Most of the OOC Masters (and Gaia for Earth) do their own lessons- but there are some exceptions. So if you're feeling impatient about your lesson- here's who you should bug about it.

Air Mages
Scholar: Ignatius
Weather Witch, Sky Mage, Wind Mage, Warrior Mage: Westbourne

Earth Mages
Blacksmith Mage, Rock Mage, Green Mage, Plant Mage: Raiden

Fire Mages
Flame Mage, Mechanics Mage, Detonation Mage: Ignatius
Warrior Mage: Westbourne

Water Mages
Scholars, Ocean Mages, Fresh-Water Mage, Spell Mages, Warrior Mage: Mistress Rika


Oh- and don't bug them too much. By this I mean, start out with pleasant "Hey, can we start my lesson" maybe once a week until they reply; and if it takes a month or more for them to do anything- then start getting annoying. :)
