I can not seem to see any pictures in my "yahoo.com" e-mail account and Im not having any luck finding where the settings for that are.
Please advise.

By any chance, are you running the new yahoo mail beta? If so, when you are on the "inbox" tab, highlight a mail ( a mail with pictures), and you should see a yellow bar in the middle of the screen. On that big yellow bar click "Show image".
