Description:
This creature is masculine, approximately six feet tall and weighing in around one hundred and seventy pounds. His skin is a grayish-green color and pale as death. In fact it's questionable whether or not Captor even breathes or has a beating heart. Over where his eyes would normally be is a metal plate, bolted into his skin and permanently blinding him. This is not to say that Captor cannot navigate his surroundings, and even the tiniest noise seems to catch his attention. His mouth is also held open with speculum-like objects that warp it into a malevolent grin.

Around his left arm and torso it is chained with heavy metal chains, covering his chest and pelvic area as well as the upper half of his legs. Captor's free right arm often wields a weapon; these include but are not limited to a noose, a butcher knife, a club or other blunt instruments, or he might even just use his bare hands.

Functions:
Captor's weapons vary depending on the person he encounters and their purpose in Silent Hill. A person who is suicidal might encounter him with a noose while another who wishes vengeance upon themselves or another person might see something far more brutal. Indeed, he does love to strangle his victims if he catches them.

His movement, due to his heavy chains and obscured vision, has a tendency to be more slow, and he drags across the ground sluggishly. However what he lacks in sight he makes up in a keen sense of hearing and smell. Using both he will chase after his targets.

Usable or Non-Playable:
Usable, but keep a few things in mind: one, this is meant to be more of a boss character and it is recommended that he is used under special circumstances. Two, his theme is mainly people with intense emotions.

Suggested people to toss him at: people with suicidal tendencies, people with an intense fear of men or otherwise muscular people, people who kick puppies, people who steal candy from children.
