Power Rangers Cyber Force

A powerful virus has corrupted the entire Internet. At the same time, the government was working on robots that were to replace soldiers. The virus inside the internet splits and regrows so many times that it corrupts all of the robots and they turn on their masters. A cyborg human is affected by the virus as well and his body is controlled. He calls himself Cybronus and plans on using his virus-corrupted robots to take over the world. A scientist known as Dr. Phillip Johnson (Phil for short) has developed 5 Cyber morphers to give to 5 teenagers that will fight to protect their world. They are known as Power rangers Cyber Force.

The Deadly Virus

(Opening theme)
Act 1
Scene 1
Setting: NSCEV (National Security Center for Exotic Viruses) Board Room. 10 men and women are sitting in a room next to an oval table. Several papers are scattered around the desks and each of them have a laptop in front of them. The President of NSCEV speaks: “Ladies and gentlemen, we have a national crisis. A virus has managed to appear that will do anything that the maker programs, meaning, it can change shape and form and even what the virus does by remote.”
Woman: “How did it get to the U.S.?”
President: “Someone e-mailed the virus to a person in the United States. The virus destroyed its antivirus programs immediately, copied its personal files and tainted the originals. Then it traveled into its e-mailing program and sent the e-mail to everyone on his list.”
Man: “And you’d think that by the year 3007, people would’ve grown up and stopped creating viruses.”
President: “Yes. We need someone to attempt to stop this madman before the NSCEV computers are downed.”
Suddenly, the lights start flickering off and on. The President presses a button on the table and a hologram of a woman appears.
President: “Sheila, what’s going on?”
Hologram: “The virus has entered the NSCEV mainframe and is copying all of our files. It’s only a matter of time until-”
The hologram disappears and a new hologram appears. It is of a man sitting in the shadows.
Man: “Hello, Mr. President.”
President: “You are the creator of the virus, aren’t you?”
Man chuckles: “Yes I am. Quite a brilliant virus actually. Copies your files, destroys your defenses, and contaminates your files. It’s perfect!”
President: “Why does your virus copy files? What do you want with people’s personal information?”
Man: “Technology has gone a long way in the last thousand years. We have machines that regulate the weather, robots that do the cooking and cleaning for us, machines in habitats that destroy competition, just to name a few. You, sir, have killed one of the most natural processes on this planet.”
President: “And what is that?”
Man: “Natural selection. Survival of the fittest. I am going to use all of your files and destroy what you worked so hard on and restore this planet back to the way it was: eat, or be eaten.”
The hologram fades and the door to the room busts down. 5 robots enter the rooms carrying firearms.
President: “Thank god. We have some protection. Robots, I want you to-”
The firearms click as if they’d been loaded and taken off safety. Each robot points their gun to a different individual.
President: “What the hell do you think you’re doing?!”
Robot: “We are exterminating all who destroyed the natural processes.”
The robots pull their triggers and shoot every member at the table.

Scene 2
Setting: High school. 5 teenagers are sitting at a table outside eating lunch. One boy is wearing a black shirt with a red vest, another boy is wearing a blue tank top, another boy is wearing a black shirt with a green zip-up hoodie, one girl is wearing a pink blouse, and one girl is wearing a pink sweater. The boy in red is Paul, the boy in blue is Michael, the boy in green is Travis, the girl in pink is Eva, and the girl in yellow is Ali.
Paul: “Man, I’m glad today’s Friday.”
Travis: “Yeah. And we start new classes on Wednesday.”
Eva: “My finals were really hard! I am never taking Leadership Skills again. I can’t bear to talk in front of a large group of people.”
Michael (under his breath): “Wimp.”
Eva hits him in the arm playfully when lightning strikes. All of them jump and look up to see a large storm cloud hovering over the area.
Paul: “That’s weird. I don’t remember the government scheduling a thunderstorm right now.”
Ali: “That’s really weird. Should we go check it out?”
Travis: “I’m all for it.”
Michael: “Let’s go.”
They hop up from their chairs and start running in the direction of the storm.

Scene 3
Setting: NSCEV Mainframe. The entire building is dark except from the light of a few computer monitors. A figure walks through the dark and sits down at a larger computer.
Figure: “I hope the files haven’t been corrupted otherwise there will be no hope in destroying this virus.”
The figure pulls out a giga-flash drive and inserts it into the computer. He presses a long series of commands on the keyboard until the picture of a suit appears on the screen. It has a silver band around the helmet and a black visor. There is a silver area around where the mouth would be. The chest is protected by a black vest and has a silver belt, silver boots, and silver bracers on its arms. The rest of the suit is red.
Figure: “Good. The plans haven’t been contaminated.”
He pulls up 4 suits similar to the red one: blue (male), green (male), pink (female), and yellow (female). He saves them to the giga-flash drive.

Scene 4
Setting: NSCEV Board Room. We are taken to the meeting room from Scene 1 and the man from the hologram sits in the head chair. 2 robots stand guard next to him and a messenger robot enters to room: “Master, a man has broken into the mainframe. He’s downloading suits of some sort.”
The man stands up: “Suits? So, Dr. Johnson, we are reunited at last. I will handle him myself.”
The man leaves the room with the messenger robot.

