[Kitty Pride]

Kitty saw that the Zubats were still going to be tough adversaries but she had to try something and finish this battle but she also had to make sure that she weaken one enough to capture it. She looked at Tysandraer and Brave Bird and saw that they were still confuse but she believe that they will be able to try and handle one attack. "Brave Bird and Tysandraer I know you both are confuse but if you focus carefully you will be able to get in an attack. Brave Bird try to use Quick Attack by keeping your focus of not hitting yourself or your friends on the far left Zubat. Tysandraer use your Focus Energy to help you keep Focus and try to use Peck on the Zubat on the mid left and not your friends. I know you both can do this. Fearless used Peck on the weaker Zubat maybe that will weaken it enough so I can try to catch it. Thaedys do another String Shot on all the Zubats and then do another jump Tackle on the Zubat on the next weaken Zubat," she said.

Brave Bird nodded and tried to focus so that his confusion wouldn't cause him to hurt himself or his friends and try to use Quick Attack at the Zubat on the far left like Kitty asked. Tysandraer also tried to get his focus by the use of his Focus Energy and tried to use Quick Attack on the Zubat mid-left. Fearless got ready to use Peck on the weaker Zubat ready to do enough damaged to help Kitty capture it. Thaedys used String Shot on all the Zubat hoping to slow them down while he got read to use the jump tackle on the second weaken Zubat.

Kitty's Pokemon tried their hardest to use their attacks. With Brave Bird using quick attack, he had the first hit. The Starly was lucky enough to snap out of the confusion and slamming his attack into the far left Zubat as his trainer had told him to do so. Tysandraer was able to conjure up a focus energy managing himself to focus on his one target. As the bird began to use a peck, it was so confused that he slammed himself into a tree damaging himself as well.

The stronger Zubat turned around and aimed a supersonic attack at Brave Bird. Lucky to him being conscious once again, he managed to dodge the sound rings and avoided another confusion. With the critical hit from Starly, the other Zubat flinched without attacking. Next came Fearless. Fearless charged with extreme speed and managed to slap damage on the low health Zubat. The Zubat used a leech life but inflicted little damage on Kitty's Spearow.

Finally, Thaedys took his mark. Thaedys spun a string shot around the other Zubat lowering his speed and keeping him from moving. The Caterpie jumped for joy in his performance and charged with a tackle attack on the Zubat critically. Now Kitty had best hurry and do what she can before these Zubat's come striking back on her.

Kitty looked at the weaken Zubat and believe that now was the time to capture at least one of these Zubats to add to her mostly bird team. She looked at her three birds and at her little Caterpie. She knew that she will have to be careful with Tysandraer since he was still confuse but at least with Focus Energy he was able to concentrate on his attack. "Tysandraer that was a good try come on buddy I know you can snap out of that Confusion like Brave Bird did. Brave Bird I don't want to use this but another one of those Zubat's need to be taking care of. Use Quick Attack at the strongest Zubat that is in the mid-left and then use Double-Edge. I know this is going to hurt you in recoil but we have to do our best and take care of another one of those Zubat. Fearless you use Peck on the furthest left Zubat and do you best to weaken it some more. Thaedys use another jump Tackle attack on the second weakest Zubat which is the one on the mid-right. Tysandraer do your best to help Brave Bird with the strongest by using Peck on it along with Brave Bird's Quick Attack and Double-Edge. Brave Bird keep a watch on Tysandraer and if you see that his confusion looks like he is going to be effected by his Confusion watch and dodge it."

Kitty got out one of her empty Pokeballs and looked at the weakest Zubat and judge it carefully. She believe that it was weaken enough in order to capture the Zubat. Since she knew that the other three Zubats will be distracted by her friends attack she believe she has a chance at capturing it. She quickly toss the Pokeball at the farthest left Zubat hoping that she will be able to capture it.

