The Rules
1.No Spamming
Spam is considered a pointless and useless post, or a message that is posted just for the sake of ranking up. If you spam, at first you will be warned. If you continue to spam, you will be banned, the number of days depending on the amount and severity of the spam.

2.No Flamming
Flaming is a form of severe arguing. The same punishments as for spamming will be used here, but at many times they will be more severe, especially since flaming is a tad more severe of an offense than spamming.

3.No Swearing
Swearing is absolutely prohibited. To avoid confusion, the words "crap," "hell." and "damn" are allowed, but nothing worse. These words may not be used towards someone, however. Abbreviations that may be interpreted in different ways are NOT allowed, either. Censor bypassers will be punished. You are better off if you do not include any swears in your posts at all, even if they are censored out through the word filters.

4.Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content of the like listed below:

* Content that infringes upon any rights [ex. MP3s and ROMs] (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
* Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene
* Viruses or any other harmful computer software
* False Information or libel
* Spam, chain letters, or Pyramid schemes
* Gambling or Illicit drugs
* Terrorism
* Hacking or cheating for internet/online games
* Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers
* Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
* Excessive profanity
* Invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity
* Hacking materials or information.

5.Prohibited Topics
Some topics are not permitted for discussion in the forums because they may lead to flaming or insulting other members. Topics include:

* Religious topics and beliefs; however, holiday and history discussions are allowed
* Sexual oreintation or any topic about sexual matters
* Politics

6.Respect
People like it when you respect them, so why not do so? If you don't agree with someone, that is fine, but show your disagreement in a dignified manner. You can argue about something, but don't let arguing turn into flame. This goes for things, such as sigs, that members ask for advice. It does not mean you should say the thing is terrible and you have never seen anyhting worse. You can give suggestions, but do it in a respectable manner.

7.Personal Information
Personal information is considered your last name, age, address, phone number, pictures of your self, and the sorts. On these forums, it is up to you if you want to reveal that info, and if you do, please do so in a PM. It is, however, not suggeste

8.Double Accounts
All double accounts are strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of the alt, and warning for the main. If you would like to make another account, contact an Admin to do it properly. Also, the use of proxies is strictly prohibited, and if it is found that a member uses them for any kind of reason, the account will be terminated without further delay. Admins and mods have the right to have as many alts as they wish.

9.Private Messaging Issues
If you would like to request something from somebody specific, it is better to ask them this through a PM, not by posting it in a board.

10.Report a User
If a specific user has said something that either offends you or is considered inappropriate, click the "! Report" button that appears near the offensive post. Also, please don't press the "! Report" button needlessly, since it spams up the admins' email inbox. You may also PM an admin to report a problem.

11.Advertising
Advertising is allowed in the Advertisement board, only when you have the correct number of posts. Also, advertising via PM, no matter how many posts you have, is forbidden, and will result in a ban.
