When a character is fully retired (some are only in storage to be un retired as needed) / dies, their avatar becomes free to use again, unless they have a clone / original or twin / triplet on site!
The date signifies when reserved.
Struck through names are those who's reserve is no longer valid, keeping them for a few months allows staff to know when the person may reapply to reserve them.
Reservations are valid for one month, if no bio is posted then the reservation is voided and you can't re reserve that person for two months.
Members who's reserve has run out can still post a bio using that avatar, as long as no one else has a 'current' reserve for that person.
(For those people with multiple accounts, their main account, is being used to identify the avatar's owner.)
To reserve an avatar, fill in the following form, removing *s and {}s
