When on a pack territory, the Capo has the ability to powerplay. No one else does. The Capo may do the following.


. Nip Ears
. Nip Muzzle
. Grab Ahold Of Muzzle
. Knock Over
. Grab Muzzle, and force to ground
. Pin


Nothing more. In a fight, though, as in a challenge for rank, the Capo may not powerplay.
