Blades total.
Now Rai's main largest horn goes backwards a bit and curves over his head, then two spikes remain on the side of his head going back.

-Weapons-

NONE

-Abilities-

-Dragon Eyes: Rai's eyes slit like a reptiles, but not for intimidation like usual. But with these eyes he is now capable of seeing all that is coming at him. Anything in the area around him cannot surpass him, invisibility, doppelgangers, high speed, sneak attacks, they ALL are seen. Now Rai cannot predict what your attack is befor you start to launch it unless your fighting style is predictable. Rai uses these eyes to see your attack and find a way to get through it and hit you with an attack.
He can also use this to see the amount of energy you use or how to see through your shield or whatever trick you have.

-Downside: The downside to this is that when used the attacks Rai launches are usualy extremely difficult and puts massive strain on his body wearing him out alot of the time.

-Dragon Rush: Dragon Rush is when the battle gets intense, his adrenaline meter rises dramaticly, at this point his agility is at it's peak. He mostly uses his Dragon Eye with this. At this point he evades just about every attack he can and unleashes a blitz of attacks of his own, he can soar through the air with the speed and power he pouts into his legs and can take loads of damage. He barely even feels it he's so pumped up.

-Downside: The Downside to this is when his Adrenaline Rush is all gone he is almost breathless, but that is mainly determined on the amount of attacks he unleashes and how long he is using it. He loses most movability when its over and is usualy incapable of evading...


Fire breath: Rai can unleash a stream of fire from his mouth.

Weather Controll: If its cold Rai uses stored Heat within his body to keep him at a neutral state, when its Hot Rai uses cold stored in his body to keep him at a neutral state.

Fish: Rai can use Stored Oxygen within himself to stay underwater for about 10 hours.

Gliding/Flying: Rai can Glide, but very well. He can kick up winds himself and make himself ride upon the winds, so its basicly flying. But without control of wind he cannot fly, only glide.

Snake jaw and swallow: He can open his mouth large enough to fit a hedgehog's head in, then he can swallow that whole. So basicly he can eat anyone that isn't too big thanks to his snake like ability to snap his jaw bones and open them wide. Then with rubber like bones in his neck and body he can swallow and then after a while very powerful acids burn up the food until it's a healthy snack.

Acid spit/ Sticky spit: He can spit from his mouth a sticky substance that is very gooey and thick. Then he could also spit his strong stomache acid out that burns pretty deep.

See while blinking: He has an extra layer of skin thats transparent on his eyes. They go up and allows him to blink without hendering his vision.

-Battling styles:

-Blind Demon-
Rai is all around powerfull. But agility and endurance is top. His fighting style consists of zero holding back and ALMOST zero planning. He runs in launching massive attacks with his high strength and even better agility. Basicly he launches whatever comes to his mind and what it usualy is is not something to underestimate. He runs in looking for blood.

-Aquatic Serpent-
When underwater he breaths from an oxygen tank stored within him. He doesn't usualy throw punches underwater because it would be too slow. He usualy swimms around like a torpedo and ramms into his opponent. Also he uses the stored Helium within him that he uses for floating back to surface and gliding to unleash a blast of bubbles. The Helium is ignited by fire within him giving the bubbles a heated boost that can blow an enemy underwater away, usualy into a wall.




-Attacks-

-Normal Attacks-

Wind Vortex- Rai can use his controll of wind to swirl up enough wind within the palm of his hand, the wind is now not light, but heavy, it even scraps the ground. He can hit an enemy with this attack whipping thier flesh with wind and blowing them away. But at this rate it is very dodgeable. What Rai does is use his Dragon Eye and his Dragon Rush at the same time which allows him to move at a blinding speed, the Dragon Eye is for seeing what his enemy trys to hit him with. The Dragon rush gives him speed enough to fade out and then launch three attacks at once and the rate the attack is launched is about a 10th of a millisecond, a terrible speed.

Toss and Throw- Rai can use his power over wind to pick up objects and toss them, be it fire, rock or water. He can lift and throw by using only wind.

-Personal-

-Personality: Rai is cocky, Rash, Rude, and he always has something to say.
He doesn't treat anyone differently, Man, Women, Child, even a greatly respected and powerfull person. Rai treats them all as idiots with his smart mouth and rudeness.

-Past History-

Rai is is truly the legendary Beast.. The Beast's existence has been basicly coverd up and told in tales and legends known by many within this universe..
But long ago before it were just stories.. The creature was real, and rained chaos upon PLANETS covering the Galaxy in it's fog of destruction!
With great might it crushed it the lands of each planet it traveled to, spending years upon years devouring what he wished and leaving the drained planet to eventualy destroy itself...

Soon people began to take arms and began to battle the creature, making it's vigorous devouring of each planet's resources slow. Soon a decrease in size could be seen on the creature and in also began weaken... So continuing the the battle against the creature the people of the galaxy thought it possible to win.