Kitty really had some strategy on her mind. Going for their strikes, Brave Bird started things off with a high, speedy quick attack. Brave Bird sped in the air of flight and struck the mid-left Zubat. The Zubat flew off course but managed to regain his flight pattern. Going for a finishing move Brave Bird and Tysandraer aimed there attacks directly at the Zubat. Tysandraer was still in confusion but managed to peck the Zubat in the wing. Brave Bird dove at the Zubat but the bat dodged the attack. With a mind like Kitty's, the Starly turned around and struck a double-edge in Zubat's back. The Zubat fell to the ground in faintness. Now was left was the other zubats.

Fearless came at the Zubat on the far left. The Zubat prepared himself for the attack. With her strongest might, the spearow pecked the Zubat in the center of his body doing more critical damage. The Zubat returned the favor by aiming a leech life attack on Kitty's Spearow. The attack didn't do much but at least it weakened the bird and healed the bat. The zubat healed himself only by half of the damage received to Fearless.

Next came the final Zubat on the far right. This was the final attack on it. With his might, Thaedys aimed for his attack. With a swap of his tail on the ground, the little bug Pokemon dove in the air and tackled the Zubat dead on. The Zubat flew down and landed next to the other fainted zubat. This was it. Two bats left. Finally Kitty threw the pokeball at the other Zubat. The ball fell on the Zubat and swallowed it up like food. The ball fell to the ground and waddled back and forth. Would it work. Just a few more seconds and...

(I've noticed but I'm not going to be using Shroomish right now btw how did I get her I forgot and sorry I hadn't been on for a while I'll be able to do more now that college classes are over completely.)

Kitty saw that she was able to capture the one Zubat and had the other two fainted which works out perfectly for everyone. Now there was only one more to take care of. "Fearless let's get that Zubat back for taking some of your health with the Leech Life use Growl and Peck on it. Brave Bird if it looks like that Zubat is going to try to dodge the attack use a Quick Attack to stop and possibly finished it off," Kitty said. She then moved to get the Pokeball that now held her newly caught Zubat and said, "I'm going to call you Bat Wing my new friend." She then recalled the surprised Shroomish she had in her PC and knew she needed to name her. I think I'm going to call her Bella when I get the chance she thought to herself.

Fearless nodded her head and got ready to use her Growl and her Peck attack and Brave Bird kept watch to see if Fearless is going to need any help and got himself ready to use Quick Attack. "Tysandraer you just stay back and rest for now okay. Thaedys slow that Zubat down before the other two attack by using String Shot okay," Kitty said to her little Caterpie.

Doing as their trainer told them to do, the three Pokemon teamed up for an all out attack to finish off the Zubat. Thaedys came about and shot a string shot web at the Zubat slowing it down by it's wing. This wasn't very fun for the Zubat you know? Next Fearless growled at the Zubat to lower his attack power. Zubat was stunned and didn't know what to do. Two birds were coming straight for him.

Now was time to move in. Fearless and Brave Bird double teamed and together, Fearless used a peck while Brave Bird slammed his quick attack into the Zubat and threw the Zubat off course. The peck broke the string which allowed the Zubat to flee with among the rest of the Zubats. Kitty was finally bat free in the Route and hopefully for good right? Her Pokemon got some experience but not very much.

Brave Bird and Fearless both landed on each side of Kitty's shoulders. Thaedys wiggled up to Kitty's leg and Tysandraer flew onto Kitty's back. The four Pokemon were admiring their trainer, thanking them for the great battle that they had had that day! How fun that was!

Kitty watch the battle as it finally began to finish. She saw that Thaedys used his String Shot to capture the Zubat's wing and slow it down. Then Fearless came in with her Growl attack before she teamed up with Brave Bird and together the two of them finish off the Zubat. Brave Bird seemed to have grown stronger after that battle. Everyone else was still the same by the looks of it but she had a feeling that they where all getting close at becoming a bit stronger. She then felt Brave Bird and Fearless land on her shoulders while Tysandraer flew to land on her back. She even Felt Thaedys crawl up her leg.

