Aside from the existing yokai, bounty hunter, and the recent spy theme, the new Super Sentai series, Tokumei Sentai Gobuster (特命戦隊ゴーバスターズ) is also rumored to be University students. Kinda like the Sentai counterpart of Kamen Rider Fourze's theme.
The rumors are originally found and posted by a guy on RangerBoard (but I can't find where). Please take rumors with a grain of salt!

It seems that next year's Super Sentai series rumors mostly contradicts each other, and we haven't got a solid information aside from the copyrighted “Tokumei Sentai Gobusters” title.
Yesterday, we got some rumors that the Tokumei Sentai Gobusters are university students. The rumor was deemed fake, but a few hours ago, a new rumor surfaces. This talks about the team's motif.
Please take rumors with a grain of salt!
* Red's motif/partner is a Cheetah. It can transform into a motorcycle. * Blue's motif/partner is a Gorilla. * Yellow's motif/partner is a Rabbit. * The forehead of the helmet has the face of the animal. The eyes of the helmet are sunglasses, similar to GokaiSilver in color * They look a little like Metal Heroes. * There are Partner Robots. Cheetah and Gorilla are person sized, and will be of the rubber-suit variety while Rabbit will be Bomper-esque in size.

Similar to the previous Super Sentai series that aired after an anniversary series (Hurricaneger, Gekiranger), Go-Busters will start as a three-man team made up of RedBuster, BlueBuster and YellowBuster. As rumored, they have their own partner robots: Chida Nikku, Gorisaki Banana, and Usada Letas.
Their main mecha Go-BusterOh will be made up of three individual mechas: Go-Buster Ace, RedBuster's race car that turns into cheetah, and have a robot mode; GT-02 Gorilla, BlueBuster's truck that can change into a gorilla; and, RH-03 Rabbit, YellowBuster's helicopter that can change into a rabbit.
Along with their individual mechas, you can see the Go-Busters transformation device, the Morphin' Brace (モーフィンブレス), a wrist changer that releases shades for the heroes to transform into our next Sentai warriors!
Here are the Go-Busters' side weapons: the IchiganBuster, a gun disguised as a camera; and, the SouganBlade which is a sword disguised as a binoculars. According to previous rumors, this year will be spy or bounty hunter-themed so that explains why the weapons are like that.
Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters will premier on February 26th.
Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Story Revealed! [Updated]
The the massive surprises we got yesterday from the 36th Super Sentai series, Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters (特命戦隊ゴーバスターズ), it didn't last long before the actual plotline for the series to be revealed:
"A long time ago, among moutains far from any civilization, there was a center researching on human innovation. One day, the main computer of the research became malicious and went berserk. Humanity managed to stop this, and peace came back...or so it seemed.
Humans, now in peace, predicting that their enemy could go berserk and attack another time, decided to build giant robots and machine, and trained chosen warriors to fight against it. Finally, this day has come. The name of the team formed to fight against the enemy is Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters! Now their battle begin."
The team is composed of the Gobusters and their Partner Buddy Roids: RedBuster, BlueBuster, YellowBuster, Chida Nikku, Gorisaki Banana, and Usada Lettuce. The catchphrase seems to be "It's Time for Buster!"
Their main mecha Go-BusterOh will be made up of three individual mechas:
Go-BusterAce - Chida Niku transforms to cockpit for Red Buster, then the cockpit attaches to his BusterMachine, making it Buster Vehicle CB Cheetah (a race car). Buster Vehicle to Buster Animal CB Cheetah, and then Tokumei Henkei into Go-BusterAce.
GT-02 Gorilla - Gorisaki Banana to Cockpit and attaches Buster Machine to become Buster Vehicle GT Gorilla (a truck), which becomes Buster Animal GT Gorilla.
RH-03 Rabbit - Usada Letas to Cockpit and attaches Buster Machine to become Buster Vehicle RH Rabbit (a helicopter), which becomes Buster Animal RH Rabbit.
The Go-Busters transformation device, the Morphin' Brace (モーフィンブレス), a wrist changer that releases shades for the heroes to transform. This is the official return of the wrist changers ever since mobile phones was used.
The Morphin Brace has a "Henshin Mode" (transforms the rangers), "Call Mode" (summons Buddy Roids), "Let's Driving Mode" (summons Buster Machines), "Analyze Mode", "Robo Mode" (activates GobusterAce), "Game Mode" (play a game using the dial on the MorphinBrace) and "Special Mode" (secret mode activated via the brace's dial).
The last users of wrist changers are the Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger (as a team), DekaBreak and BoukenSilver (sixth), GekiViolet, and Go-onGreen/Black.

And we've now got confirmation on the OP and ED themes;
The OP theme is entitled "Busters Ready Go!" and will be performed by Hideyuki Takahashi who performed such songs as Engine Sentai Go-Onger and Gotcha Goseiger. The ED theme is "Kizuna Go-Busters!" performed by Nazo no Shin UNIT STA☆MEN . Not sure who Nazo no Shin UNIT STA☆MEN are, but yay for a song by an artist that has no connection to Project.R.

Catalog scans from Dukemon22;
BeetBuster (gold) is a human character, while StagBuster (silver) is Beet's Buddyroid, and together they transform into their respective Buster forms. Their changer is the Morphin Blaster, a cell phone that becomes a gun. Their main weapon is the DriBlade a sword that will become the steering wheel for their respective mecha. The mecha is also silhouetted, and is naturally a kabutomushi/stag beetle combo like Gouraijin. Also a special TransPod will be released to correspond with these two.
Kinda OT, but here's a set of OOO Ranger Keys, to tie in with Superhero Wars, as well as the next four full team sets; Deka, Bouken, Geki, and Hurricaneger, and Keys for the new Busters.
