Microsoft Outlook Express is an e-mail and news client bundled with certain versions of Microsoft Windows starting with Windows 95 OSR-2.

You should get thunderbird instead. Its the number one email client. Express is second, then outlook. Plus thunderbird is made by the people who made firefox. Its a mozzila product. So its got to be good.
