In 33 after the Olympic Carrier rejoined the fleet Baltar demanded that all wireless contact be broken off, he stated that a Cylon agent maybe aboard.
At this time only he, Adama, Tigh, the Doc, and a handful of Marines knew that the Cylons looked human. -------------------- Sometimes I doubt your commitment to Sparkle Motion.

Not neccessarily. "Cylon agents" could mean anything from a bio-Cylon to a human collaborator. No doubt that would be a concern that any survivors that returned in the Olympic Carrier may of bought their lives with cooperation with the Cylons.

I concur. for all they knew, he could have meant that there is a cylon aboard the ship, stowed away OR having taken over the ship. Since they couldn't see anyone/anything inside of it, noone would have taken that to say "they look like us now".

if you think about it - 'cylon agent' is a very broad term.