Scene 5
Setting: NSCEV Mainframe. The figure has finished downloading weapon blueprints when a mechanic arm grabs his hand. He whips around and sees a robot.
Robot: “Come with me.”
Man’s voice: “What did I say?”
The robot lets go and the lights turn on in the mainframe. The robot steps out of the way and the man is revealed. He has robotic arms and half of his face is covered in metal. The eye on the metal side of his face is mechanical and has a green light for his pupil and iris. He wears black pants, black shirt and a long dark red robe over it.
Man: “It’s been too long, Johnson.”
Johnson (figure): “Alexander…”
Alexander: “Yes, it is me, my old friend.”
Johnson: “What have you done with the NSCEV?”
Alexander: “Oh, nothing just destroyed every antivirus system, copied and contaminated ALMOST every item in the entire computer network.”
Johnson: “I knew technology went too far. How’d you develop a strong enough virus?”
Alexander: “Like I’d tell you. So what is so important that you had to come all the way to NSCEV for you to download?”
Johnson: “Like I’d tell you.”
Alexander chuckles: “I think you’d better tell me because my robot guards aren’t too friendly.”
Johnson: “After all I did for you in high school and this is how you repay me?”
Alexander: “Tell me what you downloaded and I’ll let you out of here alive!”
Johnson: “The Cyber Project! (deep sigh) I’m downloading the Cyber Project.”
Alexander’s facial expression changes to deep hate: “You are plotting against me.”
Johnson: “Like every scientist should!”
Alexander’s face calms and he says coolly to a robot: “Show Dr. Johnson here what we think about scientists.”
The robots grab Johnson and take him towards the door. As Alexander laughs intensely.

(Commerical break)

Act 2
Scene 1
Setting: Car. Paul is driving with Michael in the passenger seat and the other 3 in the back. The 3 in the back are watching the news.
News reporter: “We are here at the source of this unexpected storm. We have tried contacting the local Weather Control System Office but we aren’t getting anything. Officials say that it’s because of a computer malfunction at the NSCEV building…”
Paul: “NSCEV? What’s going on at the National Security Center for Exotic Viruses?”
Eva: “You would know what NSCEV stood for.”
Paul: “Every computer scientist knows what the NSCEV means. I’ve always wanted to work there.”
Ali: “Watch out!”
Paul’s eyes widen with fear as he sees a tornado on the road in front of him. He stares at it for a while when Travis shouts: “What are you looking at?”
Paul’s face changes to certainty and he says: “Everyone hold on.”
He puts his foot on the gas pedal and the car speeds towards the tornado.
Eva: “Oh my god, we’re all going to die!”
Paul: “No we aren’t! Just watch!”
The car flies through the tornado as if the tornado wasn’t there. Paul decelerates and turns the car so that they can all see the tornado. 1’s and 0’s fly around the funnel and the tornado turns into millions of data cubes. The cubes fall to the ground and disappear.
Paul: “It was a hologram.”
Michael: “Who would create a hologram of a tornado?”
Paul: “Probably the same person who wants to infect NSCEV with a virus that shuts everything else down. We’ve got to get to the NSCEV and stop whatever is going on there.”

Scene 2
Setting: NSCEV Outside. Johnson is being held by 2 robots with Alexander standing next to him.
Alexander: “What happened to you since high school, Johnson?”
Johnson: “In high school I started the Cyber project.”

Scene 3
Setting: Flashback – High school. A younger version of Johnson is sitting at a computer with a 3D picture of a human without color and is composed of light blue wires like a grid. He enters a few key commands and the figure’s body is covered entirely in red.
Young Johnson: “Hey, Alex! What kind of weapons do you want on them?”
Young Alexander: “Blasters that can destroy any virus!”
Young Johnson: “Awesome!”
Johnson (voiceover): “In high school it was just a fun thing to do. Develop a team that can destroy viruses. However as time passed and the world became more computer-dependant…”

Scene 4
Setting: Flashback – Hotel room. An older Johnson is sitting on a black leather couch with a gorgeous woman sitting next to him. They are both watching the news.
News reporter: “Thousands of people die at a computer facility because of a bug in the binary code.”
Johnson’s fist clenches and he rushes over to his computer. He pulls up the Cyber project and begins working on it.
Johnson (voiceover): “I was determined to create the Cyber project in effort to make sure no more accidents occurred…”

Scene 5
Setting: NSCEV Outside.
Johnson: “I hid all the files inside the NSCEV until I found out you attacked it. I ran here to try to take the files before you could copy them.”
Alexander holds the giga-flash drive in his hands and looks at Johnson: “I think we all know how that turned out. Bots!”
The robots look at him.
Alexander: “Show Dr. Johnson how technology can be used for the worst.”
The robots give a chuckle and Alexander kneels down to get to Johnson’s level: “Pretty soon the hologram storm I created will become real. Enjoy your slow and painful death, Johnson.”
The robots drag him off as Alexander chuckles.

Scene 6
Setting: WCSO (Weather Control System Office). The teenagers pull up to the control center. There is a field of metal spikes poking up from the ground. They have small satellites at the top of them and green energy surges from inside them. The teenagers get out of the car.
Paul: “Everything seems fine.”
Ali: “I wonder what’s up.”
Travis: “The weather control pipes aren’t trying to do anything to get rid of the storm though.”
Paul: “That’s because the storm is a hologram as well.”
They all look at him in surprise.
Eva: “A tornado is easier to create than a storm that covers an entire state!”
Paul: “Whoever created it had enough computer output to create a large hologram. He or she could create a storm the size of a planet if he or she could link up certain satellites.”
Michael: “Satellites?”
Ali: “Does the NSCEV have control with satellites?”
Paul: “The NSCEV has control over anything, that’s why if they were invaded then the entire planet would be doomed.”
Travis: “Look up there!”
Travis points to a figure that’s tied up on one of the poles. It is Johnson. He is gagged and is tied to the pole with what appears to be bed sheets.
Paul: “Bed sheets? You’d think they could do better than that.”
Alexander’s voice: “A villain’s worth is not judged on what materials he uses…”
The teenagers whip around and see Alexander: “…but by the essence of the villainy that he performs.”
Michael: “Who are you?”
Alexander: “I’m Cybronus. I created the virus that will lead to your demise. Robots, attack!”
10 robots charge at the teenagers.
Eva: “(scream). I don’t want to fight them!”
Travis: “We don’t have a choice!”
Paul holds his hand up to eye level and snaps: “Attack.”
The teenagers split up.

