Apollo, My Baby Passed Away

Apollo suffered a heartattack yesterday at 12:30pm. I am completely and totally devastated. The only thing that brings any amount of comfort is that he was with me, Dale-his daddy, and my son/Apollo's brother-Jeremy. He was in the car, he loved going for car rides. He was in my arms when it happened.

I feel like I have been hollowed out and filled with nothing but pain. I can't stop crying. I keep thinking that it's all been a bad dream, that I'll wake up soon, walk in the living room, and there he will be waiting for me. I pinch myself and find that the nightmare is real.

I never knew I could hurt sooo much and still breathe. I am so lost.

Oh Tina, I am sooo sorry for Apollo's loss. It's so hard, I know. You'll be in my thoughts.

and nothing seems to take the pain away.

i am really devestated by appollos sudden death.

Apollo passed away as we were waiting to pick Otis up. Having Otis here has been a help. He has some of the same traits as Apollo. He snuggles me when I cry over Apollo. No one other bunn likes to play with paper here, it was an Apollo thing. It is now also an Otis thing.

I just don't know how to go on without Apollo. I am just so lost.

its ok tina,i can feel all your pain,i have been through this with my first bunny lollipop,i was so devestated that she died that i just couldnt think about anything else,i loved that bunny with all my heart,and losing her just made such a major impact on my life,i didnt snap out of it for months,i was so depressed,and so addicted to that bunny,i cried for months,yeah months,i lost something that was very special to me.i was so devestated that i didnt even get to say goodbye to her,my sister had to bury her for me,i just couldnt look at her that way.
the morning she died i gave her some treats,she didnt get to eat them all,it was heartbreaking that i had to pick up the leftovers that she didnt eat,for something so simple as to throw the food in the bin,it was also the hardest thing i had to do.

tina,im crying now,i feel so sad,i feel so sad for you as well,i feel sad for the pain that you are feeling.

time will heal though,but you will never forget your appollo boy.

AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! ive been away for a while and just read this.. I am in total shock! Im soo sorry for your loss.. Apollo was one of my favorite buns on these boards......
