Six or seven armed humans were sitting in a run down building. There were three entrances. One was a boarded up door on the first level. The second was a broken window on the other side, however, it was guarded by a man with a heavy assault rifle. The third was a hatch on the roof. It was a one story building, and in the basement there were about fifteen unarmed civilians, unless you count stuff like little knives, or small bludgeoning items like frying pans, etc, etc. In any case, the party was waiting for a rescue that was supposed to come in a few hours.

It wasn’t going to come. Not soon enough, anyways, all they’d find would be a lot of dead bodies, and blood. The armed men knew that they were nearby, they had cameras set up around the perimeter and they had seen the group of eleven zombies break in through the south gate. They had sent a man a few minutes ago to check it out, see if there was anything he could do, but he wasn’t back yet. The men were restless, and unsure of what to do. If they died…all of the people in the basement would be dead as well.

They had all seen it. One finally broke the silence. “Did you…see the one who made the blade with his arm?” The other six men glared at him. A definite yes. They had all seen it, and had no idea what they hell they were going to do. They had probably never met anything more dangerous than a basic zombie, so they’d be very scared to see a more advanced one like Ralph. “He sliced open the gate…with his arm…how the fuck…does someone do that?” One of the men shook his head.

“I don’t know, but, AAH, THERE HE IS!” All other six men leapt up, and the man started to laugh. He was one standing near the window. The other men glared at him, and he grinned. “Aw, come on, I can take on any bad guys that come my way!” He turned looking out the window, gripping his gun tightly. “Look, I’ll…I’ll….” He raised his gun, and began to fire rapidly. “Shit! Shit! Shit! I saw it! The blade one!” The other men laughed. “You won’t get us this time, you jackass,” One of them said. “No, I mean it!” He said, turning.

“I swear, I just sa-uck….” Mid sentence, a green blade pierced the man’s stomach, causing blood to spray over his fellow members. He glanced down, seeing the blade, and his gun dropped to the floor. Ralph pulled back, yanking the blade out of him, and he leaned back. Ralph bit the man on the neck, injecting bits of the V-Virus into him. He then pushed him back through the window, and dashed away. Soon, the man would come back to life, and when the time came, he’d break in. He pulled back, hiding back in the spot where his fellow dead creatures were.

The men were freaking out, obviously, not sure what to do. They continued to argue, or talk for about half an hour when Ralph started to hear screams and more gunshots. He gave the signal, and the small group of zombies stumbled for the boarded door, Ralph mutating his arm along the way. Inside, the men had killed the recently revived man and were all holding their guns tightly. One unfortunate man had his back against the door. The last thing he would ever hear would be the sound of a blade piercing a door.

The blade came up through the man’s chest, and then he was pulled through the door, causing it to break down. A moment later, the zombies Ralph had with him poured in. The men began to fire at them; however, they only had pistols. Ralph came round to the window on the other side, and slipped in. One man noticed him, however, Ralph thought quickly, grabbed the man by the neck, pulled him close, and took a large chunk out of the top of his head. The man fell back, letting out a groan and blood splattering everywhere. Ralph raised his right arm sliced, taking off another man’s head. There were only three now, and only one of them saw the bladed zombie. He fired a shot at Ralph, and it him in the chest.

He let out an angry groan, and then charged forward, stabbing the man in the chest. He let out a groan, and then fell dead, still on his blade. His arm returned to normal, and then he grabbed one of the two men left, and began to rip pieces of his flesh out. The last man was killed by the other zombies. Ralph let out a happy groan, if you can imagine. The undead creatures began to feast on what they killed. A few minutes later, they smelled more food.

They turned towards the locked wooden door. They then turned towards Ralph. He raised his right arm, and swung down. As it went down, it mutated into a blade, and the door was ripped open. The undead rushed through the now open hole, Ralph following. There were fourteen foods down there, seven adult men, four adult women, and three children. The adults had blunt weapons, while the children were in the back.

The zombies went forward, and the foods prepared to fight back.

It was a slaughter. Ralph lunged forward, slicing two in half with one sweep. The others recoiled in fear as the zombies rushed forward, chomping and clawing at them. Within an hour, they had killed and eaten all they wanted to eat. Ralph turned, and made his way up the stairs. The other zombies followed. They would continue their search, and find whatever foods they could. They were everywhere, anyway.
