Since Jutsu are hard to pull off with the system we have, we've decided to make them more worthwhile, by increasing the damage dealt.
Now along with the damage dealt, we'll be implementing a "counter-evade" option. What this means is you can decide whether you'll try to avoid the jutsu in your next post by movement, or counter the jutsu with a jutsu of equivalent power of the counter-element.
An example being that you as Nin A, your enemy being nin B; end up fighting, and Nin B casts a jutsu, and you miss your attacks, which means his jutsu is cast successfully!
On your post after the mod, you can counter it by "hastily casting a jutsu of equal power as one action". Now the counter jutsu will have a 50% rate of failure, but should it succeed, it will block the jutsu.
This will be most appropriately utilised against area of effect jutsu like fire, water or wind.
If you don't have something to counter with, you can always run!
