First of all, we'll have an IC ceremony for these promotions soon, but I felt I'd post these now.

Lieutenant Olis Neemar is being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commnder

Lieutenant (J.G.) Telerev is being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant

Della Krin is being awared the rank of Ensign, and the position of Chief Flight Officer.
