The T-Zone. A military area deep underground, lead by a Elite Squad of scientists called the T-Squad. There funding has granted them limitless technology, and the ability to create anything in their visionary - which just happens to be a Time Portal.

Experiments carried out in the T-Zone [Time Zone] at last became successful. They managed to create a real rift, a small rip in the space time continuum, allowing them to be taken to any part of the Universe. The Leader - Valious Thomas was the first to step into the Rift, and he hasn't been seen since. What they didn't intend on, was the fact that just by making one small Rift, meant millions of others began to appear all over the world.

They are unintentional, and can happen at any time - any place, to anyone. These small rips look like water, and appear in front of you until somebody steps through. Where they take you in unknown, but there is multiple lands you can appear at, each occupied by differnt creatures and race's.

The members of the T-Squad have been getting more and more reports of people lost in the Rifts, and it has become their mission to residue all missing people, and destroy the Rifts. They can be destroyed, but their is no way to stop the others from opening.
