UNIVERSAL JUTSU:
May be used by ALL ninja villages The Genin Package = 0.5 Kawarimi (Body Replacement Technique) - This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Henge (Transformation Technique) - The user assumes the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. Shunshin (Body Flicker Technique) - This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Kakuremino (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) - This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. Bunshin (Clone Technique) - This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. Nawanuke (Rope Escape Technique) - A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. Utsusemi no Jutsu (Projection Technique) - In order to hide their position, the user projects their voice from all possible directions with this jutsu. Gouken Jutsu: Gouken (Strong Fist) - The purpose of which is to cause external damage and break bones. Additionally, they have learned to open the eight chakra gates, allowing them to briefly increase their physical limits in exchange for severe physical damage after the effects have worn off. - This is NOT a jutsu. Suiken (Drunken Fist) - Only someone with a total taijutsu of 10 or higher may choose to learn Suiken Kenpou. Getting drunk increases a suiken user's str and dex by 4 but penalizes intelligence and wisdom by 4 (to a minimum of 1) - This is NOT a jutsu. Dainamikku-Entorii (Dynamic Entry) - This jutsu is simply a flying jump kick at an enemy. Zesshou Hachimon Hogeki (Eight Gates) = 3 per gate; decrease in evasion of 1 per gate for 3 posts (Opening of gates effects lasts for 5 posts) - The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies. - Each gate increases strength and dexterity by 2. - This is NOT a jutsu. Omote Renge (Front Lotus) = decrease in evasion by 2 for 3 posts | minimum of 1 gate (evasion decrease is accumulative with evasion decrease from opening gates) - Uses a spinning piledrive to the opponent from the air. - This attack gives the user +2 to strength Konoha Reppuu (Leaf Gale) - Using his quickness and agility, the user performs a spinning kick to sweep his opponent off their feet. Konoha Daisenpuu (Leaf Great Whirlwind) - This jutsu involves a powerful leap forward followed by a spinning kick with both legs in succession, the second kick being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks the first. Konoha Shofuu (Leaf Rising Wind) - Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon the opponent is wielding. Konoha Goriki Senpuu (Leaf Strong Whirlwind) - This jutsu is basically the same as the Leaf Great Whirlwind, only more damaging. Konoha Senpuu (Leaf Whirlwind) - This jutsu is a set-up attack for a stronger jutsu. It consists of a simple, but very fast, duck followed by a powerful upward kick, which sends the opponent flying. Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus) = decrease in evasion by 2 for 3 posts | minimum of 3 gates (evasion decrease is accumulative with evasion decrease from opening gates) - This jutsu is an advanced and more destructive version of the Front Lotus, which requires that at least three chakra gates be opened. Once enough gates are open, the user launches the target into the air and hits them with one arm and one foot, sending the target crashing into the ground. Kage Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf) - While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack. Mugen Ranbu no Mai (Eternal Chaotic Dance) = (see gate openings for how much is decreased from evasion) - After opening seven chakra gates, the user punches the ground, creating an earthquake that launches his opponent into the air. He then attacks his foe many times at the speed of light, moving so fast that it seems as if there are three user's attacking at once. To finish, the user punches the enemy from the sky three times, slamming them back to the ground. Tsuki Nukeru Atsuki Omoi (Stabbing to Draw Out the Burning Emotions) = (varies on how many chakra gates were opened) - The user unlocks several chakra gates, and then charges into the opponent, lifting them upwards into the sky like a rocket. After reaching a certain distance, both user and his opponent crash back into the ground. Shin Ura Renge (True Reverse Lotus) = 2 evasion decrease for 3 posts (Evasion decrease is accumulative with opening gates) - This jutsu is an enhanced version of the Reverse Lotus, and requires the user to open the sixth chakra gate. It begins with the user kicking the opponent into the air, followed with the opening of the sixth gate. Once the sixth gate is open, the user launches themselves into the stunned opponent, constantly attacking them with speed so fast that the naked eye will only see light beams passing through the opponent. Kake Agaru Atsuki Tamashi (Great Entrance of Burning Spirit) = (see gate openings for how much is decreased from evasion) - The user first unlocks seven chakra gates, then uppercuts his opponent high into the air. He then quickly jumps after his opponent and uses a chakra-powered punch to send them back down. Medical Jutsus: Shousen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique) = 8 on activation, 6 for every post when healing, 3 for every post when used for cutting. - This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach their muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective. Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu (Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique) - This jutsu uses a part of the patient's body as a medium to heal their wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal and a great deal of time to complete. The medic-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes. Dokunuki no Jutsu (Poison Extraction Technique) = 7 on activation, 5 for every post - This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precision control on the part of the user to avoid causing internal injury to their patient. NINJUTSU: Ayame Tori (Murderous Grasp) - 10 - This jutsu uses a metal string strengthened with chakra to make a thread capable of cutting through steel with little difficulty. Bunshin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion) = 6 to detonate - This jutsu works in combination with the Shadow Clone Technique to create a shadow clone that will explode on command. The blast created is considerable, and could potentially kill an attacker engaged in hand-to-hand combat. Chakra Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique) = 6 upon activation - This jutsu allows the user to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of an opponent. The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media - Saps 4 chakra for every post Chishi Kuenai (Cunning Topography) - 11 - With the aid of a giant, mechanical hand, this jutsu allows the user to quickly dig a large trench over a wide area. Jutsu Sho (Technique Neutralize) = varying - This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It uses the same amount of chakra as the jutsu it intends to cancel. Kai (Release) - 3 - When used to release genjutsu, the sum of the user's wisdom and charisma should be at least equal to one less of the sum of the enemy's wisdom and charisma or greater than to use geenjutsu kai. (Ex: If victim's wisdom and charisma is a total of 6, and the opponent's is 7, then Kai will be successful. If the victim's sum of wisdom and charisma is 5 and the opponent's is 7, Kai is unsuccessful) Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) = 2 - The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) = 10 per individual clone - Unlike the normal Clone Technique, this jutsu creates actual clones of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, so each one can perform jutsu and cause damage on a level equal to their creator. The clones will disperse when enough damage has been done to them. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made of any other material, making them indistinguishable from the genuine article. The Sharingan can tell the difference, however, likely through an application of its analytical properties and attention to detail. Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) = 13 per target - This jutsu paralyzes an opponent, leaving them open for attack. This is considered a signature jutsu of all ANBU members. Kao Utsushi no Jutsu (Face Copying Technique) - 6 - This jutsu is a more powerful version of the Transformation Technique which not only allows the user to take on the physical appearance of another person, but copies their scent as well. The user must be in close range of the person whose face they're copying for an extended period of time for the technique to be successful. Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique) = 7 (per wave) - A modification of the Shadow Clone Technique, the user throws one shuriken at the victim and then uses this jutsu to create multiple copies of the shuriken to make the attack more powerful. Tobidogu (Projectile Weapons) = 5 - In order to store and use items or weapons that the user would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them contained within summoning scrolls. Tomegane no Jutsu (Telescope Technique) = 5 - With this technique, one is able to view a distant location through the use of a clairvoyant crystal ball. Soshuha (Manipulating Attack Blades) = 1 for every object controlled. - This jutsu allows the user to control and manipulate blades, which can fly through the air and attack targets. Nan no Kaizo = 2 for every body part. - Originally developed for spying activities, this technique can be done after some surgery and actual body modification. The user can then stretch and twist any parts of their body at any angle, elongating and allowing themselves to coil around their opponent, surprising them. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike. Hiru Bansho: Boku no Jutsu = 5 to merge, 2 to maintain. - The user merges with or within a solid nearby object, taking on its properties, and avoiding any damage. Shushagan no Jutsu = 18, 4 per post. - This jutsu allows the user to copy the face of another person, effectively impersonating the said person. Dokugiri = 5 - The user breathes out a toxic gas from their body that can also be used as a handy smokescreen. Genjutsu Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique) = 5 - This jutsu causes the enemy to walk around in circles for hours by making it seem as if they're walking straight to their desired destination. The enemy eventually becomes exhausted after traveling the same path over and over. Magen: Jigoku Koka no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique) = 4 - This jutsu causes an opponent to see a tremendous ball of fire, which descends from the sky and envelops the opponent. Because there is fire everywhere, the opponent will then flee to a location of the user's choosing. Magen: Nijuu Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique) = 8, 2 per post - This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. Jigyaku no Jutsu (Time Reversal Technique) = 3 - This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique) = 5, 1 per post - This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area. Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique) = 5 - This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. Taijutsu OOC: You may have personalized Taijutsus, go ask for them in the Questions and permissions *since most of the taijutsus showed are personal* Chakra Empowered Moves - 5 chakra spent will add +1 to Strength for each successful attack (Effect is cumulative per attack) - 3 chakra spent on the feet will add +1 Dexterity per post (Effect is cumulative) - Users with accumulated Strength, Intelligence, and Wisdom at a minimum of 10 can spend 5 chakra to gain +2 to Strength for each successful attack and gain “pulverizing effects”, thus the craters. NOTES On Gate Opening: when opening gates, you have 5 posts before the effect finishes. The evasion decrease is summed up after the fifth post; BUT only the jutsu with the highest evasion penalty will apply. (EX: You used Mugen Ranbu no Mai and Tsuki Nukeru Atsuki Omoi (assume that you used this on 3 gates) within that 5 posts. The evasion decrease will only apply to Mugen Ranbu no Mai. You cannot use several gate techniques consecutively, only after 2 posts of the first one. Renge techniques are considered a finisher, so once you use this, it will end the effects of the gate opening. Renges are an exception to the decrese in evasion, users will always add the evasion decrease. (EX: you used Tsuki Nukeru Atsuki Omoi (2 gates) and Ura Renge (5 gates), at the end, the user will suffer a decrease in evasion by 7 (5 gates reduce 5 evasion and the Renge reduces by 2). Kuchiyose no Jutsu - User’s Intelligence and Ninjutsu must be a total of 10 to be able to learn Kuchiyose. - Small, lesser summons = 8 - Combat type, man sized summons = 15 - Combat type, giant sized summons = 22 - Boss = 30 -------------------- |

Clan Jutsu Sharingan Jutsus: Activation of Sharingan = 5 Maintaining Sharingan* = 3 Doujutsu: Satsui (Eye Technique: Killing Intent) = 5 - A genjutsu technique using the fully matured three tomoe Sharingan and lots of killing intent. - Once used, Genjutsu offense +Infinity; limited only by eye contact. Tsukuyomi (Moon Reader) = 25 - Requires Mangekyo Sharingan. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in a illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. Once the jutsu is finished, the target will not be able to fight for some time, if they don't suffer complete mental collapse. Amaterasu (Shining Heaven) = 25 - Requires Mangekyo Sharingan. The jet-black flames are said to be as hot as the sun, and will burn for seven days and seven nights. Kakashi's warping banish jutsu = 25 - Requires Mengekyo Sharingan. Creates a localized interdimensional space-time warp, allowing the user to target any object and send it to another dimension. *Maintaining cost applies to Kakashi Jyuuken Package: (Restricted to Hyuuga) Byakugan (White Eye) = 5 upon activation - This is NOT a jutsu Jyuuken (Gentle Fist) = 1.5 upon each successful hit of a palm-thrust. - The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an added bonus, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. - This is NOT a jutsu. Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm) = 8 for every successful hit of a palm-thrust - The user does a palm thrust at an opponent while expelling a large burst of chakra from their palm. This violently pushes the opponent away. The opponent does not need to be within reach of the user for the attack to be effective. Hakkesho Kaiten (Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin) = 4 for every post - The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers. Hakkesho Daikaiten (Eight Trigram Palms Great Heavenly Spin) = 8 for every post - This jutsu is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin. Hakke Rokujuyon Sho (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms) = 20 for sixty-four strikes. - This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points on an opponent's body, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time. Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho (Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms) = 25 for successful sealing of 128 tenketsu - This jutsu is essentially a doubled version of Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Like the former, it closes off the opponent's chakra points. Unlike the former, it closes off twice as many (128) at twice the speed. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuichi Shiki (Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style) = 30 for successful sealing of all 316 tenketsu. - This jutsu is considered the most powerful technique within the Hyuga clan, and is effectively used as a last resort. When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the hidden lotus. This jutsu allows the user to strike all 361 chakra points of the opponent, paralyzing them with each blow and killing them instantly upon the final hit. Hakke Sho Ranbuu (Palm Dance of Divination) = 17 - Traps the enemy in the zone of eight trigrams and delivers a series of palm attacks. Zesshou Hachimon Hougeki (Eight Gates Bombardment) = 25 - This jutsu involves attacking and closing the eight life gates. Aburame Jutsu: Kikaichu Arare (Destruction Bug Hail) = 11 - Releases thousands of Kikaichu bugs from his body into the air and on his command, the insects will shower down on the enemy while the rest will form a large ball and explode on the enemy. Kikaichu Yajiri (Destruction Bug Swarm) = 7 - Shino sends his Kikaichu to cover his opponent from all angles, allowing them to drain his chakra and crush him. Kikaichu Tsumoji (Destruction Bug Storm) = 8 - Uses his Kikaichu to form a funnel that traps the victim, spins them around violently, and then throws them away. Mushi Bashra no Jutsu (Bug Pillar Technique) = 8 - Summons many Kikaichu bugs to form pillars that grow closer to the enemy. Mushi Kabe no Jutsu (Bug Wall Technique) = 5 - This jutsu uses the Kikaichu bugs living in the user's body to create a living wall of bugs to shield themselves or their allies. Mushi Kame no Jutsu (Bug Jar Technique) = 10 - This jutsu uses the Kikaichu bugs living in the user's body as a shield by having them fly in a dome shape at high speed. The dome is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but can be disrupted with sufficient explosive force. Mushi Yose no Jutsu (Bug Gathering Technique) = 1 - This jutsu is used to lure surrounding bugs to the user with chakra. Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu (Bug Clone Technique) = 5 per clone - Using the Kikaichu bugs living in their body, the user can create a copy of themselves or anyone else they choose. The clone falls apart into its component bugs when struck. Because they're made of bugs, the clones can reform almost instantly. Yamanaka Jutsus: Shintenshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Switch Technique) = 5 - This jutsu allows the user to enter a target's mind and take control of their body. Though normally used as a spying jutsu, it can also be used in battle with several major drawbacks. First, the user's spirit travels slowly, making it easy to dodge. If the user misses their target, they are left helpless until their spirit returns to their body, which takes several minutes. Second, even if the technique does work, the user's ability to stay in an enemy's body is determined by how fatigued they are. The user can be forced out if facing a strong enough will (or two wills, in Haruno Sakura’s case), are too tired, or if the target is in incredible pain. Finally, any damage the user suffers while possessing another is transferred to their original body. Therefore, if the target dies, so does the user. Shinranshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Disturbance Technique) = 8 per post - Instead of transferring the user's consciousness, this jutsu sends a spirit of confusion into a target, causing them to attack their allies. Although the target is aware of what they are doing, they are unable to stop themselves. Taju Shinranshin no Jutsu (Multiple Mind Body Disturbance Technique) = 25 (lasts for 3~5 posts) - A variation of the Shinranshin, in this jutsu the user is able to trap 5 people at most. Shin-dashin no Jutsu (New Approaching Technique) = 4 - This jutsu envelops a target in a puff of smoke and drags them to the user's location. Akimichi Jutsus: Baika no Jutsu (Multi-Size Technique) = 5 - This is a secret jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan that expands the user's stomach. Bubun Baika no Jutsu (Partial Multi-Size Technique) = 3 - This is a secret jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. It is similar in practice to the Multi-Size Technique, but allows a user to increase the size of any specific body part, instead of their stomach. Chobaika no Jutsu (Super Multi-Size Technique) = 30 - This jutsu allows an Akimichi clan member to evenly increase the size of every body part, transforming themselves into giants. It also increases the size of anything they might happen to be wearing or holding. Nikudan Sensha (Human Bullet Tank) = 3 per roll - Human Bullet Tank is a jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. After the user uses Multi-Size Technique to make themselves into a human-sized ball, they tuck their limbs inside their clothes and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. Nikudan Hari Sensha (Spiked Human Bullet Tank) = 3 per roll - This jutsu is basically the same as the Human Bullet Tank, but the user wraps himself in kunai tied to strings to make it more damaging. Choudan Bakugeki (Butterfly Bullet Bombing) = Rest of chakra; strength depends on amount used. - To perform the jutsu, the clan member simply channels all their chakra into one hand and punches the enemy. In a manner similar to how Tsunade and Sakura Haruno enhance their strength, channeling so much chakra to one hand and releasing it on contact gives the ninja about 100 times their normal strength. The subsequent impact not only produces a sizable crater, but also will likely kill the one on the receiving end. Inuzuka Jutsus Shikyaku no Jutsu (Four Legs Technique) = 3 (lasts for 3 posts) This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat akin to a dog's fast run. Jujin Bunshin (Man Beast Clone) = 2 - A modified version of a transformation technique, this jutsu allows a user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. Tsuuga (Piercing Fang) = 3 - The user spins at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This is obviously less powerful than Gatsuuga. Gatsuuga (Double Piercing Fang) = 6 per spin; includes the user’s dog - The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can be done alone, but is less effective. Dainamikku Maakingu (Dynamic Marking) = n/a (Prolly some pea from your dog )- This jutsu involves an Inuzuka dog urinating on a target, allowing both him and the Inuzuka to track it by scent. Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro (Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf) = 13 - Using a modified form of the Combination Transformation jutsu, the user and their dog transform themselves into a large, double-headed wolf. Garouga (Double Wolf Fang) = 20 - Like the lesser version, they spin rapidly to attack their target. Unlike the previous version, they move so rapidly that they can't see where they're going, hence the reason for the earlier Dynamic Marking. Even if they miss, the speed is so great that the air around them can actually cut their opponents. Ikari Gatsuuga (Super Double Piercing Fang) = 10 per use - The ninken jumps from the user’s back towards the enemy and uses a red version of Piercing Fang to launch the enemy into the air then the ninken and the user do the same several times on the air born enemy then attack several more times as they fall. Jujin Bunshin Rendan (Beast Man Clone Combo) = 0 - The ninken slashes the opponent with his claws while the user does the same behind the opponent. He then slashes once more and the ninken pounces on the opponent. The user then flip kicks the opponent into the air and both He and his ninken cross-slash the airborne opponent. Nara Jutsus Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique) = 10 per person; 2 post of the user - This jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. Using the shadows of other objects, the user can also extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. Kage Shibari (Shadow Bind) = 6 per person; 2 per post - The predecessor of the Kagemane no Jutsu, this jutsu simply stops the enemy once the shadows come into contact. Any other principle is the same for Kagemane. Kage Nui (Shadow Sewing) = 4 per tendril - The user of this jutsu can extend their shadow and create multiple tendrils to impale targets. Alternatively, the user can use the tendrils for other tangible purposes, such as restricting an opponent. Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu (Shadow Neck Bind Technique) = 8 - After capturing an opponent with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user can then further extend their shadow up to the target's throat in the shape of a hand, which chokes their opponent to death. Kage Assho no Jutsu (Shadow Domination Technique) = 8 - The user detonates a bomb to make a very bright light, using it to extend his shadow into a very large hand. Shikamaru then clutches his fist, causing his shadow to mimic the motion and crush the helpless victim's entire body. Kage Gijin no Jutsu (Shadow Personification Technique) = 10 - The user creates two actual "shadow clones", which he sends to attack his opponent. One performs a sledgehammer to the opponent's head, and then the second punches his stomach. The two then wrap around the opponent, crushing him. Ninjutsu Katon: Gouen Rasengan (Fire Release: Great Flaming Spiraling Sphere) = 16 - Combines the Spiraling Sphere with sake to enmesh the attack in liquid flames. - Restricted to Rasengan users above 21 years old. ![]() Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Missile) = 10 - The user shoots an enormous ball of flame in the shape of a dragon from their mouth. Katon: Hiendan (Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet) = 9 - Exhales a stronger yet shorter version of the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Katon: Goenka (Fire Release: Blooming Great Flame) = 9 - Sasuke leaps into the air and launches three giant fireballs at his opponent, resulting in a huge explosion. Katon: Haisekisho (Fire Release: Ash Product Burning) = 8 - Unlike other fire-based jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to breathe out a cloud of superheated ash capable of causing third-degree burns. Because it is ash and not flame, the ash remains in the air around the target, and therefore remains potent for a longer period. Katon: Kasumi Engo no Jutsu (Fire Release: Covering Mist Technique) - 10 - This jutsu allows the user to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball. Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique) = 6 - The user breathes fire along a length of cord, guide wire, or other long thin object. While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) = 6.5 - Utilizing a large amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique) = 5 - This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, this jutsu is used as a distraction. Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) = 8 - This jutsu sends out a powerful explosion of wind from the user's location, and can easily level anything in its path. A variation of this technique involves a smaller blast of wind that gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target. Futon: Tatsumaki (Wind Release: Tornado) = 10 for each tornado - Enables the user to create tornadoes; the strength, size and number of tornadoes depend on the user's chakra. Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique) = 10 - This jutsu is a more powerful version of the Cutting Whirlwind Technique. Kekkai Hojin (Barrier Encampment Method) = 5 - This jutsu is performed by placing four exploding tags in an array around a designated area. The tags are then set, forming an invisible barrier around the area. Should anyone pass the barrier, the tags will activate, creating a massive explosion capable of killing inattentive ninja. Fubaku Hojin (Sealed Bombs Square Release) = 1 (when triggering the tags) - This jutsu uses an array of explosive tags in a manner similar to the Barrier Encampment Method, but the tags are activated manually by the user instead of exploding once the user enters the trap. Should their opponent attempt to move, the tags explode. Others, however, can enter with no trouble, and the controller can shut off the tags. Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) = 11 - The force of the spinning chakra grinds into whatever it touches, causing major damage. The user can also release the spinning chakra, creating a violent explosive force at the point of contact. - Kuchiyose: Rashomon - this Kuchiyose creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto. It is also a form of ultimate defense. - Sanjuu Rashomon – an advanced form of Kuchiyose: Rashomon; this summons three of the old gate of Kyoto. Taijutsu: Sennen Goroshi (Thousand Years of Pain) - Apparently this so-called secret taijutsu move was a trend taught to the Jonins of Konoha. Rumors said that it was the Sannin Jiraiya and Orochimaru who invented this out of a training session with the Sandaime Hokage. This is nothing but an asspoke, but it sure hurts as hell. - This is an 'Initiation Course' to all newly Ranked Konoha ANBU ![]() Genjutsu: Magen: Kyoten Chiten (Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change) = 3 (Sharingan users only) - Utilizing the copy and counter abilities of the Sharingan, Sharingan users can reverse any genjutsu back on its original user. Fuin Jutsu Fuin Jutsus Fuja Hoin (Evil Sealing Method) = 8 - This seal is dependent on the user's willpower to some extent. Seals Kekkei Genkai and Juins Fuukoku Hoin (Black Sealing Method) = 8 - This jutsu is used in conjunction with the Four Black Fog Formation Seal technique. After the individual is sealed in the container, this seal is further added as a binding layer of protection. To create the seal, the user will write the incantation in blood on the sealing tag and attach it to the container. Fuuin Jutsu: Sanhofuuin (Seal: Delta Seal) = 8 (for each person) - The user reates two clones that split up into a triangular formation. The user and his clones combine their chakra to create a chakra pyramid around the foe. The pyramid implodes into a beam of light that crushes the enemy. Fuuka Hoin (Fire Sealing Method) = 9 - This jutsu allows the user to seal nearby fire. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required handseals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal (•â). Gogyo Fuin (Five Elements Seal) = 5 - This jutsu is used to strengthen the seal on the Demon fox. The original seal allowed the Demon fox's chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Demon fox's chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. Hakke no Fuuin Shiki (Eight Trigrams Sealing Style) = 25 - This jutsu was used in conjunction with the Dead Demon Seal to seal the Demon fox within Naruto Uzumaki. This seal allows the two Four Symbols Seals to leak the Demon fox chakra back into Naruto's own chakra. Shiki Fujin (Dead Demon Consuming Seal) = 30 - This jutsu, when performed, ends the lives of both the target and the user. Using this technique invokes the powers of the Death God (Shinigami), which hovers behind the user. The soul of the summoner can be seen bound to it. Upon being summoned, the Death God reaches its arm into the one who summoned it. The summoner can then use the arm to tear the soul from their intended target. Once the soul is taken, the Death God devours them both, locking the two souls in an eternal battle. Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind) = 7 - This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is impossible to block because of its intangible nature. Unlike the Cutting Whirlwind Technique, this jutsu requires no tool. Suna no Yoroi (Armor of Sand) = 15 upon activation; 10 for every post of retention - Using this jutsu, the user can cover himself in a compacted layer of sand. Though quite effective, maintaining the armor requires a large amount of chakra and stamina. - Constitution +5 Fuuton: Resutoppa (chakra cost: 5) After forming the required handseals, the user focuses, releasing a traveling blast of wind in all directions, the blast fading away at about ten feet. With this, weapon projectiles (Kunai, Senbon, Shuriken only) that will be thrown to the user would be thrown back. However, the one using this jutsu must stand still for the duration. A lesser form of Daitoppa. Eseuindo(chakra cost: 6) Requires some sort of breeze to be touching the target in order to be used. Eseuindo is a genjutsu that forces the target’s mind to believe that a fierce wind is tossing and slicing into them. Eten Suna Bunshin no Jutsu (chakra cost: 5) Involves creating a clone of sand held together by thin layers of glass (melted sand) once hit, it will explode, covering the enemy in stinging hot abrasive particles. The user must have access to sand to use this jutsu. Suna Bunshin (Sand Clone) = 14 - This jutsu creates a clone of the user out of sand. Perhaps the most versatile of all clones, this variant does not disperse when hit. When attacked, the targeted area turns back into sand and snags the opponent. Major damage must be caused to actually disperse the clone (destroying its head, for instance); otherwise, it can simply reform. - While Gaara's functional sand clone is quite obviously a clone, Gaara can create non-functional clones that look just like him. These clones, however, are simply hollow shells. Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique) = 10 - This jutsu is a more powerful version of the Cutting Whirlwind Technique. Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique) Kugutsu no jutsu costs 1 to connect chakra strings. Ninjas with total ninjutsu of 10 or higher can connect chakra strings for free (representing incredible mastery with the technique. You need to connect chakra strings to begin moving your kugutsu. If strings are severed it costs 1 more to reconnect. Activating a device (needle launcher, poison gas bombs etc.) costs 3. Ninjas with total ninjutsu of 10 or higher only need 1. Activating a hitokugutsu's jutsus cost the same amount of chakra as the jutsu requires +5. Chakra cost first drains a hitokugutsu's reserves before draining the puppeteer. The standard chakra reserve for a hitokugutsu is 20. Hitokugutsu of kage rank retain a reserve of 40. The ability to process a ninja of kage rank into a hitokugutsu requires a total ninjutsu score of 15. Kugutsu no jutsu counts as 5 jutsus for 1 puppet. Adding a non-hitokugutsu kugutsu to your arsenal adds 5 more to your jutsus. The ability to create hitokugutsu counts as 20 jutsus. Ninjutsu Doton: Kekkai: Dorodomu (Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness) = 8 upon casting; -5 upon the target for every post. - This jutsu traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth. The user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside. Doton: Doryuu Dango (Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dango) = 6 - The user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling-shaped chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Together with immense strength, he can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flattening everything in its path. Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Earth Shore Return) = 6 - After striking the ground with his hands, the user creates a large wall of earth that rises into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique) = 3 - The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Doton Iwayado Kuzushi (Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction) = 7 - Rocks are dislodged from above the opponent. Doton: Retsudotensho (Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm) = 2 for every rock controlled - This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks to surround and attack the enemy with them. Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld) = 9 - This jutsu turns a large area of land into a sinking swampland, making it impossible for anyone or anything in that area to move around. The size of the swamp is proportionate to the amount of chakra used to perform the technique. Doton: Dochuu Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique) = 2 - Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Doppelganger Technique) – 8 - creates one or more identical copies of the user out of mud. Oddly, there does not need to be mud anywhere in sight for the technique to be performed. The clones are physically real, and can perform jutsu. Doton: Tsuchi Gosunkugi = 1.5 for each spike of earth created - Creates sharp spikes of earth to aid in skewering and impaling targets. Doton: Yurasu Kyojin = 8 for every rock golem created - Assembles forth gigantic rock golems that are infused with the user's chakra. The number of golems that can be created depends on the user's chakra capacity) Doton Hijutsu: Daichiyugami = 30 - A secret jutsu passed down only by the Tsuchikages of Iwagakure, it enables the Tsuchikage to alter the landscape around him as he or she pleases for a maximum of 4 km in diameter. However a Kage can only use this hijutsu once every five days because it drains a very great amount of chakra. Meisaigakure no Jutsu (Hiding Camouflage Technique) = 3 upon activation; 1 for every 3 posts - This jutsu renders the user invisible and masks their scent. While normal people cannot see through it, those with abilities such as the Sharingan and the Byakugan can. Additionally, creatures with enhanced senses of smell (insects or dogs) can pick up on the user's scent. Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Doppelganger Technique) = 8 - his jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of mud. Ninjutsu Kumo Sokai (Spider Web Unfold) = 7 - After gathering his spider thread into a ball in his hands, the user releases it in the form of a large spider web to catch his opponent. Once the target touches the thread, its stickiness will hold them in place. The webbing is so strong that even an elephant couldn't break through it. Nenkin no Yoroi (Armor of Sticky Gold) = 5 upon activation; 2 for every post - By excreting his Sticky Gold from his pores, the user can quickly create a temporary armor that is capable of blocking chakra once exposed to oxygen. Kumo Soka (Spider Web Flower) = 4 - After gathering his spider thread into his mouth, the user will spit net-like cobwebs of the thread at his target. These nets will fly through the air, and upon hitting an opponent, will stick and bind the ninja to any nearby surface. Kumo Sokei (Spider Web Area) = 2 for every 5 meter radius from user - If the user is in enemy territory and needs to rest while still remaining on guard, he can lay spider thread throughout all of a surrounding area. Most ninja will recognize the thread as common spider web; however this thread will run all the way back to a finger on the user’s hand. Slight movement against a webbing thread will pull it all the way back to the user’s finger and alert him to the nearby presence. Kumo Nenkin (Spider Sticky Gold) = 3 per dagger - Unlike the user’s binding webs, this technique produces a liquid that hardens into a chakra-blocking metal. He can form the metal into various weapons (spines, in this case) to use against his opponent. Kumo Nento (Spider Sticking Spit) = 2 per bind - Emitting a stream of webbing from his mouth, the user will grab onto a nearby opponent. Kumo Mayu (Spider Cocoon) = 3 per cacoon - This technique makes a cocoon of web around the opponent, immobilizing and leaving them open for other attacks. Kumo Shibari (Spider Bind) = 7 - After gathering his spider webbing into his mouth, the user spits it out into a wide web pattern. This web can envelop his foes and tie them down to a nearby surface. This stickiness is caused by him mixing his chakra with his body fluid, making the web stronger and more refined than steel. The technique is so refined that even after having left his body, his chakra will continue to flow through the thread to hold his opponent in place. Kyomeisen (Vibrating Sound Drill) = 5 per punch and an additional 3 when directing sound waves - The Melody Arm, a device used to amplify and control the sound waves from arm movements, to attack his opponent's sense of balance. By damaging the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous. Shishienjin (Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment) = 6 upon activation; -2 for every 4 posts - This jutsu creates a box-like barrier around an area defined by the four users of it. Anything that touches the barrier will burst into purple flame. As long as the users of the jutsu remain active and unharmed, this barrier can never be broken. Clan Jutsu Kaguya Jutsu: Tsubaki no Mai (Dance of the Camellia) = 7 per bone. - The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either his right or left arms to create a short hiltless bone sword. Since he can increase and compress the bones density it becomes harder than the metal used to make shuriken. Tessenka no Mai: Hana (Dance of the Clematis: Flower) = 15, 1 chakra per post to maintain bone density/hardness. - This is a follow-up to the Dance of the Clematis: Vine. The user’s entire forearm is encased in a giant drill made of bone to attack the trapped victim. Tessenka no Mai: Tsuru (Dance of the Clematis: Vine) = 15, 1 chakra per post to maintain bone density/hardness. - The user modifies and pulls out his own spinal column to use as a flexible chainstaff. Karamatsu no Mai (Dance of the Larch) = 3 per bone. - Sharp bones from the rib cage, spine, and almost every single point of the user’s body grow all around to make a surprise defensive move. Yanagi no Mai (Dance of the Willow) = 2 per bone. - To perform this dance, the user grows several long bone blades out of his body, primarily from the palms of his hands, but also from his elbows, knees and shoulders. He uses these as stabbing, slashing, or impaling weapons. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponent’s counterstrikes. Sawarabi no Mai (Dance of the Seedling Fern) = 30 - This jutsu causes a giant forest of bone spikes to burst from the ground. The user can also emerge from any bone at will, giving an element of surprise. Hessendan (Finger Bullet Drill) = 5 per wave - With this jutsu, the user can fire his fingertip bones like bullets at an opponent. Yaemugura no Mai (Dance of the Eightfold Vines) = 14 - The user pulls out two bone swords, and then dives onto the opponent, slashing twice. He then unleashes a flurry of stabs, knocking the opponent back. He then dashes behind the opponent, unleashing bone spikes all over his body and impaling the opponent. Ninjutsu Hyoro no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique) = 4 - This jutsu creates pillars of ice crystals that home in on an opponent and trap them in ice. Unlike the Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively as a wall of ice. Hyoton: Kokuryubo Fuusetsu (Ice Release: Black Dragon Outburst Snowstorm) = 10 per dragon - This jutsu creates an icy black dragon with red eyes that is shot towards the opponent. Hyoton: Itsukaku Hakugei (Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale) = 8 - This jutsu fashions a massive narwhal from surrounding ice that jumps up and falls back down on the opponent. Though made entirely from inanimate ice, the beast releases a loud echoing moan as it rises. Hyoton: Haryuu Moko (Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger) ¨C 4 - This jutsu creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Because it's so cold, it can freeze nearby water while attacking its target. Hyoton: Tsubame Fubuki = 3 per wave - This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. Hyoton: Roga Nadare no Jutsu (Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique) = 6 per wolf. - This jutsu creates an avalanche of snow wolves that run towards the opponent, biting and crushing their foe. Joro Senbon (Sprinkling Needles) = 10 - After tossing a needle-filled umbrella into the air, this jutsu can be used to fire a barrage of hundreds of needles from sockets in the umbrella. The needles come at the enemy at Mach speed and can surround them from all directions. Chakra is utilized to control and increase the accuracy of every needle, making them impossible to dodge or evade. Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique) = 3 upon activation; 1 for every post - This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they cannot see through it. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) - 6 - This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user. Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique) = 5 for each clone created - This jutsu is similar to the Clone Technique, but produces clones that don't disappear when struck, making it much harder to effectively locate the user. Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) = 5; 2 for every post - This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Suiton: Koka Suijin (Water Release: Concentrated Water Spike) = 12 - The user creates a massive whirlpool, which sucks in his opponent. Skating along the outside, he sends a huge water spike into the center of the whirlpool, crushing the opponent. Suiton: Koku no Jutsu (Water Release: Black Rain Technique) = 4 - This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil. Suiton: Daibaku no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Explosion Technique) = 6 - This jutsu creates a vortex. Suiton: Daibakure no Jutsu (Water Release: Huge Explosion Technique) = 9 - This jutsu creates an enormous, inescapable maelstrom to trap and drown the target. Suiton: Kaihodan (Water Release: Pressure Cannon) = 8 - This jutsu allows the user to shoot a strong stream of water their mouth. Suiton: Suishoha (Water Release: Water Shockwave) = 27 - Using this jutsu, the user can spit out a large body of water and control it to attack their opponent. Suiton: Bakusui Shouha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave) = 20 - Using this jutsu, the user can spit a massive amount of water from their mouth. Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique) = 14 - This jutsu is used to create a massive blast of water. Suiton: Mizuame Nabara (Water Release: Syrup Capture Field) = 5 - Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but need to do so before being caught. Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique) = 8 - Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a dragon and sends it towards a target. Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) = 7 - This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Ninjutsu Kumo Dekisui No Jutsu (Cloud Drowning Technique) = 5 per post - Technique that allows the user to lower huge thunderclouds from the sky, and have them completely enclose the opponent, effectively "drowning" them within. There is also the option to electrify the clouds with a Raiton. The clouds can be broken by any outside elemental jutsu, Chuunin-rank or above. Kumo Genwaku No Jutsu (Blinding Clouds) = 3 per post - Lowers large thunderstorm clouds to ground level, creating an intense thick mask. Useful for stealth kills (the thunder masks sound, and the clouds mask sight) or in combination with another attack. Lasts until the caster is disturbed, physically. Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Armor) = 9 - The user converts her chakra into electricity and then use the electricity as an armor to protect herself from physical attacks. If anyone comes into contact with the user, an electric shock is delivered. Raikou Denka Raishuu No Jutsu (Charged Projectile Technique) = 3 per projectile - The user can charge one of their throwing weapons with electricity, and if it makes a successful hit, can paralyze the opponent’s body wherever struck. The paralysis lasts for two posts, but can be countered by a second electric shock. Raikyu (Lightning Ball) = 4 - By gathering chakra between her hands and converting it to electricity, the user creates a ball of electrical energy and launches it at the enemy which explodes on impact. As opposed to Raiton: Raitama; this move kills by explosion; Raitama by electrocution. Raiton: Nagashi (Lightning Release: Current) = 3 per electrical jolt - The user converts chakra into electricity and releases them through the tenketsu of her body to electrocute opponents at close quarters. A jolt is usually enough to repel an enemy. Raiton: Raijinheki (Lightning Release: Lightning Wall) = 15 - Using up a huge amount of chakra, the user can create a wall made of pure lightning to protect against physical attacks. It cannot stop beams, though. Raiton: Raikouyari (Lightning Release: Lightning Spear) = 9 per bolt - This jutsu calls forth lightning bolts from the user's hands to attack an opponent. Causes piercing damage as well as electric-based damage. Raiton: Raitama (Lightning Release: Lightning Ball) = 4 per ball - This jutsu creates balls of lightning that can be hurled toward an opponent. Causes paralysis for one post, as well as electric-based damage. Seikou Tekidan No Jutsu (Flash Strike) = 4 - Focusing chakra into the palms, this technique greats a blinding flash of light when something is struck. The blind-effect lasts for two posts. Seiteki Chikara No Jutsu (Static Force) = 2 per object - Lets the user manipulate small objects (5kg or less) to or away from their hands. Senkou Bushin No Jutsu (Flash Clone) = 8 per clone - Creates a clone that can attack and perform any of the user’s techniques; the clones have 25% the chakra well of the original. When struck, the clone explodes with an extremely bright flash, disabling the opponent with a blind effect that lasts for one post. Toudai No Jutsu (Guiding Light Technique) = 10 - Allows the user to see through any genjutsu with an aura of light that surrounds them after using this technique. Lasts for one post, and the light goes out with physical contact. Genjutsu Rensa Raikou No Jutsu (Chains of Lightning) = 7 - Illusion that binds the opponent in chains of lightning; the sensation of pain becomes worse the more they struggle. The amount of chains holding the opponent is relatively determined by the user's chakra well (2 chains at genin level, up to 10 at Kage), and affects how easily the genjutsu is broken. Lasts as long as it is undispelled. Raikou Jishaku No Jutsu (Lightning Magnet) = 4 per post - Creates a magnetic cloud that draws in anything nearby, shocking it upon touch. It drains the enemy’s stamina as they try to fight against the force pulling them into the cloud, but otherwise has no effect. Lasts as long as it is undispelled. -------------------- |

Kabuto Nehan Shouja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique) = 8 - This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it. In'yu Shômetsu (Secret Healing Wound Destruction) – 18 (Restricted to Kabuto) - Kabuto can concentrate his chakra to a prepared area on his body and begin regenerating the moment the targeted area becomes damaged. Unlike normal healing, this can actually restore dead cells. - Lasts for 5 posts Kurenai Suzu: Kiri (Illusion: Mist) = 8 - Creates an illusionary clone that charges at the enemy and explodes in a cloud of rose petals. Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death) = 7 - With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Sakura Ninpo: Hyakka Ryoran (Ninja Art: Profusing of Flowers) = 6 - Casts an illusion that paralyzes the enemy, causing them to see a storm of cherry blossoms. Uchinaru Sakura no Jutsu (Inner Sakura Technique) – 1 (Restricted to Sakura) - Inner Sakura is released from Sakura's subconscious. Yamato/Tenzou: Mokuton Hijutsu Jukaikôtan (Wooden Secret Technique: Tree Collapse) - 10 (Does not include the katon and the genjutsu) Restricted to Yamato/Tenzou - The user begins his onslaught with his Bringer-of-Darkness Technique. While the enemy is disorientated and blind, he delivers a fierce combo of punches and kicks. Whilst the enemy is unconscious on the floor, he uses another jutsu to summon seedlings under the enemy that grow and combine with each other into a gigantic tree with the victim at its center. The user then enflames the tree with his third jutsu, torching both the newly formed tree and the captive deep within. Suiton: Takitsubo no Jutsu (Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique) = 9 (Exclusive to Yamato) - Yamato uses this technique along with Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart to demonstrate elemental chakra types to Naruto, creating a waterfall as an example. Moku Bunshin no Jutsu (Wood Clone Technique) - 5 per clone (Restricted to Yamato/Tenzou) - This jutsu creates a wooden replica of the user. Unlike other clone techniques, the replica originates from the user himself. It can perform the user's techniques, but the damage it can endure is unknown. Mokuton: Shichûka no Jutsu (Wood Release: Four Pillars House Technique) – 20 (Restricted to Yamato/Tenzou) - This technique causes a fully formed wooden house to grow out of the ground. Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kôtan (Wood Release Secret Technique: Birth of Dense Woodland) – 25 (Restricted to Yamato/Tenzou) - This jutsu grows a giant tree from nowhere. The user can control how the tree grows, allowing them to track down and ensnare opponents in the tree's growing branches. Mokuton: Moku Jôheki (Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall) – 8 (Restricted to Yamato/Tenzou) - This jutsu creates a half-dome of wood to shield the user. It can also be used to capture a target. Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu: Kakuan Nitten Suishu (Hokage-Style Sixty-year-old Technique: Enclosed Hermitage Return to Society) = 20 upon casting; 5 for every 3 posts - A seal appears on the user's hand, and after touching his palm to someone "possessed" by a biju, they become connected by a stream of chakra, and an open structure of sorts forms around the target. This technique appears to forcibly reverse a biju transformation. Doton: Doryû Jôheki (Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart) = 9 (Exclusive to Yamato/Tenzou) - This jutsu raises a large ridge or hill from the ground. Yamato uses this technique along with Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique while demonstrating elemental chakra types to Naruto, creating a waterfall as an example. Kibaku Nendo Jutsus: Kumogata Nendo , "Spider-shaped Clay". = 5 for each Torigata Nendo, "Bird-shaped Clay". = 5 for each Sakanagata Nendo, “Fish-shaped Clay” = 5 for each "C3" no Bakuhatsu, "Explosion of C3". = 30 for each - The explosion created by this jutsu can level a whole hidden village. Jibaku Bunshin, "Suicide Bombing Clone" = 20 for each Clay ride = 2 for each made, 1 for every post in-flight Hinata Shugohakke Rokujûyon Shô (Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms) = 3 for each chakra beam burst. 8 Chakra for steady beams and 2 chakra for every post of the user. (Restricted to Hinata) - In this jutsu, Hinata emits a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the original Sixty-Four Palms jutsu. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. This creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. Hyaku Retsu Shô (A Hundred Palms of Fury) = 18 (Restricted to Hinata) - This jutsu is the weaker counterpart of Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms, in which Hinata only does 100 strikes instead of 128. Hakurô Tenbu (White Haze Dance) = 10 (Restricted to Hinata) - This jutsu causes a shining blue light to consume Hinata's hands. She then attacks the enemy with several powered-up Gentle Fist attacks and finishes off by using the light to blow the enemy away. Lee and Gai/Guy Ai To Seishian no Omote Renge (Front Lotus of Love and Youth) Exclusive to Lee and Gai - Rock Lee kicks the enemy, and then Guy tackles the enemy to launch them into the air. Lee and Guy both grab the enemy and crash them into the ground with a burning two-man Front Lotus. The two give the patented "nice guy pose" at the end. - Obviously, it requires two people Asa Kujaku (Morning Peacock) – (see gate openings for how much is deacreased from evasion) Exclusive to Guy - This jutsu uses six of the eight chakra gates to give the user unmatched speed and strength. After the gates are open, Guy will approach his opponent in a somewhat distinctive stance and, once he gets close enough, kick them into the air. He then hits his opponent over and over, causing a peacock-like fan of chakra to develop. Once Guy is finished, his opponent will fall back to the ground, covered in the attack's aura. Nekketsu Omote Renge (Hot-Blooded Front Lotus) – Evasion decrease is the same as Omote Renge; exclusive to Guy - This jutsu is essentially the same as the Front Lotus, only more damaging (presumably because Guy is stronger). Kyûkoku Ura Renge (Ultimate Reverse Lotus) – Evasion decrease is the same as Ura; Exclusive to Guy - This Jutsu is almost identical to True Reverse Lotus, but Guy slams the opponent down and then tosses them into the air, instead of just kicking them into the air. The light beams are also larger and the punch used at the end is much more intense. Hatake Kakashi Chidori (One Thousand Birds) = 15, 4 for every post of lightning bursts - This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye as a ball of electricity. In fact, the technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. - Magen: Toorima no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Phantom Killer Technique) Using this, Kakashi can trap his targets in a genjutsu that is area-of-effect. The targets, unless they have a Sharingan or a Byakugan, cannot distinguish the difference. The genjutsu would have them see what they want, like a normal night in the town, and they will not sense it even if someone next to them is being killed. This is easily dispelled however, and being area-of-effect takes a lot of chakra to maintain. This was used the night of the Uchiha massacre. - Kusanagi no Tsurugi: Ku no Tachi This technique arms Orochimaru with the Kusanagi, of Japanese legend. Orochimaru opens his mouth and a snake comes out, opening its mouth, and produces the Sword of Kusanagi. The sword can also be greatly extended in length. - Shiroi Ayatsuri - White Manipulation = 3 - Being untrained, Shiroi Ayatsuri is simply put, manipulation. This is basically the root of all Hatake technique; how to manipulate chakra. Sort of like doing the tree climbing exercise, allows the Hatake to be able to diffuse his chakra into other objects (basic solids and liquid inanimate ones only for this level), like heating up water with their white chakra. - Hakunetsu - White Heat = 6 - At this stage, the Hatake will start infusing his chakra into weapons like shurikens. A tanto blade cannot be infused as of yet. A successful infusion will produce a Hien like effect but with the chakra IN the weapon and will cause a slight burning sensation on impact, with no REAL burns (think chili peppers) - Byakko Ayatsuri - White Fox Manipulation = 6 - A more advanced version of Shiroi Ayatsuri and making use of the knowledge gained from Hakunetsu. At this stage, the Hatake can now imbue weapons like tanto, and those weapons will cause 1st degree burns upon impact. - Hadazawari Shirakaba - To Be Touched By White Birch = 12 - A highly advanced technique, this, of course, involves more chakra, but will cause 2nd degree burns upon impact, as well as a small dizzy spell. - Shiroi Souhou - White Touch = 15 - The advanced version of Hadazawari Shirakaba, this will cause either one of these: high fever, epilepsy like convulsions or severe headache in a short span of time (2 posts) that you are hit with the said infused weapon, as well as a 3rd degree burn. The amount of chakra required for this infusion is great. - Hakkô Chakura Tô = 18 - Using this technique, The Hatake can redirect his chakra flow into an object, and cut through anything with it with great speed. The drawback is that they get tunnel-vision, and can be countered easily. [ONE SHOT ONLY] Sasuke Musô Gôendan 2 (Striking Wild Flare 2) - (varies on which Katon Sasuke uses) Restricted to Sasuke - Sasuke pounces on the enemy, delivering two kicks, and then kicks again, sending the enemy into the air. He then jumps after them and punches the enemy back to the ground and finishes with a Katon. Chidori Nagashi (One Thousand Birds Current) = 7 on activation; 2 for every post of activation (Exclusive to Sasuke) - This jutsu allows Sasuke to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing Sasuke to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through his Kusanagi sword, increasing its overall strength and cutting power. Sai Chôjû Giga (Super Beasts Imitation Picture) – 7 per page (exclusive to Sai) - Sai draws creatures on his scroll, and then uses this technique to animate them. They can then act as the corresponding animal would. For example, a bird can be used for espionage or flight, while a tiger can attack and maul an opponent. Sai can also control them for other purposes. Sumi Bunshin (Ink Clone) = 5 for every clone created (Exclusive to Sai) - This jutsu creates clones out of ink. The clones revert back to ink once damaged enough. Tsunade/Tonton/Shizune Daikôshô (Great Cross Collision) – 6 (Exclusive to Shizune/Tsunade/Sakura together with Tonton) - Shizune/Tsunade/Sakura releases an enraged Tonton who charges headfirst into the opponent. Then, after the opponent is pushed back, Shizune/Tsunade/Sakura creates two large chakra blades that move across the ground and crash into the opponent. Gaara/Ichibi no Shukaku Suna Shigure (Sand Drizzle) = 15 - This jutsu is an alternative to Desert Coffin; it gathers sand in the air and then targets the opponent from above, covering them in a rain of sand. Sabaku Soso (Desert Funeral) = 10 per target - After wrapping an opponent with sand, the user will cause the sand to implode and crush whatever is within. Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu (Forced Sleep Technique) = 3 - Force sleep on yourself or an opponent. Sabaku Ro (Desert Prison) = 7 per target - This jutsu uses sand to imprison the victim. Ryûsa Bakuryû (Quicksand in the Style of a Waterfall) – 28 (exclusive to Gaara) - This jutsu creates a massive amount of sand and sends it towards an opponent in the form of a wave towards the enemy, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of sand. In addition to the wave effect of the jutsu, Gaara can control the sand, allowing him to attack his opponent while they attempt to outrun the wave. This appears to be the only one of Gaara's moves that requires hand seals, and in practice is virtually unavoidable. Once completed, it can cover an entire forest in sand. Suna Raishin (Thunder God of Sand) – 12 (Exclusive to Gaara) - Gaara creates a dozen or more three-pronged lightning rods of sand and spreads them throughout the area. Once they open, the rods absorb nearby electricity and then discharge it to shock Gaara's enemies. Sajin Sôgeki (Sand Blade Double Attack) – 15 per pillar (Exclusive to Gaara) - A pillar of sand extends into the air without the enemy knowing Gaara's intentions, and the confident victim is engulfed by another extending pillar. The two pillars collide and implode in on each other, crushing the trapped victim. - Gaara can produce more than one Pillar Saikô Zettai Bôgyo: Shukaku no Tatte (Last Absolute Defense: Shield of Shukaku) = 20 upon activation (Exclusive to Gaara) - Using sand, Gaara creates a sculpture of Shukaku that's roughly twice Gaara's size. The sculpture is created with extreme pressure and the hardest minerals in the area, making it virtually indestructible Suna Shuriken (Sand Shuriken) - 5 per wave (Exclusive to Gaara) - He can throw shuriken made from sand. Unlike regular shuriken, these are merely fast-moving balls of sand that cause blunt trauma, not actual wounds. They are thrown much faster than regular shuriken, however, so the blunt trauma caused can be considerable. Gokusamaisô (Prison Sand Burial) = 30 upon activation (Gaara) - Using this jutsu, Gaara can quickly loosen the ground below his opponent and cause them sink beneath hundreds of meters of sand. Gaara then compresses the sand to such an extent that his opponent is unable to even move a finger. Uzumaki Naruto Hâremu no Jutsu (Harem Technique) – 0.5 (Does not include the Clones) Exclusive to naruto - This jutsu combines the Shadow Clone Technique and the Sexy Technique to create multiple of clones of a beautiful, nude woman. Uzumaki Naruto Ninpochô (Uzumaki Naruto Ninja Special) - Same as Taju Kagebunshin for 2000 (Restricted to Naruto) - Many of the Narutos jump into the air and perform Shuriken From All Directions. A few more Narutos kicks the enemy into the air. Many Naruto's begin to pummel the enemy in the air then two more punch the enemy towards the ground. Two Narutos each throw the last two Narutos at the enemy and the Narutos kick the enemy into the ground. Shitei Rasengan (Teacher and Student Spiraling Sphere) - 22 (accumulated) (Exclusive to Naruto and Jiraiya) - Naruto and Jiraiya combine their versions of Spiraling Sphere to engulf the enemy in a meteor-sized sphere that launches the enemy into the air. Shihôhappô Shuriken (Shuriken From All Directions) – 0 (Exclusive to Naruto) - Once Naruto clones himself using his Shadow Clone Technique, he and his clones throw a large number of shuriken from all angles at their opponent. Ôdama Rasengan (Great Ball Spiraling Sphere) = 80 (Restricted to Kyuubi naruto) - This is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Spiraling Sphere, but also more unstable. Naruto needs a clone to form and control the energy. Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique) - 80 for 100 Narutos, 140 for 1000 Narutos, 200 for 2000 Narutos. - This jutsu is basically a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Technique) - 0.5 (Exclusive to Naruto Uzumaki, Konohamaru, Moegi, Udon) - This is simply a Transformation Technique used to transform the user into a beautiful, nude woman Jiraiya Hari Jizo (Spiked Jizô) - 5 upon activation; -2 every post (Restricted to Jiraiya) - Using this jutsu, Jiraiya can grow and harden his hair as a shield. In addition to blocking most physical attacks, the spikes in his hair become as tough as nails, impaling anyone foolish enough to strike them. Tôton Jutsu (Transparent Escape Technique) - 1! - This jutsu is the ultimate peeping technique developed by Jiraiya when he was still a student under the Third Hokage. This jutsu allows Jiraiya to escape from any area unheard and unseen. Shitei Rasengan (Teacher and Student Spiraling Sphere) - 22 (accumulated) (Exclusive to Naruto and Jiraiya) - Naruto and Jiraiya combine their versions of Spiraling Sphere to engulf the enemy in a meteor-sized sphere that launches the enemy into the air. Kurosuki Raiga Raikyû (Lightning Ball) – 4 (Restricted to Kurosuki Raiga) - By gathering chakra between his twin swords, Raiga can create a ball of electrical energy and launch it at the enemy. Rairyû no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) – 12 (Restricted to Kurosuki Raiga) - Gathering lightning using his twin swords, Raiga spins around very quickly, forming the electricity into a likeness of a dragon's head. Once Raiga gathers enough lightning, a tornado of lightning will cover the area in front of him, temporarily trapping his opponents in a painful vortex of electricity. Raizô Ikazuchi wo Utte (Thunderbolt Strike) – 11 (Restricted to Kurosuki Raiga) - Using his twin swords, Raiga can create several thunderbolts that cut through the ground until they hit the enemy. Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Armor) – 9 (Restricted to Kurosuki Raiga) - By rotating his twin swords, Raiga can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it. Hi no Hagane (Wings of Steel) – 7 (Exclusive to Kurosuki Raiga) - This jutsu is the one electrically-based jutsu Raiga can do without his swords. using it, Raiga can cause a rockslide by sending a wave of electric energy into a cliff. Tenten Kagura Shuriken no Mai (Ancient Shuriken Dance) – 3 (Restricted to Tenten) - Using one of her summoning scrolls, Tenten throws a massive amount of shuriken at her opponent. Sôshôryû (Twin Rising Dragons) – 8 (Exclusive to Tenten) - A variation on Tenten's normal Projectile Weapons summoning, this jutsu uses both of Tenten's weapon scrolls to summon twice as many weapons. As a distraction, the scrolls emit a large smokescreen when activated, after which the scrools shoot into the air concealed by two smoke dragons. The dragons circle around each other after reaching a certain height. Tenten then jumps into the middle of the scrolls and summons all manner of weaponry to throw at her opponent. She can also use strings to lift and rethrow the weapons should she miss her target. Gamabunta Katon: Gamayu Endan (Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet) = 15 (Restricted to Gamabunta) - Gamabunta spits out a large amount of oil, which is then ignited by the user. Suiton: Teppôdama (Water Release: Gunshot) = 25 (Exclusive to Gamabunta) - Gamabunta fires a gigantic ball of water from his mouth. Enma Kongô Rôheki = 8 (restricted to Enma) - While in the form of the staff, Enma duplicates himself into a large quantity of staffs and forms a cage with them to protect the user (or possibly imprison an opponent). Haku Makyô Hyô Satsu (Demonic Mirror Ice Murder) - 0 (used after Makyo Hyo Sho) Exclusive to Haku - After the victim is trapped in Haku's Demonic Ice Mirrors, Haku will then begin dashing from one mirror to another attacking with blinding speed until the mirrors explode, damaging all inside while Haku, using his speed to get away at the last instant, remains safely outside of the blast. Sensatsu Suishô (Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death) – 7 per wave (Exclusive to the water manipulation Kekkei Genkai users) - This jutsu freezes water into the shape of sharp needles, which then hone in on the opponent from all directions. To perform this jutsu, the user must be near a body of water. Makyô Hyô Shô (Demonic Mirror Ice Crystals) = 3 for each ice mirror (15 for the dome); -5 for every 3 posts. Exclusive to Haku - This jutsu encircles an opponent with over a dozen mirrors fashioned out of ice. Haku can then enter one of the mirrors from the outside and travel between any of the mirrors at an incredible speed; in fact, the time in transit is almost instantaneous. During transit, Haku can throw needles while remaining virtually unassailable. If the mirror Haku is currently in is shattered, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack. Makyô Hakuhyô (Demonic Thin Ice Mirrors) – 3 - Haku vanishes and reappears in any location desired (usually behind the enemy), then creates a single ice mirror. Haku will then leap into the mirror from the rear and come out from the front, slashing the enemy with a senbon. Tayuya Makyô no Ran (War of Evil Men) – 12 (Exclusive to Tayuya) - Using her flute, Tayuya plays a tune that causes anyone to hear it to be entranced in the Demonic Flute: Dream Sound Chain genjutsu. Mateki: Mugen'onsa (Demonic Flute: Dream Sound Chain) - 10; 4 for every post for retention (Restricted to Tayuya) - Using her flute, Tayuya can make her target feel as if they are tied with numerous wires, restricting their movement. Soon after, their flesh will begin to melt away from their bones, causing great pain and horror to the target. The jutsu must be maintained by the melody of the flute. Gekkou Hayate/Seven Swordsmen of the Mist/Hanako Kenshin: Mikazuki no Mai (Dance of the Crescent Moon) = 18 (Includes the three Bunshins) Restricted to Hayate. - This jutsu creates three shadow clones of the user, which attack along with the user in a complicated sword-dancing pattern to confuse the opponent. The swords are also able to extend to any length. - Kagai Shougeki (Assault Crash) A simple powerful blow towards the opponent's chest with a sheathed sword. - Senkou Dageki (Flash Strike) Stance with right foot placed in front of left, pressing the blade of the sheathed sword against the curve of the sheath, which increases draw speed. The drawing of the blade is the same motion used for the attack. It is an all-or-nothing attack where missing the target results in the user being completely vulnerable. - Soryusen (Twin Dragon Spark) As above, but with a follow-up attack utilizing the sheath as its secondary strike. This second swing "covers" the period of vulnerability left after Senkou Dageki. - Tsuiraku Tora (Crashing Tiger) Spreading your feet, the user will hold his sword above his head, with one hand on the blade and deliever a piercing blow by launching himself towards the opponent with a small chakra-assisted boost. - Bakusai Jishin (Blasting Earthquake) Purely by might alone, the user slams his sword into the ground, creating a large shockwave that can lay enemies flat on their backs - Hageshii Dageki (Violent Strike) After using Kagai Shougeki, the user will unsheathe his sword and stab the opponent's chest before sweeping the sword sideways, resulting in a very nasty death. - Ryutsuisen (Dragon Hammer Strike) An overhead, double-handed swing, delivered after a jump. - Ryukansen (Dragon Spiral Strike) A swing that takes advantage of the entire body's turning motion to dodge an enemy's attack or to bypass an enemy's defense, striking immediately after. - Ryushosen (Soaring Dragon Flight) An upward, double-handed slash, often delivered with a jump. The main target is the opponent's neck. - Ryusosen (Dragon's