Scene 7
Setting: Battle between Michael and 2 robots. Michael blocks a punch from the robot with his forearm and then grasps it in pain.
Michael: “Note to self, don’t block robot’s punches with arms.”
Another robots moves in to punch but Michael ducks under it and side kicks it in the ribs. A large dent is created in the armor and the robot backs down. Michael runs forward and jump roundhouse kicks it in the face and the head detaches. The remains of the robot explode and Michael turns around to face the other one. He picks up a metal pipe off of the ground and spins it around. The robot charges and Michael uses the pipe like a spear and thrusts it through the machine’s head.

Scene 8
Setting: Battle between Travis and 2 robots. Travis continuously dodges attacks from the robots until he manages to roll on the ground to get out of the way. He looks over and sees a metal pipe with a cylinder of metal at the end (like a hammer). He picks it up and swings it into a robot’s side. It dents the robot badly and Travis brings the hammer down on its head. Travis kicks it to the side: “Back to the trash can with you.”
The other robot charges and Travis swings his hammer so that it collides on the robot where its balls would be. The robot’s knees buckle as it drops to the ground. Travis swings his hammer over his head and brings it down on the robot’s head.

Scene 9
Setting: Battle between Eva and 2 robots. Eva runs away from the 2 robots until she finds a metal pipe with an orb at the end of it.
Eva: “A weapon? Yes!”
The 2 robots charge and Eva spins her staff, hitting the 2 robots across the head. While they’re dazed, Eva puts dents into them using her staff. After the robots recover, Eva slams her staff down on one of the robot’s head and then swings it so it knocks the other robot’s head clean off.

Scene 10
Setting: Battle between Ali and 2 robots. Ali kicks a robot in the chest and runs to one of the poles. A robot kicks her in the gut and she flies into it. She looks down and sees 2 short metal pipes combined by a chain (nunchukus). She picks them up and twirls them around.
Robot: “You think we can’t stand up to a lame excuse of a weapon like that?”
The robots pull out their blasters and Ali hits the blasters with her nunchuckus and they fall to the ground. Ali rolls, grabs them and shoots the robots with their own blasters. The robots spark and explode.

Scene 11
Setting: Battle between Paul and 2 robots. Paul rushes over to Johnson that’s tied on the post.
Johnson: “Who are you?”
Paul deflects an attack from a robot and says: “Paul.”
Johnson: “Well, Paul, I have a business proposition for you.”
Paul ducks under a robot’s attack that hits the metal spike. The spike bends a little bit from the impact.
Paul: “I’m listening.”
Paul kicks a robot away and side kicks the spike, causing it to fold and snap, smashing the 2 robots. He pulls out a pocket knife and cuts the material that bonds Johnson to the spike.

Scene 12
Setting: WCSO. The teenagers regroup as well as Johnson. Alexander stands in front of them.
Cybronus: “Resistance is futile. You no longer have the required information in order to create the Cyber Rangers!”
Johnson pulls a red cell-phone like object and hides it behind his back. He pulls a red giga-flash drive and inserts it into the object. After the object is done downloading, he silently hands it to Paul behind his back.
Johnson: “You’re right. We have absolutely no power in order to stop you.”
He does the same for Michael (but blue), Travis (but green), Eva (but pink), and Ali (but yellow).
Johnson (whispering): “Press the middle button at the top in order to morph.”
Paul (whispering): “Morph?”
Cybronus: “What are you talking about? I demand to know!”
Johnson: “Fine! Now!”
Each teenager pulls their morpher from out behind them.
Paul: “Let’s get cybernetic!”
All: “Cyber Force!”

Blue Ranger: “The wise antivirus! Blue Cyber Ranger!”
Green Ranger: “The courageous antivirus! Green Cyber Ranger!”
Pink Ranger: “The passionate antivirus! Pink Cyber Ranger!”
Yellow Ranger: “The ruthless antivirus! Yellow Cyber Ranger!”
Red Ranger: “The powerful antivirus! Red Cyber Ranger!”
Cybronus: “No! But…how?”
Cybronus pulls out the giga-flash drive from before and plugs it into his pocket computer. A picture of an anime girl appears on the screen and winks. The screen goes black and the computer sparks. Alexander drops it and smashes it with his foot.
Johnson: “A virus, close to your own. I fooled you and now the Rangers are made.”
Red Ranger: “Get him, guys!”
They draw their blasters and begin shooting at Cybronus. He holds up his hand and he is holding a green orb. The Rangers fire their blasters and all of the shots are absorbed into the orb.
Johnson: “No way!”
Cybronus: “I won’t forget this treachery, Johnson.”
Green energy emerges from the orb and circles around him. It gets closer to him and he teleports into the sky in a brilliant flash of green light. The Rangers pull out their morphers and press the morphing button again to demorph.
Travis: “That was awesome.”
Eva: “I can’t wait to use the powers in a real fight.”
Ali: “Yeah, no one will stand up to us now!”
The 3 Rangers look over to the other two.
Eva: “Aren’t you guys excited?”
Michael: “We don’t see that this battle is to be treated like some game.”
Travis: “What?”
Paul: “Cybronus is a powerful enemy that is not to be taken lightly.”
Johnson: “They’re right. Cybronus is not to be underestimated. Since you are now the Cyber Rangers, all I have to say is go back to school and act like none of this happened. I’ll contact you via morpher in case something comes up.”

(Commercial break)

Act 3
Scene 1
Setting: Space ship. A space ship hovers over the planet. We are taken inside the space ship where Cybronus is sitting in a throne-like chair. 2 robots stand guard next to him.
Cybronus: “I can’t believe the creation of the Cyber Rangers just snuck past me like that. Very well. I will create a satellite monster and have him attack the city but only after I send millions of missiles towards the Rangers’ location. V-Bot!”
A robot enters the room. It has purple armor and a bright gold “V” across it’s chest. It appears very whimpy.
V-Bot (groveling): “Y-Yes, sire?”
Cybronus: “Position Satellitor over the Rangers’ position. And tell the weapons offense bunker to launch nuclear silos one through six.”
V-Bot (groveling): “Y-Yes, sire.”
V-Bot leaves the room.

