Aurora stared at him for a few moments, she hadn't expected him to hand her a coat. They'd hardly had half of a conversation since they'd met and this bit of kindness surprised her greatly. She had been expecting the cold and made the assessment that her trench coat would have to be warm enough even though she knew it wasn't made to combat that cold.
"Thank you," she said and slipped into the coat. It was huge on her but warmer than her trench coat. She'd not been in a cold region since she was a child and never in all her memory had it ever been this cold.
She fallowed Terrence, she didn't know this land or anything about it other than it wasn't part of Roger Beams' empire. She looked around as they walked, constantly watching for trouble, which seemed to fallow her where ever she went.
