Elfen Lied would have been awesome if they added a few more episodes but I don't really see it being that long of an anime. Although, the ending was left open for a possible season 2.

Not really sure on this question. I would have to agree with the Kingdom Hearts piece, that would be amazing if they had that. And the Elfen Lied would have been magnificent also.