Scene 2
Setting: High school. The Rangers are in the lunchroom with all of the other students watching TV and eating their lunch. Suddenly, all of the teachers enter the lunchroom and silence the students.
Teacher: “Attention, everyone. We have received word from the mayor that 6 nuclear missiles are headed here. Your parents are here to pick you up so let’s quickly and quietly get to your rides.”
Paul: “Nuclear missiles?”
Eva: “You don’t think that Dr. Johnson would know what to do, do you?”
Their morphers ring and Michael answers it: “Hello?”
Johnson (on phone): “I’ve heard about the missiles. I want you to come to 85367 Plutoni Street.”
Michael: “You got it.”
The 5 Rangers leave the cafeteria out the back door while all of the other students scramble out of the other exits.

Scene 3
Setting: 85367 Plutoni Street. The 5 Rangers pull up to a normal looking house. They hop out of their car and walk up to the front door. Ali leans forward to knock but the mat on the doorstep ends up to be a trapdoor and they slide down a long tube leading into a laboratory-like setting.
Paul: “Where are we?”
Johnson’s voice: “My laboratory.”
The Rangers turn and see Johnson holding 5 more giga-flash drives.
Johnson: “Only you 5 can get rid of the missiles.”
Travis: “But our Cyber powers can only destroy computer viruses, not real things.”
Johnson: “Travis, ever since Cybronus came into the picture, computer viruses ARE real things. Now, show me your morphers so I can add a new power for you.”
The Rangers pull out their morphers and Johnson hands them each a giga-flash drive according to Ranger color. They place the drives in the slots and pictures of space fighters appear on their morphers’ screens, with a name.
Michael: “Cosmic Whisper?”
Travis: “Comet Tail?”
Eva: “Venus Dust?”
Ali: “Warp Jumper?”
Paul: “Star Destroyer?”
Johnson: “Yes. The name of your Cyber Zords. Unfortunately, an antivirus wasn’t strong enough to power a Zord so I resulted to the power of the cosmos. Use these Zords and destroy the missiles.”
Michael: “And what of the sixth missile?”
Johnson: “I’ll tell you what to do with it after you destroyed the other ones, since the sixth one is the biggest.”
Paul: “Okay guys. Let’s do it!”

Scene 4
Setting: City. The Rangers are now morphed and in the city.
(Cosmic Whisper summoning. The Blue Ranger is in a mountainous area. He shouts, “Vessel of wisdom! Cosmic Whisper!” A blue space fighter descends from the sky and he jumps into its cockpit.)
(Comet Tail summoning. The Green Ranger is in a mountainous area. He shouts, “Vessel of courage! Comet Tail!” A green space fighter descends from the sky and he jumps into its cockpit.)
(Venus Dust summoning. The Pink Ranger is in a mountainous area. She shouts, “Vessel of passion! Venus Dust” A pink space fighter descends from the sky and she jumps into its cockpit.)
(Warp Jumper summoning. The Yellow Ranger is in a mountainous area. She shouts, “Vessel of ruthlessness! Warp Jumper!” A yellow space fighter descends from the sky and she jumps into its cockpit.)
(Star Destroyer summoning. The Red Ranger is in a mountainous area. He shouts, “Vessel of power! Star Destroyer!” A red space fighter descends from the sky and he jumps into its cockpit.)
Red Ranger (cockpit): “Okay guys, let’s do this!”

Scene 5
Setting: Space ship. Cybronus looks down at the following scene on a viewing globe.
Cybronus: “He used the Zords that I designed! How dare he!”

Scene 6
Setting: Air over city. The 5 Zords are flying towards the oncoming missiles.
Red Ranger: “Okay guys, let’s take of this really quickly. Fire!”
Several barrages of energy blasts fire out of the Zords and hit the nuclear missiles. All of them explode except for the last missile.
Green Ranger: “We destroyed the missiles, sir. What do we do now?”
Johnson (over radio): “You need to-wait. What’s that missile doing?”
The last missile has ascended higher into the sky towards outer space.
Pink Ranger: “Where is it going?”
There is a loud explosion and Johnson comes back on over the radio: “The last nuclear missile has hit a satellite! Wait…it’s a monster! Quick, assemble the Cyber Megazord!”
Yellow Ranger: “Cyber Megazord?”
Johnson (over radio): “Paul, insert your Power Sword into the slot in front of you. After he does, the rest of you do the same. Your Zords will go on autopilot and combine into the Cyber Megazord.”
Red Ranger: “You got it! Cyber Megazord power!”
(Cyber Megazord transformation sequence. The Red Ranger pulls his Power Sword off of his back: “Power Sword!” He slides the Power Sword into a slot in front of him and the rest of the Rangers insert their weapons into their slots also. All of their Zords fly high into the sky. The Blue Zord flies parallel to the ground as 2 metal poles emerge from the front of it for the legs. The Green and Yellow Zords fly forward and attach onto these. The wings fold into the Zord as the Pink Zord splits into 2 and 2 robotic arms emerge from inside each half. The Pink Zord attaches onto the Blue Zord for arms. The Red Zord flies next to the compilation and attaches to the Blue Zord. Half of the Red Zord folds back onto the Megazord’s back and the Megazord’s head is exposed. All wings fold into the Zord and the Megazord levels out in the air. It lands on the ground and strikes a pose.)
The monster lands on the ground. It has satellite cuffs on its hands and has a satellite around its neck. The rest of it is machine.
Satellitor: “So you are the Cyber Rangers?”
Red Ranger: “Let’s make this quick, guys.”
All: “Cyber Megazord Saber!”
A saber with a 1 and 0 on it materializes from data cubes in the Megazord’s hands. The Megazord swings it and charges towards Satellitor. It slashes Satellitor’s arms and then hits it across the back. Satellitor rolls forward and shoots a beam out of its cuffs. The beam hits the Megazord in the chest and a shower of sparks explodes out of the impact point. The Megazord falls back but gets back up.
Satellitor: “You’re not finished? Take this!”
Satellitor sends 3 beams high into the sky and they strike real satellites. The satellites align so that they aim at the Megazord and powerful beams shoot out of the satellites (including Satellitor) and hit the Megazord. The Megazord falls to the ground and stays there before getting up again.
Johnson (over intercom): “Rangers, attach the cords in front of you to your morphers and you’ll gain access to the Cybernetic Slash attack!”
The Rangers plug in their morphers and the Red Ranger shouts: “Cybernetic Slash!”
(Cybernetic Slash. The Megazord is standing in front of its target. Its sword’s blade energizes and the target turns into data cubes. The Megazord continuously slashes the data cubes until all of them are gone. Then its sword energizes again and it slashes once more.)
Satellitor sparks and explodes as the Megazord strikes a pose.