So a special unit was created, Special Destruction Unit. Or S.D.U., they were assigned to crush each scourge in the galaxy that took alot of power to destroy.
Now with the creature weakend they saw it fit to send out the S.D.U. agents and battle it out... But things didn't go as planned...

Now a creature of such mass, size, and power could not have come from nowhere.
It's creation derrived from the boredom of a Diety and it's ignorance.
Long ago, within another universe sat a planet of great size which had the aura of the heavens upon it. Within the planet were three brothers, each known ot be a God.. The Bringer of Destruction, The Bringer of Peace, and The Bringer of Life & Death... Thier creator and master Yggdrasil gave unto one of them a duty to Guard him... After not too short a while the Bringer of Destruction rose as the winner of who will do the Guarding and did his job. Guardiang the great tree of the universe, Yggdrasil.

But over centuries of Guarding and not much time to himself he grew bored... So he did something that was forbidden. He plucked a fruit from the tree and created his own guardian. One that will obey him and only him, and then he named it Basilisk. So after telling Basilisk to Guard he ran off to do as he wished... But history repeats itself, in worse ways than most...

Basilisk, grew bored aswell. But would not leave the tree, of fear pf being scolded by his much stronger creator. So, with a curious mind Basilisk devoured an apple from the tree. With the apple went the power of a galaxy which surged through Basilisk's veins giving him an increase in power. Soon Basilisk wanted more and devoured as much as he could. Soon, he became strong enough to ignore his creator and unleash Hell upon the Heavenly planet of Dieties which did not see it coming!

So, the three brothers battled and lost. As a last resort they smashed the Orb of universe unleashing a vortex that pulled the Basilisk away.. But The Bringer of Destruction was told to go, and find the Basilisk and destroy it. And with it's head, he will bring back the apples it devoured, returning the galaxies..
Getting help from his two brothers he set off to get the Basilisk.. But each brother will help in thier own way.

Years later, a weakend Basilisk was found locked in battle with a group of S.D.U. agents, who were in alot more trouble than the Basilisk. But before everything was to be over a light shined upon them. And with that light went the Basilisk, landing onto Mobious.. As Rai...

Rai found himself within an Ancient City, which he soon found to be home.

-Current History-

Bio: Rai is now 17 years of age, he ventures off from the Ancient City every now and then, but he always returns, he has no where else to go. Plus he protects this place. The Ancient City Gives Rai knowledge of his past, plus different powers every now and then. The first Elemental power he gained was Wind. An ancient ghostly voice speaks to him in a unknown language, only HE can understand it. But truly the voice is the inner Dragon of massive power who wants nothing more than for Rai to learn ALL of his past's secrets and then he can be released from his prison within Rai and cause destruction once again.

History if Basilisk Form-

A weilder of great ancient power had stepd into Rai's Ancient Ruined city. A Mistake you would say, if you didn't know how powerful this sorcerer truly was..
Making his way into the city, he took a look at all the rubble and studied it. Till his eyes met the Temple in the middle of this rubbled place. It sat perfectly, not completely ok. But in better shape than the rest of this place.

So he took his walk there, hoping to find more ancient artifacts he searches for. Halfway there, he feels something and with a raise of his hand blocks a ball of fire. The fire only hits and fades away on this person's rock hands. "Who is there..?" He mutterd searching around with his eyes. To a spectator there would be nothing to see, but this sorcerer saw all.

With a stomp earth was lifted from the ground in the form of a pillar breaking through the roof of a building. Then flying off of the pillar after being slammed by it was the Guardian of this city, Rai. He flew into the air and then made himself stop midair with his wings. "Bah!" Is all he mutterd before swooping down toward the intruder. Delevoring a slash with his claws Rai placed a mark on the sorcerer's stone hands. Rai's claws could infact shred metal.

This came as a surprise to the sorcerer who deleverd an attack of some unkown force. Under his hat you could see an eye, a third eye glimmering with power. "Ah, a dragon I'm guessing.. As seen in many fables and stories, well in those stories there is always someone who slays the Dragon.. Might aswell be me." The sorcerer said cooly to Rai who was getting to his feet after being thrown to a wall.

"You will be slaying noone old man... I will be devouring you..." Rai mutterd grinning and then charged at the sorcerer. In a flash another attack was launched, but some how Rai managed to dart to the left avoiding the unseeable attack and grabing the sorcerer's third eye. Rai yanked but it wouldn't budge. The sorcerer looked in shock at what this creature was doing and then attempted to launch a heavy punch to hit Rai away. But Rai used his legs and wraped them around the sorcerer's arms and held it as tight as possible.

Soon the eye was yanked out and Rai droped it to the ground. Blood dripped from the weeping man's forehead. Rai only chuckled and licked his claws. "Who's slaying who..?" He mutterd before taking his claws and slicing open the sorcerer's neck...
Then Rai devoured this person... After the eating of the flesh the eye came and placed itself upon Rai's forehead. Then dissappeared out of sight. It only appears whenever Rai unlocks the power he was given from eating the sorcerer and absorbing his aura...

This is how Rai attained his new found power.. The END.
