Urgh, Its come to the point where I can't even say who my favorite band or song is anymore, never the less say who I want to go see. I feel like music is falling away because I just can't find the right band/music anymore. It seems like all of the newer bands today are so fake and they have catchy tunes but none to keep me satisfied or wanting more. sad.gif Even the bands that I've liked have changed or become fake like the newer band. dry.gif

Your right about bands changing and being fake, media controls everything these days. Most of them have their material written for them and they all sound the same.

Compared to the amount of old stuff I listen to, the amount of new is minuscule.

I don't think I'll have a problem getting along with you.

There are some good new bands but most of the good bands usually aren't on the radio.

Oh by far, I've actually got some friends in WV who have been playing for 2-3 years now I believe, they are pretty good if you like death metal. I really hope to see them in a real concert but they've still got a ways to go.

It's the bands that start at the bottom that are the real bands, radio bands are all the same and most don't even write their own music.

I believe It's a Long Way to the Top by ACDC describes how the real bands make it.