"You all did an amazing job in that battle. You even worked wonderfully together. I'm proud of all of you. I know that together we will all grow stronger," she said to each of them before she reach down carefully so she doesn't dislodge the three birds from where they where to get Thaedys and held him in her arms to give him a gentle hug. She then gave her three birds each a petting of their own. She made sure to give them all equal attention. She wondered what else was in store for their journey but at least at the moment she was bat free.

Before Kitty could get any more relaxation she was quickly bugged by some trainer that walked by. He was tall, scrawny, and a firmly hansom guy that any girl would fall for. He looked like a bird pokemon trainer considering the stickers across his jacket that read "Bird Pokemon Trainer, Coming thru!" How typical right? He seemed to have a bit of an interest in Kitty.

"I loved that battle you had back there. Those Zubat's seemed pretty tough. You seem to have plenty of flying Pokemon yourself. Care to try them against me?"

Of course Kitty might have wanted to decline, Jake already took the decision and through out a pokeball in the air. Opening, a small Pidgey flew out of it and landed softly on the ground spreading its wings to frighten the opposing trainer. This seemed like an easy battle hopefully. What was Kitty going to battle with?

"The names Jake by the way pretty lady."

[Kitty Pride]

Kitty looked at the Bird trainer and listen to him. When he asked for a battle she started to say no but before she could have the chance the trainer had tossed a Pokeball out and let out a Pidgey. The Pidgey didn't look like much of a challenge but she had no choice now to not battle him. She looked at her three birds trying to decide which one she could use. This Pidgey may be stronger then he looked so she will have to be careful. The only one of her Pokemon that didn't receive any damage in that battle against those Zubat was her Caterpie but then she believed that she will go with her own bird. "Brave Bird do you feel up for another battle my friend if not I can use one of the others so you can rest," Kitty said to her friend.

Brave Bird looked at the Pidgey and then at Kitty. He wasn't going to back out of this battle. He was Kitty's strongest friend and he will be willing to do this battle for her. He Cooed before he took off in flight off of her shoulder to also land on the ground and flapped his own wings at the Pidgey telling him that he wasn't going to be frighten by him and neither will Kitty. "It's nice to meet you Jake. My name is Kitty and I accept your challenge," she said giving Jake a smile before she looked at Brave Bird ready to battle.

Brave Bird wanted to start the battle off, not paying much attention to his trainer or what attack she was gonna call out. The starly leaped up off the ground and dove for the Pidgey with incredible speed. With one strike Pidgey was slammed with a quick attack sending Pidgey in the air. The Pidgey caught its balance by flapping his wings keeping him steady. Ooh was he mad.

"So your Starly has a bit of a challenge side does he? Then let's show him what we've got Pidgey! Use your tackle attack!" He called out.

The pigeon soared through the sky circling the bird. With immense power, the Pidgey tackled the Starly dead on but the damage was little. Brave Bird landed on his feet on the ground. As he stared at the Pidgey a glint appeared in its eye. This battle would be over soon but it'd be rivalry by the looks of it.

"Piiiii" The Pidgey cried out.

Kitty looked between her friend and Jake's Pidgey seeing that there is some kind of rivalry going on between the two of them. She was taken by surprise when she had saw Brave Bird attack without her saying anything to him. She hopes that he is ignoring her completely like she heard of some trainers Pokemon who have done that for a while. "Brave Bird, that was a good Quick Attack. You seem to have gotten the Pidgey angry. Be careful. Go back up in the air and wait for an opening before you use Growl and with Pidgey distracted from it use a Tackle of your on," she said.

Kitty wasn't sure on why Jake had wanted to battle her right away especially after seeing that battle she had with those four Zubat with her friends here but she wasn't going to let Brave Bird down. She knew that somehow and someway they will win this battle.
