Hi all,
Just a newbee here in search of some Nu-Galactica fans, well actually just searching for Battlestar Galactica Fans who arent so die-hard TOS that they hate the existance of TNS. I am a member of a board, (shall remain nameless), that just deleted all of TNS topics from thier forum because the episode "Pegasus" dipicted a scene not to thier liking. It seems the Morals Values and Ideals TNS has doesn't suite them at all. Which is fine, they have a valid issue and a right to their opinion, I can understand why feel this way and I respect their desicions. To each his own I fault no one for their views, that is what freedom is all about. I am just a bit turned off by them at the moment, and it is a real shame too because there are some really awesome people over there with artistic talent that is off the scale. Some of them even participated in the production of TNS in different ways so this board and it's members are really hot. Unfortunitly the projects I am doing at the moment are totally related to TNS and I feel that my art may be somewhat out of place there. So needless to say I set out to find a forum that is more in sync with my current endevors and I can relate with the people around me. Thans mrushGDI, glad to be here.
All of the New Series people have a jump on me as far as the 1st season goes. I haven't seen it yet canada is a bit behind on channels . . . However, I did buy the Season One dvd set so at least I will be caught up to that in a few weeks. Then season 2 will start for us in January.
