My very first manga was Sailor Moon (urgh) It was at a time when manga was still emerging in the US and I was desperate for any shoujo manga I could find.

Mine would be Merupuri I was one of those people who preferred asnime over manga but when I read Merupuri everything changed this is my first and favorite manga ever.

I think my very first series was Fruits Basket and I only read it because I wanted to see where the series goes after the anime. And I have to say I like the manga better than the anime, although the anime is still pretty good.

I think furuba. thats fruit baskets. I loved at first but when they changed the drawing style I couldnt bear it. I'm first attracted to manga due to the art. I'm so prejudiced :!!

Sailormoon or Ranma. It was so long ago I dont even remember...

I was like a late bloomer in terms of reading manga. I was actually a total anime-lover freak before I found about manga. Let's see, if I remember correctly, I think the first manga I ever read was Magic Knight Rayearth by CLAMP. :happy Really good manga to start off with, and I already knew about CLAMP from watching Card Captor Sakura. After that, I kinda got hooked on CLAMP and borrowed from my friend Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxholic.

My first manga was Itazura Na Kiss, its also one of my favorites. Actually the only reason I read it was because I watched the Taiwan drama It Started with a Kiss (which was also the first T-drama I have watched and is also a favorite lol).

My very first manga just so happened to be the Sailor Moon manga series. <<;; A friend of mine went through the trouble of hasseling a friend of hers who has the volume 1 of Sailor Moon and THEN found a volume 2 from a store and gave it to me just for no reason.

The first manga I read was Marmalade Boy. Cute, old, and probably what got me addicted to shoujo! If you haven't read it, I highly recommend. My friend had all the volumes and I wound up reading it all in one night!