Scene 7
Setting: Johnson’s lab. The Rangers are in the lab standing around Johnson.
Johnson: “Today was only the beginning of our troubles. We still have to deal with Cybronus and his army of robotic creatures. This won’t be easy but over time you will receive new weapons, new Zords, and possibly new powers. I just want to thank all of you for accepting the power so easily and took the responsibility without question. Now, why don’t you guys get some sleep and I will see you tomorrow.”

(Opening theme)

Act 1
Scene 1
Setting: High school – 6am. Paul pulls up in the school’s parking lot. It is still night and the sun hasn’t even begun to rise. He leaves his car and gives out a long yawn. He begins walking towards the high school until a gang of 5 people approach him.
Boy 1: “Hey, Paul.”
Paul: “What do you want, Eric?”
Eric: “Your money. Cough it up.”
Boy 2: “Come on, guys. We all know he only has his Dungeons and Dragons dice and miniatures with him.”
Paul: “Zach, you too?”
Zach: “Ha ha ha! Now, just give us your money and dice before someone gets hurt.”
Paul grabs his morpher and flips it open, thumb on the morpher.
Paul: “The only one who is going to get hurt is you! Let’s get-”
The principal of the school walks over. She’s an older woman and wears glasses. She has a business suit on.
Principal: “What do we have here?”
Paul closes his cell phone and places it on a cell phone holder that’s on his belt. Paul looks over: “Nothing. Zach and Eric here just wanted to tell me to have a good day, RIGHT guys?”
Zach and Eric smile and say: “Yeah, of course.”
Principal: “Good. That’s just what I want to hear.”
The principal walks off and the smile fades away from Zach and Eric’s faces.
Zach: “We’re going to get you at lunch so watch your back, red boy.”
The 5 boys shove past Paul and Eric says to Zach: “Why do you think he wears red every day?”
Zach: “He’s a freak. It’s what freaks do.”

Scene 2
Setting: Space ship. Cybronus is sitting in his chair when V-Bot enters the room.
V-Bot: “Sire, I have received some footage from a satellite that you might want to see.”
It walks over to Cybronus holding a glowing orb and Cybronus peers into it. The previous scene is shown from a 45° angle.
Cybronus: “So, the Red Ranger is having some bully trouble…it’s almost perfect. V-Bot, create robot copies of the 5 bullies and arm them with plenty of ammunition. If we can destroy the Red Ranger then the backbone of the Rangers will fall.”

Scene 3
Setting: Advisory. Paul is sitting down in his advisory with his friend Donnie sitting next to him. Paul has his head in his hands and the other 4 Rangers enter the room.
Eva: “What’s wrong?”
Paul: “Zach and Eric tried pulling stuff again.”
Michael: “Why didn’t you…(he looks at Donnie and then back at Paul)…take care of them.”
Paul: “If I did then they would’ve…known…and Dr. Johnson would be mad at me.”
Donnie: “Okay, I know you guys aren’t talking how you want to because I’m here so I’ll just leave.”
Donnie picks up his books and leaves, causing the Rangers to be in the room all alone.
Travis: “So Zack and Eric attacked you?”
Paul: “Yeah. And I would’ve morphed had the principal not known what was going on.”
Ali: “Be careful on where you morph. We don’t want people to know that we’re the Power Rangers.”
Paul: “Yeah…I know.”

Scene 4
Setting: Space ship. Cybronus is standing near the robot creation facility and 2 human-looking robots walk up to him
Eric (robot): “Let’s go pounce the Rangers!”
Zack (robot): “Yeah!”
Cybronus grows an evil grin: “Perfect.”

(Commercial break)

