I don't know why i even bothered to start any forums at all, even thought people join but they don't bother to post after awhile. even when they do get the chance to,

Don't be disappointed. Just remember the advice that Bobby and I gave you...
1) Make only one forum until you know you have enough to split into more than 1. 2) Don't count on members to post all the time (meaning don't expect them to post when they can). Some people have busy lives (I [past self] was a perfect example). 3) Don't get disappointed and abandon the forum (!) when it doesn't work. If you do that, you'll get depressed, and when you do that, creativity/enthusiasm is stifled.
Mainly, don't worry about it, and stick with one forum.
