 Welcome to RL's Fan Club for Hatori BiscoTo join, post in this threadPresident: amakaraiai Membersurdzy WingedAng3l Annixchan Sanns Yoruhana Crystal_yuy Jen17 Candi Devil Jadetine Mikariangel Alice (Arissa) Saffea Hatori Bisco is the mangaka of the well known anime and manga series, Ouran Koukou Host Club, as well as the lesser known manga series, Sennen no Yuki. Personally, both series are part of my "favourite series" list, and it's unfortunate that Hatori-sensei put Sennen no Yuki on hiatus. I think her drawing style is very unique and different from a lot of shuojo manga artists who tend to follow a certain style of drawing (a lot of emerging artists have drawing styles simlar to Tanemura Arina-sensei, and other popular shoujo artists). I also like how she can incorporate both comedy and drama into both series while mixing them so that the series reflects both genres. I guess I'll provide a synopsis of both series... Ouran Koukou Host ClubFrom Viz: Haruhi, a poor girl at a rich kids' school, is forced to repay an $80,000 debt by working for the school's swankiest, all--male club--as a boy! There, she discovers just how wealthy the six members are and how different the rich are from everybody else.... Sennen no YukiFrom Viz: Seventeen-year-old Chiyuki Matsuoka was born with heart problems, and her doctors say she won't live to see the next snow. Touya is an 18-year-old vampire who hates blood and refuses to make the traditional partnership with a human, whose life-giving blood would keep them both alive for a thousand years. me wanna join she's one of my favorite artist as for Sennen no Yuki, i htink she said somethi about picking it up when she gets more "ideas"  its on the back pages of ouran i thinki t was volume 8 or 9 or 10 i bought all of ouran there is in english ^^ so funny~~~~~~~~` buts getting long |

I think Ouran's going to end soon. It is getting a tad long, but the story is still interesting ^^. I hope she gets new ideas for Sennen no Yuki soon! I think I might buy the English volumes of Ouran once its completed. I'm broke right now

Where do I sign up? I <3 Ouran! I think I've read Sennen no Yuki, but I'm not sure. Is there somwhere I can read it?
Deep inside I don't know if I want Ouran to end, but I know if you drag out something too long, it loses it's freshness and personality.

I forgot to post that you sign up here XD'' (plus I forgot to add the new members names to the post  ) Sennen no Yuki was scanlated by ShoujoMagic and Impossibility, but it's been licensed and since it's those 2 groups, your best chances are on their IRC server. I'm sure there are some manga download sites that have the scanlations. Otherwise, since it's been licensed, if you have any local shops that sell manga there, you might find it. I think the licensed name is Millenium Snow. (I don't like that name  ). I know what you mean! Reading the recent chapters, it seems like the plot is "getting somewhere" so hopefully, and unfortunately, I think Ouran is coming to an end. |

I love Ouran, is like one of the best comedy out there ^^ (in my opinion)
Though A Thousand Years of Snow is not bad either but not as interesting as Ouran, I think..

oohh..I love Bisco Hatori's work..both of them. May I please join this fanclub? I'm really addicted to Ouran Host Club and I think it's one of my all time favorite..and I don't know how I'll deal with it when it finally ends..NooOo  |

@ crystal_yuy: I agree; I like how OKHC has a unique sense of comedy. Well, I find it unique since I get most of my comedy from series such as Eyeshield 21 which is definitely different from Ouran lol.
@jen17: Of course you can join the fan club ^^ (I need to get around making a club banner...). Hopefully when it does end, it'll be a really good ending. I didn't really like how the Ouran anime ended (my opinion).

At first, I was surprised to see the club for Hatori Bisco out on its own. THen I thought about it.
OF COURSE SHE DESERVES HER OWN CLUB.
Ouran will forever be my favorite reverse-harem. Nothing else compares. I would love to claim Kyouya to myself, right here, right now.
Haha, please add me to the club.