Nest Strike) This is simply a super-fast succession of swordstrikes. - Ryusui no Ugoki: (Flowing-Water Movement) This is moving technique where the user moves around fast and silently. Confusing the opponent due to the fluid motion & continiously changing speed. Shukaku Nesa Bakusô (Hot Sand Waterfall Burial) – 25 (Shukaku only) - Shukaku slams the ground to cause sand around the enemy to explode, launching them into the air. Shukaku jumps into the air and tosses the enemy into effected sand, causing the sand to implode, thus crushing the enemy. Futon: Renkudan (Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet) = 25 (Ichibi no Shukaku) - Shukaku takes a deep breath and shoots a large ball of compressed air and chakra at an opponent, causing an enormous conflagration if it hits. Kisame Suiton: Goshokuzame (Water Release: Five Eating Sharks) = 12 (exclusive to Kisame) - This jutsu is used when an opponent is knocked into water. From the water, five sharks are created and used to attack the opponent. Sandaime, Sannin and Sannin's Students Kokuangyo no Jutsu (Bringer of Darkness Technique) = 10, 3 per post - This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. - Restricted to Sandaime, Sannin, and the Sannin's students. Doton: Doryuuheki (Earth Release: Earth Style Wall) = 9 - The user spits out a stream of mud that quickly grows and solidifies into a strong, protective wall. - Restricted to Sandaime, Sannin, and the Sannin's students. Doton: Doryuudan (Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet) = 8 - Used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Flow River, this jutsu creates a likeness of a dragon's head that launches mud balls from its mouth at the opponent. - Restricted to Sandaime, Sannin, Sannin's/Sandaime's students. Doton: Doryuu Taiga (Earth Release: Earth Flow River) = 6 - This jutsu forms a rapid river of mud on the ground beneath the opponent. - Restricted to Sandaime, Sannin, Sannin's/Sandaime's students. Katon: Karyûdan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Missile) - 9 - This jutsu is used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the mudballs fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating. - Restricted to Sandaime, Sannin, and the Sandaime's/Sannin's students. Akatsuki/Akatsuki Leader Shôten no Jutsu (Shapeshifting Technique) - This jutsu is used to perfectly clone a willing target by sacrificing another person. To perform the jutsu, the intended target must give up a fair portion of their chakra to create the duplicate, after which the sacrificial body morphs into an exact clone of the target. The target is so perfectly cloned that every aspect of them will be copied, even kekkei genkai and weapons the target is carrying. - Restricted to Akatsuki Leader Fûin Jutsu: Genryû Kyû Fûjin (Sealing Technique: Illusionary Dragon Nine Consuming Seals) - This jutsu is used by the Akatsuki leader and his subordinates in tandem to forcibly drain the spirit and chakra of the tailed beasts from their hosts. then seal it in a large statue. The jutsu takes three days to complete. Gofû Kekkai (Five Seal Barrier) - This jutsu involves a seal placed to create a barrier and four other seals placed around the vicinity. All five seals must be removed in order to break the barrier. - Restricted to Akatsuki members - Ishindenshin (Telepathic jutsu used by all Akatsuki members; it enables long distance communication between members and Rei.) - Houshi no Tousha (Astral Projection Technique. Enables the Akatsuki member to project himself/herself in the hideout regardless of his/her whereabouts.) Sound 4 Shikokumujin (Four Black Fog Formation Seal) = 10 (per person) - This jutsu is used to reduce the effects of the seishingan drug. While under influence of this seal, the drugged person won't die, but rather be put in a temporary coma. This forces their body to be able to handle a level two cursed seal. - Restricted to Sound 4 Kuroshiro Saiko Kimagure no Jutsu (Caprice Technique) = 14 - The target will be affected by five bolts of an element that descend from the heavens. The element itself is random, and could be chosen from the following: Wind, Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth. Muchitsujo - Raikou (Chaos: Lightning) = 13 - Around the caster, a lightning storm will occur that will simultaneously strike with lightning bolts. Has a chance of missing the enemy since the Area of Effect is a 5 foot radius; but know that each position will be struck at least once Muchitsujo - Mizu (Chaos: Water) = 15 - Water will begin gathering in Saiko's hands, giving off a blue aura. Has a three post preparation and a five post cooldown. When enough water has been gathered, Saiko will aim his hands at the enemy and let loose a tsunami. Muchitsujo - Houka (Chaos: Fire) = 5, 2 each ball of fire. - Saiko first summons five balls of fire around his person. After summoning, they begin to spin around him rapidly, and then Saiko sends them slamming into the opponent. Muchitsujo - Kaze (Chaos:Wind) = 5 - Utilizing a sort of vacuum effect, creating a small inverse-vacuum orb that the user can cast to blow away any enemy, without hurting them intentionally. Perfect for trying to get away. Magen: Hyouden no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Field of Eternal Snow Technique) = 10, 3 per post. - When activated, it will cause all targets around Saiko within a ten foot radius to suddenly see white. This technique can be compared to using a flashbang grenade; the blindness will last for two posts. Magen: Nijuurasen no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double Helix Technique) = 10, 3 per post. - The target is made to believe that poltergeist phenomenon is happening around them, such as rapping noises, things floating into the air and such. The genjutsu will eventually spiral into something darker, such as the air around them turning cold, multitudes of voices and such.The ending of this Genjutsu would be multitudes of spirits and corpses that would surround the target and take him to 'Hell', after which the genjutsu will dissipate. Used for torture. Lasts for 4 posts. = Unari [Howl] (7) - Makes use of infrasound, implementing it into his howl, a lesser form of Kanashibari no jutsu. = Kagami [Mirror] (10) - A form of Bunshin no Jutsu, allows him to multiply in number. However, his copies cannot attack the target. They only serve to scare, and each bunshin can morph into a flaming dog, although they still cannot attack the target. = Battouga [Felling Moth] (16) - Miru will first run towards the target, eventually he will begin to spin, and then while still spinning, strike the target with a great blast of cutting wind and with his own claws as he collides with them. This will induce tunnel vision in Miru, and he can only do this once. Yuurei Kyouhaku Bunsetsu no Jutsu (Seductive Phrase Technique) - 3 chakra per post (10 if enforced with permanence) A genjutsu that directly affects the mind of everyone within a ten meter radius of the user that can hear the user speak. The affected strongly desire to do what the user orders/suggests; good for intelligence-gathering and manipulation in general. Always has some effect, though whether the target does anything is relative. Yuurei has developed this jutsu to the point that the effect it leaves lingers even after it is deactivated. Giji Tsume no Jutsu (False Claw Technique)4 per hand: The user focuses their chakra into a lethal edge, channeled through their fingertips or nails (fingertips, for greater length, and nails for more precision). The chakra is extended and becomes claw-like, able to slice through even hard stone, depending on the amount of chakra focused, solidified, and sharpened. At a certain level, the user may even be able to control the chakra's visibility, thereby fooling the opponent--unless they have some sort of special chakra-seeing abilities--into believing there's only air around the fingertips. Giji Tsume: Kei-Rasshu (False Claw: Whiplash)8: A variant of Giji Tsume: jounin level only. Once the user has gained enough mastery of the original 'False Claw," they may be able to extend the chakra-claws into long, burning whips. Hakanai (Fleeting): 2 to activate, 0.5 per post Grants Hara/Kiga/Sesshu/Atome supernatural agility. Shinkuu (Vacuum): 4 For one post, Kaihou sucks in/devours everything that is within a ten foot radius (When Atome uses this, because of her size, the range is expanded to fifty feet from where she stands). She has limited mobility during this attack, but may move at a walking pace. Jouseki (Expelling): 4 Kaihou/Atome essentially spit everything back up again. Gohitofuki (Great Gust) 4 per breath Sesshu/Atome releases a tremendous, piercing blast of wind that lasts as long as he is able to breathe out. The breath lasts for one ENTIRE post (no letting up during it). After he runs out of breath, this has a one post cooldown. Orochimaru and his Protege(s) Suiton: Mizu Hebi no Jutsu = 8 - a Suiton jutsu taught by the Sandaime Mizukage, it is a variation of Suiton: Suiryudan that is uniquely Orochimaru's. Sojasosai no Jutsu = 20 - A forbidden jutsu which is a murder-suicide attack - killing both the user and the target. When the jutsu is performed, two summoned snakes wrap themselves around the user and the victim and lock themselves in that position by biting each others' necks, then proceed to self-detonate. Senei Jashuu) = 4 - summons snakes out of Orochimaru's sleeve to aid in grappling an opponent or stopping an attack Senei'ta Jashuu) = 6 - summons multiple snakes; variation of Senei Jashuu Bakuhatsuteki Shushou (Explosive Palm) = 5 per hit. - A jutsu developed by Orochimaru wherein the ninja focuses a huge amount of chakra down his hands. Anything he touches will explode. This jutsu however drains considerable amount of chakra from the user. Chakura no Tate = 10, 2 to maintain. - A specific Chakra Shield technique developed by Orochimaru. It is very strong, living up to its name. Though it does require a huge chunk of chakra from the user, it is known to grant protection that even the Kusanagi no Tsurugi cannot destroy easily. However, rumors say that the Yondaime Hokage developed the jutsu to protect himself, from all things, bread. Magen: Hebi Akumu (Demonic Illusion: Serpent Nightmare) = 7 - A special genjutsu developed by Orochimaru; this causes the target to have a horrifying vision of a gigantic snake that freezes him/her with utmost fear. -------------------- |
