It was the year 2010. The Government had fallen. An elite secret organization infiltrated every level of society and destroyed each government from within. They call themselves the Aeuitas Equitas or The AE. They gave the people "freedom" from the government's ruling hand and destroyed the law.

Crime and corruption rule the city. There can be no justice where there is no law. Among the chaos, Brisbane has settled into some semblance of normalcy. People learned to look away from the corruption and keep quiet; because in this town the brave end up dead. Safety is a thing of the past in this hell.

But there are those who still fight; they are known as The Service. Tired of living in corruption, these are the people who try to bring order by destroying the AE. Though not at all Heroes, they're fed up with living under the AE.

On the streets of Brisbane a silent war is taking place. Everyone knows about the two sides, but no one knows who the members are neither side is free from corruption. Who will reign in...

the Reclamation

i watch the seasons fade ;;

The sound of a gentle breeze lightly tickling the branches of the trees as it made its way thru the nearly silent park was one of the few sounds that came to the ears of anyone passing thru the park. It was soothing and the perfect music to anyone trying to clear their minds, and for those trying to escape the blaring music of the night life, and the screaming engines of wildly tuned cars. And the haunting sounds of the ice cold metal. The tool in removing the headaches of his life. The .45 caliber pistol that had taken the life of his demented brother, and the demon that now plagued his mind even worse than he had ever done before. Now the lifeless eyes haunted his minds eyes. Reminding him of the fact that him and Kenzie had left him there to just rot, in the place he'd once called home. A shudder shook his frame, as his eyes continued staring up at the clouds silently. Not seeing them, being glazed over lost deep in thoughts, and memories of the past.

Eyes stared unseeingly at a passing airplane. His mind not even registering the fact that it seemed like it was flying low. After all, it wouldn't really matter much anyways. After all there werent too many laws, or rules anymore that were actually listened too. It was strange to think that once the whole world had been so deeply involved in rules and fear of breaking them. It was as the hell everyone thought they had once lived in had evolved into a never ending world of pain, agony, and fear of being killed for not acting out. It was funny really, go from following every rule and listening to people older than you. To making your own rules and doing whatever the fuck you wanted to do without fear of anything, except for the idea that maybe someone would possibly bring order to the chaos they'd all grown to love and embrace. Well, most had grown to love.

Eric for one loved being able to get away with speeding around Brisbane, breaking every traffic law that had once been so strictly enforced by the government. Fear of losing the ability to drive, and the freedom to do what you wanted with your own cars now gone. The only fear was of losing control and destroying the works of art youve taken the time to create, some to even love. But it was the other people in this chaotic life that he would've probably never met that he was so afraid to lose, even if they didnt entirely know it yet. Like the sadistic vixen from the racetrack... The blood hungry girl that helped him rid his life of his older brother.. And the nurse that had helped stitch up the blood hungry girl that had gotten wounded while helping kill his brother.

All these people were so different... Well with the exception of Kenzie and Neeka... they were both strangely alike. and yet oh so different. One knew what they wanted, and the other one was just learning what she wanted. It was strange. He had an odd, and deadly attraction to those that wished to cause others such personal harm. Namely him, a shiver shook him again as he remembered the scars upon his chest from time spent with Neeka. And then the fact that he was masochistic and rather enjoyed being around people that caused others harm. Was it so strange really? Who knew. Who cared. A groan escaped his lips as he emptied his mind of all the random thoughts of everyone and everything that had been on it lately. Blinking a few times and stretching as he stared at the sky quietly, finaly seeing the beauty of it all. Nearly clear blue sky, quiet empty park where he could finaly think to himself for awhile.
