Frieze sat at a table, carefully cleaning a weapon brought to him by one of the aquatic specialists who would trawl the waterways for anything that might be salvageable if given to the right person. The side arm had been underwater for a number of years, judging by the silt and muck clogging it up, but the nature of the work that the X6 had done for Manticore made him a patient youth, and he was curious about the workings of the weapon. It was a revolver, not a sidearm that was common around here, and so he wanted to see if he'd be able to repair it for the sake of adding a little to the culture of the place. A museum in terminal City would be a pretty cool idea.
The piece, fully dismantled, had 52 component pieces to it. Frieze had them all set out in front of him, some soaking in cleaning solution, others just free on the surface. It was a small thing, a one handed weapon not a professional one, not for a police officer or an army man. A personal sidearm, for someone with a quick draw. He didn't think even transgenics were that quick. they were taught with different weapons. But it seemed that the caliber of the weapon matched some of the ammo they had, so maybe Frieze could learn. Or find someone else to trust the revolver to. As long as he had the repairing of it himself - he'd kept it hidden from Krayzee for that very reason - he didn't care who ended up with it, as long as they treated it properly.