Act 2
Scene 1
Setting: High school – Lunch room. Paul and his friends are sitting at their lunch table while the real Zach and Eric are waiting behind a plant near the lunch room.
Zach: “Okay. We go in there and take care of Paul and the rest of his lame friends. Then, we’ll take their money and run for it.”
Eric: “Sounds good.”
The robotic Eric and Zach enter through doors next to the duo.
Robo Eric (mimicking): “Sounds good.”
Eric whips around and shows a facial expression of surprise: “W-Who are you?”
Zach: “What do you want?”
Robo Zach: “To destroy the Power Rangers. Now, move pathetic organic creature before we are forced to neutralize your cells.”
Eric: “What a dork.”
The robot versions pick up their human counterparts and toss them into a trash can. The robots enter the lunchroom and the entire room goes silent.
Robo Eric: “We are looking for the ones who call themselves the ‘Power Rangers.’”
Robo Zach: “Show your faces now or everyone dies.”
Paul looks at the other Rangers and Michael grins: “I have an idea.”
The 5 Rangers sneak out of the lunchroom and have their backs against the building outside.
Michael: “We morph here and then take care of them.”
Ali: “Good idea!”
The Rangers exchange praise and then Paul steps forward and pulls out his morpher. The others do as well. They press uppermost button on their morphers and Paul shouts: “Let’s get cybernetic!”
(The 5 Rangers morph in a 5-way split.)
The Rangers reenter the lunchroom.
Red Ranger: “What do you two want?”
Robo Eric: “Look! There are the Power Rangers! Convert to battle mode!”
The robots begin transforming until they appear to be actually robots with metal exposed.
All of the Rangers pull out their blasters from their hilts and pull the gun back to that the barrel is straight up. A blade folds out from inside the gun and the guns have turned into sword mode.
Rangers: “Cyber Sabers!”
The 5 Rangers charge forward towards the 2 robots. The Red Ranger slashes Robo Eric across the chest but no damage appears to be on him. Robo Eric kicks him back and pulls out a large sword and a large machine gun. The Red Ranger gets up and charges but he is hit by a barrage of bullets from the machine gun.
The Blue Ranger brings his sword down on Robo Zach and does a long sword combo before Robo Zach boredly kicks him away. The 2 female Rangers double team Robo Zach and actually do some damage. Robo Zach backs up and pulls out a large sword and a large machine gun like Robo Eric and he shoots the 2 female Rangers. They fall back and Robo Zach begins to charge at them with his sword ready until the Green Ranger jumps in and hits Robo Zach with his Cyber Hammer. Robo Zach falls back and the Green Ranger slashes him across the torso with his Cyber Saber and then knocks his head clear off with the Hammer.
The Rangers regroup and Robo Zach puts his head back on.
Johnson (on morpher): “Rangers!”
The Red Ranger pulls out his morpher and flips it open. Johnson is shown on the screen sitting in a chair. He is inside his laboratory.
Johnson: “Rangers, you cannot fight in an area with so many innocent civilians. I’ll teleport the 7 of you downtown. Then, combine your weapons together to form the Virus Cannon. Use it to destroy the robot copies of Zach and Eric!”
Red Ranger: “You got it!”
The Red Ranger closes his morpher and places it on his belt. He grips his sword tightly and says: “Get ready to get sent back to the scrap heap where you belong!”
The 5 Rangers charge at the 2 machines until the Rangers are enveloped in light of their Ranger color and the 2 robots are enveloped in a black light with purple lightning shooting around it. They teleport away and the teachers walk around and start to calm people down. The 2 bullies get up from inside the trash cans and walk into the cafeteria.
Zach: “What happened?”
Eric: “I don’t know.”
Everyone in the cafeteria looks at them and screams in terror.

Scene 2
Setting: Downtown. The 5 Rangers and the 2 robots arrive downtown and they continue fighting. The Red Ranger charges at Robo Eric again with his Cyber Saber and his Cyber Sword. He clashes blades with Robo Eric and hits him across the torso with his Cyber Sword. Robo Eric falls back and the Red Ranger brings both of his swords down on him. Robo Eric falls back again and starts shooting the Red Ranger with his machine gun. Sparks fly off of the Red Ranger’s suit and he falls back on the ground.
The other 4 Rangers charge at Robo Zach. The Green Ranger swings his Hammer but Robo Zach stops it with his sword and counterattacks with his gun. The bullets hit the Green Ranger and he flies back. The Blue and Yellow Rangers leap into the battle and begin fighting with Robo Zach until the Pink Ranger thrusts her staff through his stomach. Robo Zach pulls the staff out of the Pink Ranger’s hands and hits her across the face with it. She flies and hits the ground as Robo Zach throws her staff at her.
The Rangers regroup.
Green Ranger: “These guys are too hard!”
Red Ranger: “Let’s assemble the Virus Cannon!”
(Virus Cannon formation. The 5 Rangers are in a white background. The Blue Ranger swings his Cyber Spear: “Cyber Spear!” He tosses it into the air and it hovers as it turns into data cubes. The Green Ranger swings his Cyber Hammer: “Cyber Hammer!” He tosses it into the air and it hovers as it turns into data cubes. The Pink Ranger swings her Cyber Staff: “Cyber Staff!” She tosses it into the air and it hovers as it turns into data cubes. The Yellow Ranger swings her Cyber Nunchukus: “Cyber Nunchukus!” She tosses them into the air and they hover as they turn into data cubes. The Red Ranger swings his Cyber Sword: “Cyber Sword!” He tosses it into the air and it hovers as it turns into data cubes. All of the data cubes rearrange into the shape of a cannon. The cubes descend and turn into a large black cannon.)
The Blue, Green, Yellow, and Pink Rangers get in a square formation and the Red Ranger lays the cannon in the middle across their shoulders. The 4 Rangers grab onto bars that are on the underside of the cannon and the Red Ranger shouts: “Fire!”
(Virus Cannon fire. Energy builds up in the cannon’s barrel and it shoots out towards the target.)
The blast hits Robo Zach and Robo Eric and they explode in a shower of sparks and fire. The Red Ranger grabs the Cannon and props it up on his shoulder.

Scene 3
Setting: Space ship. Cybronus hits the arm rest of his chair in anger as he watches the previous scene on a TV screen.
Cybronus: “I’m sick of that Dr. Johnson getting in my way! V-Bot!”
V-Bot enters the room: “Yes, sire?”
Cybronus: “Is the restoration and growth virus complete?”
V-Bot: “Yes, sire. We have hundreds and millions of them!”
Cybronus: “Good. Administer 1 growth and restoration virus to the 2 robot clones. Let’s see how the ‘Cyber Megazord’ compares to my brilliance.”

