Title: Mada Shiranai Oretachi (Whoever Unknown)
Mangaka: Aoi Kujyo (the only male yaoi mangaka I know and enjoy regularly)
Genre: romance, shounen-ai, slice of life, yaoi
Licensed: No; scanned by Atlantisdream (disbanded)
Status: 1 volume; complete
Summary: (from mangaupdates.com)
The feeling... not knowing a person is probably not that bad. The one moving in next door Kita is his classmate, Saitou. Unit graduation, Saitou didn't seem to even know Kita's name. Thus, Kita tries to avoid him. Without knowing why, he's hiding his hurt heart. A collection of stories showing the pleasure of love by understanding each other and the endurance of pivotal declaration.

My Opinion
Mm, I initially read this one a good few years back. I've reread it plenty since too and continue to enjoy it every single time I do. I adore Kujyo-sensei's artwork as well and his ability to portray men who are actually men (and not girls in disguise, imho) makes for really good reads. I can't help the fact that I enjoy yaoi where the two guys actually act like two guys rather than one guy and one girl *cough*okaneganai*cough* His works are more plot centric with some buttsmexing here and there, but not as the focal point. This is one of his best works, imho (and I so wish for it to be licensed so I can buy it).

Ooh. Recommended by a fellow yaoi fan, huh?
I'm definitely gunna read this then ^_^ Sounds tempting.
And lol@your Okane ga nai comment xDDD Ayase's so adorable though! I find it hard to believe that he's a guy too <_<''

Lol. xD No matter how many times I attempt to read Okane ga Nai, I can't get passed volume 1 (or something like that) because of the repetitive storyline, the disgustingly girly uke and the seriously overprotective seme. It's always uke gets kidnapped, seme goes to save, buttsmex. Srsly. *sigh* Ayase's lack of manliness makes me think he doesn't have a thing down below and his continuous inability to even attempt to escape on his own (unlike Takaba, who was kidnapped by Feilong, yet attempted to escape anyway, knowing he'd probably fail miserably). I have very strong feelings against reading girly uke yaoi (otherwise, I'd just read het and/or shoujo, depending on my mood for smex).

As for this manga...I love the fact that the mangaka is male. It kind of gives you a different look at males, sorta, in terms of yaoi. Most yaoi mangas have male characters who are obsessed with buttsmex whereas Kujyo-sensei's more about feelings and the like. I simply adore Kujyo-sensei (and imho, he's about as good at Yoneda Kou, Yamane Ayano, etc).

XD Nowadays, smut just scares me. There was this one project that I had to QC for RL called Koisuru something. -shudders- I think I was scarred by that manga <_< It was like: 'hi', 'hi', -smuuuuut-, 'i love you!'. Waaay too much smex <_< Though...I don't mind as much for yaoi ^^'' I've never read all of Okane Ga Nai either xD I agree with you on the repetitiveness. I HATE it when like, each section/chapter of the manga ends with smex and the uke being saved. Gross. Takaba's just about the most BA uke ever x3 (that comes to mind right now o:)

I've never read hentai before...I think. I'm not sure what really qualifies a manga as hentai .____.'
And lol. I just finished reading this series as well ^_^ I did enjoy the non-feminine uke xD but...I'm a total sucker for when two totally straight guys fall for each other. THat's just adorable cuhs it's like, unpredicted and rather...innocent (most of the time) imo. Like...Seven Days. Have you ever read that manga? Or shall I put up a recommendation thread for it? :]

Lol. I've read the first chapter of Seven Days. Takarai Rihito's artwork is absolutely amazing. I haven't gotten more than that though. I keep telling myself to get the rest but continuously end up forgetting. u___u

My top three ukes are...Takaba (VF), Ewon (TC) and Hiroki (JR). Mm....so lovely, those three (and I suppose they're all rather tsundere type, I think?).

I had a (male) friend who forced some hentai (and yuri) into my hands, so I've read nearly every genre. Mm, he did it in uni too, so it was kind of...shocking, to say the least. LOL.

Kujyo-sensei has a number of other words that are worth mentioning too. I've gotta go back in and look through all of them too...

I'm sooo in love with Seven Days. It's my favorite manga of all time. Did you see my avi/sig set based on that manga? ^___^ I had it for a while before I changed it to the one I have atm.

Ah, Takaba<3 I can't pull names (and ukes) off the top of my head right now ._. But there are definitely some really adorable ones that I like ^_^ A recent one of mine would be -checks the manga- Hoshina from Honenuki ni Saretai. But I guess that's because I sometimes enjoy older and (more?) mature ukes like him. And he's not like, a total pushover either. That's the only example I can think of right now. OHOH and the uke from Zion no Koeda was pretty BA as well. The story overall was amazing and the general put up quite a fight :]]

loool o-o What exactly counts as hentai? ._.'
I've tried some lighter shoujo-ai and yuri before. I was QCing (so maybe I wasn't paying attention) but I didn't think it was too bad? I'd probably be freaked out if something like the beginning of a shoujo-ai manga happened to me but I'm totally not against the genre/preference in general.
And I rather enjoy manga that call for survival like 51 Ways to Protect Your Love etc.
