Does it steal speed from other people on the server?The way I read it was it chunk up the download into small parts that downloaded faster then one big file.If it steals bandwith i'll stop using it.

Its an addon for firefox, which supposedly speeds up downloads up to 400%. If it works like most download accellerators, it just finds multiple sources for the file and downloads it from all the sources at the same time. So, you arent really stealing bandwith from people downloading regularly, but you would be affecting other people using the accellerator, but thats fair because they are doing the same thing to you silver1.gif
