History: Born to a Familiar (Phalanx) mother and a Familiar (Priest) father, she was the 3rd wanted child of that pairing, which was split when she was 3, when a better match was found for her mother with a just turned 18 Phalanx male.
She had the normal upbringing for one with two Familiar parents with busy jobs, she did not see much of them, although she was raised by them mostly and a Familiar nanny, at her mothers home only after her father was paired with a human when she was 5, not in a creche.
Went to school at 6, passed the test perfectly, and was soon deemed Phalanx material so that training was added to the normal Familiar training. Graduated at 16, and went to a Familiar college, graduated at almost 20, with a degree in law and one in business.
At 20 she was paired with another Familiar (Intel), a Russian named Piotr (Peter) Dragunov, and produced a daughter, Reya, after the normal two miscarriages, when she was 21, she and her husband were supposed to remain paired for at least one more child, but he was killed while on a mission for his 'normal' job in the army, before they were scheduled to start on the next child, orders were 2 years apart, he died when Reya was 8 months old.
At 22 Eli became a CIA agent, Reya being placed into a Familiar creche, they are there for the children whoose parent/s work means can not raise, or for those who do not want to raise them, Eli was in the former group.
She was the perfect agent, she was Phalanx, she could be nothing but such, she performed all her missions with 100% success rate... from a Familiar POV, orders from them sometimes differed to orders from her 'superiors', but she was not ordered to do anything to jeopodise her job.
The years passsed and she would visit Reya as often as she could, the little girl passed the test almost 2 years ago, with only a slight fever, she is doing well in her schooling, and like her mother and grandmother, is destined for the Phalanx.
7 months ago she 'retired' from the CIA, and moved to Seattle, she had been ordered to meet and marry an FBI agent by the name of Nicholas Packard (aka Nicholai Pachinko), she was given 2 months to settle into her new job, as an exec at Cale Industries, then meet and ensnare him.
As always she carried out her orders to perfections, they met, after a whirlwind romance they married, although they had decided to wait for a year before trying for a baby, both their first as far as Nic knew, Eli got some of a faulty batch of pills, or so she told him, and became pregnant almsot right away. That pregnancy ended with a misscarriage almost two months ago, to Nic she is distraught at having lost the baby, that even though unplanned she had wanted from knowing of its exsistence... he of course does not know he is being played, that the baby was never going to be allowed to live, nor will the next one, only the third as long as healthy will be born and remain unharmed....
Other: Personality: Cool, calm, collected. Professional and perfect in all her professions, she is what you would expect of a Phalanx trained Familiar. She can be utterly ruthless and cold blooded should the need arise.
