Discuss the 15th Anniversary Team Up.
WHAT AN EPISODE!!!! THE BEST OVERDRIVE YET!!!!!!! I was overcome with a lot of emotions. Namely the kind of happiness that makes a person cry. That hasn't happened to me since the Mystic Force season finale. Bridge is still the same scatter brainiac we all know & love. And still doing his Buttery Finger Wiggle.   Kira is still working on her music. Tori now works as a Surfboard Customizer is sweet. You'd think Xander would learn his lesson about trying to reason with evil grunts by now. And it was great to see Adam back in action. Was the Warrior Goddess played by the same woman who played Udonna??? It was great seeing Alpha 6 again. Haven't seen him since Lost Galaxy. Zuban being dubbed the reborn Sentinel Knight was awesome. Excelsior is Stan Lee's battle cry. But I can't wait until I see Sentinel Knight & Mack merge to create the Battlizer. Vulturus & Super Vulturus were pretty cool. That monster at the beginning needs a great, but not cornball, name.

All I can say is, 5/5, super fantastic, morphenominal episode. This definitely goes down in history. I guess I should mention that Alpha's voice was bad, it just wasn't the same. Ok, let me be honest, part 1 was a little bit better than part 2. Thrax dying, that sucks, but oh well, that's PR for ya. Its' good to see SK in a true form now. The ending was great, it was good to hear some of the things the rangers were up to in their lives, Adam and his dojo, Kira and her new CD, and Tori and her Surf board shop, that's good for them. Bridge and his toast,

Yeah. Upon hearing this, I'll have to figure out something for my Mystic Force story in which Kira returns but gets kidnapped.

Sounds interesting, I just think its' so great to know that they still have their powers.

I really enjoyed this episode, there should have been a major party for this one. As for your comments Bobby, let me say it rates much higher than what you did. When Xander appeared like he did, that was a complete genious on his part as did Tori, Kira, Bridge, and Adam. One thing I noticed is how Adam has grown since he first appeared on MPPR seaons two. Tori I want three surf boards please. Kira where is that promised album you were talking about, I know last time you were working on Cat Little Jingle. One thing bothered me however was Alpha 6, I thought he was still on Mirinoi. If I recall the Alpha we saw on Forever Red was Alpha 7. Other that than, his voice has changed. As for the Goddess It looked like Udonna, but I can't find anything on the credits. Xander should have known better. I agree. He never learns. Now Thrax is another story, I thought Rita didn't want to have any children, but I guess she changed her mind, man is he ugly.
Purple Zordon - July 26, 2007 01:41 AM (GMT)
Yeah. Plus, how did Rita & Zedd have a kid that became an adult so fast? The two of them were driving around on the Moon while the Rangers fought the Machine Empire.
trey98607 - July 26, 2007 11:53 AM (GMT)
Who knows, maybe they had it while the season was in hiatys between Zeo and Turbo, ore even during the Turbo series while we were concenrating on Divatox.
Purple Zordon - July 26, 2007 07:08 PM (GMT)
And how do you explain him being full grown and acting like he's millennia old?
trey98607 - July 27, 2007 12:43 PM (GMT)
That is a good question, I wish I had the answer to that, maybe before Finster med hid demise, he was told to make a growth potion, now this is my theory you know, and after giving birth, gave it to him. But somehow it backfired giving him this ugly appearance.
Purple Zordon - July 27, 2007 08:15 PM (GMT)
But remember the Sentinel Knight sealed him away millennia ago.
trey98607 - July 28, 2007 12:38 AM (GMT)
Remember how Rita busted out, the same could have happened to Thrax and we just didn't know it.
Purple Zordon - July 28, 2007 01:33 AM (GMT)
I was referring to the fact that Thrax was most likely born less than 15 years ago.
trey98607 - July 28, 2007 12:09 PM (GMT)
And how old was Rita at that time, according to one of the episodes, she was at least 11,000, or so she claims and if my math is right, 15 years ago was 1992 and she was still in a dumpster on the moon.
Purple Zordon - July 28, 2007 03:13 PM (GMT)
And we didn't know about Zedd until the following year.

You can't explain it because it's sort of Disney's way of bringing older viewers back up to date. They said a millennia because it "sounds cooler" than 14 (or 15) years ago. The Adam part made sense but the whole Rita and Zedd thing didn't. Actually, if you remember from Mystic Force, Rita is the all-powerful white sorceress. Who knows that she tried sealing away her son because he was evil but her spell failed, causing him to rapidly age where the Sentinel Knight sealed him away. However, even that doesn't make sense because Rita was evil a millennia ago....or was she?
trey98607 - July 29, 2007 12:14 PM (GMT)
Does those two ever make any sense, since at that time Rita and Zedd were mutants, anything is possible.

| They weren't mutants. |
I'm guessing when he said "mutants" he meant "not human".
Purple Zordon - July 30, 2007 12:04 AM (GMT)
Only Time Force & Dino Thunder had mutants.
trey98607 - July 30, 2007 12:24 PM (GMT)
Wel what does that make Ecliptor, Elgar, and Darkonda then, human? I doubt it. I know in Wild Force they call them Orgs. They call the monsters undead warriors. So what do they call them in Overdrive then?
Purple Zordon - July 30, 2007 07:33 PM (GMT)
ALIENS!!!! They did come from space.
RedCyberRanger - July 30, 2007 09:24 PM (GMT)
OKAY! We got the idea! It doesn't matter if you call them "mutants" or "aliens" or "space monkeys" the point is we know what we're talking about. So stop arguing over stupid crap!

Finally someone speaks up, we don't need to be a RB forum, that would be hell.
Purple Zordon - July 30, 2007 11:09 PM (GMT)
Yeah. The people there are like assholes. You need a good proctologist to get rid of them.
trey98607 - July 31, 2007 12:48 PM (GMT)
OK, what ever you call them, we all agree on one thing, THEY ARE UGLY.

trey98607 - August 7, 2007 12:47 PM (GMT)
I'm glad the last four series was well represented, including our old friend Adam, who we seen back in Power Rangers In Space.

trey98607 - August 14, 2007 12:12 PM (GMT)
Now if we can get all the Power Rangers to do one humungus episode, that is longer than five parts, that would be something.
Purple Zordon - August 14, 2007 07:52 PM (GMT)
Dude, working on a story for that one.
trey98607 - August 17, 2007 12:35 PM (GMT)
I mean for a televison series, like the one they are doing now with this series.

There was a wild rumor going around about five years ago, wanting to gather all the past Rangers to do one more mega movie. With Trini gone, that is no longer possible, but the thought was there. taking every Ranger, numbering now over 70, in one huge blockbuster move. That is what I mean!
Purple Zordon - August 20, 2007 02:32 PM (GMT)
Planning a story like that.
trey98607 - August 21, 2007 12:48 AM (GMT)
At least someone had the idea, however it didn't pan out.
