The Venom Virus Empire, led by an alien madman with a dangerous past, was created from another dimension with their intentions to destroy the universe and replace it with a computerized safe haven for other evil tribes and forces to evolve and thrive. I do like the idea of that, but I think it's too many Rangers, and the ages are all so different that it wouldn't work out. supernova, you used it in the right context, because a Phoenix is associated with rebirth, which these would be Rangers for the first time since (except for Mack and Jack) a while ago. ELR

If you're referring to my primary team lineup of seven instead of just 5, unusual color schemes, a female Red Ranger on some (or most) of my teams, Zord and arsenal combinations, etc., then yeah, I've done that. Personally, all of these traditional elements in PR and Sentai tend to get old too, so I chose for all the teams I create to stand out from that kind of crowd. To all of you that are reading this (ELR, you too!), the main reason why I thought of putting together the ELITE roster in the first place is to bring out another different side of Power Rangers than the normal stuff you see on TV and on other people's fanfics, and yes, the rest of my characters are original.... PHOENIX (Yeah, this is my last change on this team, as I have a right to change anything within my entire roster, which I've only cut down to 10 of my best ideas) is the ONLY team that I thought of bringing some previous characters to the ELITE roster. Those ideas I previously put on the PUAO forum are the same thing I put here, JUST IDEAS, which I plan to turn some into stories later on. I've started doing that on my TURBINE team, which is what I believe is my best set of ideas so far. Matter of fact, if I ever have time to put all of it together, it might be my best work... Come on now, fellas--let's not start any kind of animosity towards what I post here or PUAO (Well, I don't know if there IS any, but I only say that just in case it happens, since I know that's not what these forums are all about). Don't get me wrong, though; I enjoy looking at everyone's work and respect them just as much as the next reader. Of course you all don't need me to tell you that we're all here to have a good time and share our imaginative thoughts with each other. After all, the Power Rangers and Sentai are what we like, right? PEACE...
