The rangers are shocked when Dai Shi reveals himself to them in the body of Jarrod. Dai Shi calls on the 5 poisons to orchestrate the end of the Rangers. After a nightmare of Jarrod getting revenge on Casey, Lily is worried that Casey might be in danger. She puts herself out there and fights Rantipede, the first poison. RJ reminds her that they will only win as a team.
PRJF Episode: 1605 - “Can’t Win Them All” Writer: Bruce Kalish
Theo has been the best and fastest learner at everything. His confidence is smashed when he is made a fool in a battle against Gakko. Theo gives up and doesn’t see the point in anything. Casey and Lily try to protect the city from the mischievous Gakko as RJ trains Theo. The battle worsens for Casey and Lily. In order to save his friends, Theo must regain his confidence.
PRJF Episode: 1606 - “Dance the Night Away” Writer: John Tellegen
Theo struggles with the fact that his duo with Lily has now become a trio. Camille uses Toady’s love for Stingerella to get them to work together in order to defeat the rangers. Because of the tension between Casey and Theo, the rangers can’t operate the new Claw Canon. Lily confronts them telling Casey that he is needed on the team, and to Theo, that he will always be her best friend.
PRJF Episode: 1607 - “Pizza Slice of Life” Writer: David Garber
Things become quite chaotic when RJ leaves Casey in charge of the pizza shop. Casey makes the mistake of letting everyone do what they want to do. Camille finds out Naja is plotting to overthrow her beloved Dai Shi. She risks her life and takes on a dangerous way of training in order to protect Dai Shi. Casey learns that every team needs one leader to give directions.
PRJF Episode: 1608 - “Way of the Master” Writer: Jackie Marchand
Camille sends out Pangolin to prepare the world for the Sky Overlord. The rangers must seek out the Jungle Mace in order to defeat Pangolin. Unfortunately Master Phant has left Pai Zhuq and no longer wants to help. Lily still has faith that the old master is still inside of the hermit. Touched by her hope, the master teachers her his techniques of the elephant.
PRJF Episode: 1609 - “Good Karma Bad Karma” Writer: John Tellegen
At JKP, Casey catches Josh trying to steal. Carnisoar, the Sky Overlord, takes Jarrod into the past to erase his good deeds. Camille sends Slickagon to wipe out the city and make way for a new, more powerful Jarrod. Casey teaches Josh that the right way is not always the easy way.

"Blind Leading the Blind" Theo's multitasking ends up making more of a mess of things because he doesn't fully concentrate on what he does. his new way of life becomes dangerous on the battlefield against Bai Lai and Carden. Master Swoop teaches Theo the techniques of the Bat in order to help him fully focus his energy. With a zen balanced mind, Theo finds he is more effective in the things he does.
"Pushed to the Edge" Carnisoar's training tactics become even more ruthless. Camille can't bear to watch and is dismissed from the temple. Theo and Casey think Lily is too nice. Always looking for the brighter side of things, Lily inadvertently helps out Camille and inspires her to find a new boss. Camille frees Jellica, the Water Overlord, to replace Carnisoar. Theo tells a hurt Lily that she should never feel bad about being nice.
"One Master Too Many" RJ is hurt to hear that Casey wants a new master. RJ tells him the master coming is not right for him. While battling Crustaceo, the rangers run into Casey's new master, Master Finn. RJ reveals that Master Finn is his father. Master Finn trains an eager Casey who learns all about the shark technique. Through a battle, Dai Shi corners Master Finn. RJ uses his wolf spirit to protect his dad. Master Finn is proud of what his son has become.
"Ghost of a Chance I" After another victorious battle against Camille’s monsters, the rangers feel they are unstoppable. RJ warns them about being overconfident. He tells them to train on their basic stances. Dai Shi emerges after reaching his next level of power and demands a fight with the rangers. The rangers are easily defeated. RJ steps in and offers his life to spare his students’. Dai Shi accepts and takes RJ away, leaving the rangers without a master.
"Ghost of a Chance II" With RJ captured, the rangers must travel to the spirit world to find the last 3 remaining masters. Theo, Lily, and Casey must face their own childhood fears in order to pass their test. Jarrod prepares a battle arena where he will fight RJ to the death. Having faced their fears, the rangers come back with the power to boost their power to full fury. The rangers battle Dai Shi and save RJ. Meanwhile, with everyone gone at JKP, Fran finds out who the rangers really are!
After his last battle with Dai Shi, RJ has major problems controlling his animal spirit. He turns into a werewolf and becomes a big threat to anyone around him. RJ learns to lean on his friends and not run away from them when he has a problem. In the evil temple, Dai Shi is overthrown as Grizzaka refuses to take orders from any human.