Scene 4
Setting: Downtown. The Rangers are standing in the town square. Several of the citizens have returned and huddle around the Rangers. The Virus Cannon has disappeared and the Rangers’ signature weapons are on their backs.
Red Ranger: “Don’t worry. You all are safe.”
Pink Ranger: “Yeah, thanks to us!”
The citizens clap and V-Bot teleports to the remains of Robo Eric and Robo Zach. He pulls out 4 giga-flash drives. 2 of them are labeled “Growth” and 2 of them are labeled “Restoration.” V-Bot places the restoration flash drives into USB ports that are on Robo Zach and Robo Eric. Their eyes flash red and they get up.
Robo Zach: “What happened?”
V-Bot: “Shhh! The Power Rangers will hear you! Now, I’m going to apply the Growth virus so you grow to the size of these buildings.”
Robo Eric: “Awesome!”
Apparently, the Power Rangers heard Robo Eric and they look over.
Green Ranger: “Hey! What are you doing?”
V-Bot: “Uh-oh! I’ve got to work quick!”
He pulls the Restoration flash drives out and put the Growth flash drives in. Robo Zach and Robo Eric’s eyes flash a light orange and they grow to the size of a 20-story building.
Yellow Ranger: “Whoa!”
The Blue Ranger pulls out his morpher and flips it open.
Blue Ranger: “Sir, the 2 robots have been restored and have grown to a gigantic size.”
Johnson’s voice: “Okay. Call the Zords using your morphers and I’ll explain everything when you report back to Cyber Ops.”
Blue Ranger: “Cyber Ops?”
Johnson’s voice: “Yes. I’ve programmed the co-ordinates in your Zords. Good luck!”
(Zord summoning. The Rangers pull out their morphers and press the “*” button and then press buttons 1-5. A voice chimes in: “Venus Dust! Warp Jumper! Cosmic Whisper! Comet Tail! Star Destroyer!” They press the button at the bottom of their morpher with a “^” symbol on it and the voice chimes in: “Base Zords, go, go!”)
The 5 Zords fly across the sky and the Rangers jump into their cockpits.
Red Ranger (cockpit): “Cyber Megazord formation!”
(Cyber Megazord formation. The Rangers pull out their morphers and press the “#” button and then press buttons 1-5. A voice chimes in: “Megazord formation!” All of their Zords fly high into the sky. The Blue Zord flies parallel to the ground as 2 metal poles emerge from the front of it for the legs. The Green and Yellow Zords fly forward and attach onto these. The wings fold into the Zord as the Pink Zord splits into 2 and 2 robotic arms emerge from inside each half. The Pink Zord attaches onto the Blue Zord for arms. The Red Zord flies next to the compilation and attaches to the Blue Zord. Half of the Red Zord folds back onto the Megazord’s back and the Megazord’s head is exposed. All wings fold into the Zord and the Megazord levels out in the air. It lands on the ground and strikes a pose.)
Rangers: “Cyber Megazord, power up!”
Robo Zach: “You think you have a chance against us?”
Robo Eric: “Wait until you see what we can REALLY do!”
Robo Zach attaches onto Robo Eric and they turn into data cubes. The cubes re-order and form the statuesque of a robot. It has red eyes, purple armor and carries a large halberd.
Robot: “I am Virus Knight!”
Blue Ranger: “Did you just see that?”
Yellow Ranger: “He combined into one robot!”
Green Ranger: “He’ll have twice the power as Robo Eric and Robo Zach!”
Pink Ranger: “Man, this could be rough!”
Red Ranger: “Megazord, full shields up and attack!”
The Megazord charges at Virus Knight and moves in for a punch but Virus Knight hits the Megazord with his Halberd. The Megazord falls back and draws its Cyber Megazord Saber. It charges again and clashes weapons with Virus Knight but the Knight gets an advantage over them again and thrusts his Saber into the Megazord. Sparks shower off of the Megazord as it falls to the ground again.
Red Ranger: “Sir, the Virus Knight is too much for the Megazord! We have to retreat!”
Johnson’s voice: “Yes. Split into your 5 Zords and head to Cyber Ops. I have a little present for you.”
The Megazord splits back up into the 5 Zords and fly off into the distance.
Virus Knight: “Yes, Rangers. Retreat while I destroy your city.”

(Commercial break.)

Act 3
Scene 1
Setting: Space ship. Cybronus is laughing hysterically as he watches the Rangers retreat again.
Cybronus: “The time has come for me to finally take over this lousy excuse of a planet. V-Bot!”
V-Bot runs into the room out of breath: “Yes, sire?”
Cybronus: “What happened to you?”
V-Bot: “Running low on oil. Working as hard as I can with what I have left.”
Cybronus: “I wish everyone in my command is what you are. Go get some more oil but before that I want you to siphon off all the energy from NSCEV and give it to Virus Knight so he has enough power to destroy the city.”
V-Bot: “Yes, sire.”

Scene 2
Setting: Ocean. The Rangers are in the middle of the ocean, flying in their Zords. They have demorphed and Travis says: “We’re coming up on the coordinates.”
Paul: “Very well. Get ready to land everyone.”
As the Rangers approach the coordinates, a large base arises out of the ocean. A tractor beam shoots at them and draws them inside of the base.

Scene 3
Setting: Cyber Ops. The 5 Zords are pulled into the docking bay and land safely.
Eva: “Wow. How weird.”
Michael: “Where are we?”
They open up their cockpit doors and step out onto the docking bay. There are no other ships but theirs. Johnson approaches them: “Welcome to Cyber Ops. Ever since I started on the Cyber project, I’ve been getting funds from the government. So, using the money I built Cyber Ops, the base where you 5 will be residing. It will train you for battle, teach you things even colleges won’t teach you. This is your new home.”
Ali: “I’m going to love it here. The technology seems intense.”
Paul: “What about Virus Knight?”
Johnson: “I was getting to that. V-Bot and Cybronus are draining energy from the NSCEV area in order to give more power to Virus Knight.”
Michael: “And just when you thought that they couldn’t get any stronger.”
Travis: “If the Megazord couldn’t defeat it at its current power then how can it defeat Virus Knight now?”
Johnson: “We’ve analyzed the 2 viruses that were given to Robo Eric and Robo Zach. The restoration virus is permanent but the growth virus only lasts for thirty minutes. We’ll wait out Virus Knight’s growth until he is forced to shrink again. Then, you can destroy him with the Virus Cannon and that’ll be the end of it.”
Eva: “And if they give him another restoration virus?”
Johnson: “They can’t. Once a restoration virus is administered to a monster then it cannot be given the virus again.”
Travis: “Our only worry is if he grows before we can destroy him.”
Johnson: “Our team of specialists will work on your weapons so that they are given double the power and then your Cannon will get ten times the power.”

