The main science lab is where most of T'Lessa's scientific duties are performed. It is a large space, and often empty because of a shortage of science personnel. Plants stand in every corner and on various shelves around the room. Scientific instruments gleam on counters and tables.

T'Lessa slipped into the half-lit lab and looked around as the lights came up to full. It had been a while since she was there last, and she found she missed it...if only a little.

Tel walked into the science lab. Usually, he found it was a place where he could be alone, to escape.
"Oh, I didn't realize the lab was in use," he spoke as he saw the commander. |
