It was the year 2010. The Government had fallen. An elite secret organization infiltrated every level of society and destroyed each government from within. They call themselves the Aeuitas Equitas or The AE. They gave the people "freedom" from the government's ruling hand and destroyed the law.
Crime and corruption rule the city. There can be no justice where there is no law. Among the chaos, Brisbane has settled into some semblance of normalcy. People learned to look away from the corruption and keep quiet; because in this town the brave end up dead. Safety is a thing of the past in this hell.
But there are those who still fight; they are known as The Service. Tired of living in corruption, these are the people who try to bring order by destroying the AE. Though not at all Heroes, they're fed up with living under the AE.
On the streets of Brisbane a silent war is taking place. Everyone knows about the two sides, but no one knows who the members are neither side is free from corruption.

Hey everyone, take a read through the information section. There's been some updates, specifically the parts about the Family. This division is the newest part of Rec. Enjoy!

Brisbane Chronicles Brisbane’s local newspaper. If you want a dose of depression, just pick this up. Reality is harsh and this paper doesn’t sugar coat. The newspaper headquarters is located near central downtown in a nice area of town.
Lady Hope Church & Cemetery An old stone church stands in a classic position on top of a small rise that is surrounded by tombstones. The wrought iron gates surrounding the church's ground are always unlocked, as is the church itself.
Elderbie High School Generations of misuse have left this school in a bleak state of disrepair. Since the government's collapse however, nothing has been done to repair the building. Despite the said condition, students still attend.
Hampshire Mall This mall is popular with all kinds of people. Filled with at least thirty stores, there is something to suit everyone. A food court with plenty of seating is in the middle of the mall.
Keary Park This little piece of heaven is a cute little place. Not a lot tends to happen in this little nook, at least that's what most people tend to think. There's a little sand filled playground at one end of the park and hiking trails at the other end. Benches are scattered throughout the park as well as many look out points. If it's a quiet day wildlife can be seen.
The Maze A large network of connecting alleyways and streets. The streets are dark and somewhat spooky at night. During October ghost tours are led through here. There are many dark door ways, perfect for a secret meeting.
Buckley’s This diner has something for everybody, whether it be a cup of coffee to go or a quick meal before work. If you need to get away from the stress of life, then this is the place to come.

Lucky Casino & Hotel This casino came to town just after the government fell but construction was only recently finished. The grandeur of the hotel has been compared to the hotels in Las Vegas. Every game imaginable is inside the building. Poker, blackjack, roulette; it's all here. A private security team prowls the floor though, so if you're going to cheat, better run fast.
Inksplot Tattoos A local tattoo shop that stands out from the surrounding area due to its shabby interior and bright red neon lights. However, the inside is picture perfect, spotless, and is incredibly clean. Run by Liam, known by his employees as Boss Man. Isaac has a station set up as one of three artists. Rock music from all ages is usually pumping through the stereo.
Dark Light A club with no rules, and all the fun you could want. Darklight is owned by Tobias Maximoff. As long as you mind your own business and don't bother the boss you're welcome any time, unless of course you're Service. If you do happen to be one be sure and keep it a secret, you aren't among friends.
Evolution The local night club. The music is mostly dance and hip hop music; local bands have also been known to perform. Thursday nights are flash back to the 70s however.
Hotel Drive This roads winds it's way through most of Brisbane and is checkered with various hotels. A hotel for every budget can be found along this road. From the cheap cockroach motels to the high end luxury resorts at the southren end of the road.
Carr Library This is the largest library in town. It once housed well over 20,000 books. However that number has been substantially lowered since the September 2011 burning of political and historial books. Still it is a quiet atmosphere to dwell in.
Brisbane Hospital The local hospital has been through rough times over the last few years. However with funding from private donors and community fundraisers, the hopsital has been able to remain open and stay cost free.
Police Station This once proud building now stands only as a pile of ash. Since one night during the winter of 2013, only the iron bars if the jail cells still stand in the center of the wreckage.
Mitsuki Raceway An intricate raceway that winds within the city to appease the street racers, but for more formal drivers there are three circuits all varying in lengths, terrain, and difficulty. The music is loud, the parties last all night, and life is good. The street racing is usually done in the midnight hours, while the circuit racing is done in the day.

Murphy's Auto Repair Need a tire repaired? An oil change? A new windshield? This is the place to get it. Be forewarned though: it's owned by a chick. If you haven't lived here long, you probably don't know that. But if you claim a woman can't do the job as well as a man, she can screw up your vehicle beyond anyone's repair but her own.