Scene 4
Setting: Downtown. Virus Knight is destroying buildings until light orange energy covers his body.
Virus Knight: “What is going on?”
Virus Knight shrinks back down to human size and the Rangers appear in the scene already morphed.
Blue Ranger: “You know, smashing buildings really isn’t that nice!”
Virus Knight chuckles: “You’ve come back for an even greater beating, Rangers?”
Green Ranger: “Cyber Weapons!”
The Rangers draw their Cyber Weapon and pull out their Cyber Blasters. Energy of their Ranger color surges over their weapons.
Yellow Ranger: “Twice the power equals twice the pain!”
Virus Knight: “So I see you’ve increased the power in your weapons. I, too, have more power than before.”
Pink Ranger: “You’re not even close to destroying us or our Megazord!”
Virus Knight: “We’ll see.”
Red Ranger: “Charge!”
The 5 Rangers charge towards Virus Knight, shooting their lasers at him. All of the blasts hit him dead in the chest and he flies back with his back against a building. The Rangers charge up their signature weapons and slash him all at once. Their weapons fly into the air and combine into the Virus Cannon instantly and it lands on the 4 Rangers’ shoulders with the Red Ranger behind them.
Red Ranger: “Fire!”
The Virus Cannon fires but Virus Knight barely dodges out of the way. A giga-flash drive descends out of the sky and attaches into Virus Knight’s USB port.
Virus Knight: “The growth virus! Ah ha ha ha ha!”
He grows back to large size and the Rangers whip out their morphers.
(Zord summoning.)
(Cyber Megazord sequence.)
The Megazord strikes a pose with the Cyber Megazord Saber in its hands.
Red Ranger: “Place in your weapons for more power!”
The Rangers place their weapons in the slots and energy surges from them into the controls. The Megazord Saber flashes white and the Megazord is covered in a white glow.
Virus Knight: “What’s going on?!”
Rangers: “Cybernetic Slash!”
(Cybernetic Slash attack.)
Virus Knight sparks and spins around before landing on the ground face-first and exploding. The Megazord turns around and strikes a pose.

Scene 5
Setting: Space ship.
Cybronus: “It’s always when you thought that you’ve won you’ve actually lost.”
V-Bot enters the room: “Sire, I have some good news!”
Cybronus: “Good, because I need it.”
V-Bot: “We have managed to copy the data files inside Virus Knight so we could create this…”
It waves its arm in front of the door and a black knight steps through. It has a large black greatsword strapped across its back and wields a bow and arrow in its hands. It wears black armor with a full black helm.
V-Bot: “May I introduce Black Virus.”
Cybronus: “I feel it’s like I purchased a new car or something. What features does it have?”
Black Virus: “Enough of this mannequin chattering. Maybe I should show you myself.”
Cybronus: “Very well. Guards!”
2 robot guards emerge from the shadows behind Cybronus’ chair.
Cybronus: “This robot is a threat to our cause. Destroy him!”
V-Bot: “Master, no!”
The 2 robots charge towards Black Virus with electrified spears in hand and swing them as they pass Black Virus. Nothing happens until the 2 robot guards fall to the ground in 2 pieces.
Cybronus: “What? But the guards clearly had you.”
Black Virus: “Let’s watch on the instant replay.”
It grabs the remote to the TV and presses “Play.” A video feed of the room from a security camera shows up and the 2 robots charge towards Black Virus. Just as it happened moments before, the robots just collapse and fall on the ground.
Black Virus: “But in slow mo.”
He rewinds it and presses “Slow” on the remote and a slow mo version of the battle appears on the screen. When the 2 guards get close to striking, the Black Virus draws his greatsword and deflects the 2 spears and slashes the 2 guards in a single motion. He then sheathes his sword.
Cybronus: “He’s good.”
V-Bot: “The Rangers won’t even begin to stand a chance.”

Scene 6
Setting: Cyber Ops. The 5 Rangers are sitting in a café inside Cyber Ops. Several other college students are in the café.
Paul: “I didn’t know Cyber Ops was a school too.”
Ali: “Yeah. We get up to date information about what we are learning while being trained as Rangers in the meantime.”
Eva: “Yeah, I guess it’s sort of cool.”
Travis: “‘Sort of cool’? This is as cool as it gets!”
Michael: “Don’t sound so enthusiastic, Travis. It really bums me out.”
All of the Rangers give a little chuckle when Johnson sits down at the table.
Johnson: “I see that you all are fitting in with Cyber Ops pretty well.”
Ali: “Yeah. It’s great here.”
Johnson: “Cyber Ops is a great place to live. Also, congratulations against Virus Knight today. Mostly to Paul, who didn’t give away his secret identity to Zach and Eric.”
Paul: “I was about to though.”
Johnson: “Just keep your head in your school work. Remember, being a Ranger is a part-time job, not a full-time.”
Michael: “Yeah, we know.”
Michael picks up his mug of coffee and looks around the table: “To the Cyber Rangers.”
Each of them pick up their mugs and say: “To the Cyber Rangers.”
They clink their cups and begin to down them.

I like the idea (whoops, hope you're allowing reviews), but it seems a little rushed. Personally, I've always been a fan of the series (and fanfics) that have a slow beginning. No one will pick up random powers and understand them fully (or necessarily use them effectively) in the next minute. I understand their mentor is helping, but it shouldn't be all at once.

That's why the first season of MMPR had such a great beginning. After all, there was reluctance for a couple of the Rangers. And then, shortly after, Tommy came along. 'Nuff said.
