Welcome to the Starlight Festival, a Special Festival indeed!
Make sure you join in with one of the events, as you could be rewarded!

You pass the small oak trees from the Woods, and find yourself at the gateway to the Starlight Festival. Here, you can make a little wish, and thank the sky gods, when the announcer says so. When they do, you will gather at the Waterfall, where the full moon's reflection shimmers in the gently rushing waters. Make your wish, and whisper 'Thank You, Sky Gods.' And good things may come your way soon.

Jolteon blinked, and looked around; she heard that there was going to be an 'Festival' here of some sort, but yet she saw noone.

"Uhm...hello? Anyone here?" She asked, blinking as she looked around; for a sign of pokemon life.

(Sorrys, short T.T I woke up an hour ago so my creativity isn't at its best xD)

Charmander walked into the festival, noticing that he is VERY early, as he didn't see any pokemon. He should probably come late, and not early.

However, it didn't mean that he was lonely, as he saw someone he knows. Jolteon! Hearing what she just said, he walked over to her, waving "I am here!"

[Phione]

there were many discussions about the upcoming starlight festival, and everyone seemed to be so happy about it. a certain squirtle wasn't such a fan of festivals though. yet due to the fact that he had nothing in particular to do, he decided to go. it wouldn't hurt.. i might see althea.. or a bunch of strangers. as he planned to go there, he completely forgot that he had no idea where it was. yet as he went down a path to somewhere, a bunch of pokemon were ahead of him talking about the starlight festival. if they were infact heading there, perhaps he could follow them. the squirtle, joseph, followed them quietly, making sure they wouldn't "notice".

as he tried to keep quiet, he saw the trees that past him which covered the sunlight. hopefully the area of the festival was going to have sunlight. then quite suddenly, he heard some yelling. soon, he was at the festival, seeing two pkmn. while other pkmn had come as well. oh great, it's that jolteon. and a charmander? not like i care. of course, he ignored them and began to walk around. he just hoped that no one would really "disturb" him. even though he would like some company.

"I am here!" Turning around, Jolteon smiled as she looked at her newly aquired friend.
"Hey Charmander! Finally, someones here...I was the first one here..." mentally chibi-like crying, she pouted about being the first one there, but shook her head and smiled; "Anyway, hows it going?" she asked him.

She glanced around and saw the Squirtle, Joseph, she thought his name was. She had the temptation to wave at him, but refrained from doing so seeing as she remembered what he thought of her; annoying. So she only smiled in his direction, not really caring if he saw it or not; because she already knew that he didn't care.

Looking at the sky as she awaited a reply, she noticed that it was close to sunset, she sighed softly; she has heard the legend of this festival but didn't exactly believe it; considering that she didn't believe in miracles. That damage was done the day her best friend and parents were caught by Pokemon trainers.

[Mudkip]

Walking through the Appleberry Woods among a slight crowd of other pokémon, who had obviously come together as a group, was Mudkip. As this group of pokémon slightly up ahead of her walked, she could hear them giggling to each other and chatting about their days, and other general things like that. It made Mudkip feel rather lonely, and she exhaled gently as she too walked onwards, towards the setting sun's light. I wonder if i'll see any of my friends.. The Mudkip wondered, and she looked up at the tree tops as she continued walking at her steady, yet kind of quick, pace. She then smiled, as she reassured herself that she would, when she thought, I'm sure you will. After all, this event is pretty big. No matter how many times one might go to it, they'll always usually return. Actually, Mudkip did find that rather fascinating, how the Starlight Festival always attracted such a large crowd, every time that it would return after several years. It was probably because of the spirits of each and every Pokémon. Fascinating.

As Mudkip thought about this, she was soon at The Ruin's outskirt. When she realised this, it was due to her bumping into someone. She gasped, and fell backwards. Rubbing her head, she then sat up, and looked up at who she had bumped into. It was.. "Electric!.. O-oh, u-uh-uhm, i-i'm s-so sorry, I-i uhm, g-guess i sp-sp-spaced out.. or s-something.." Mudkip then quickly appologised, as she quickly got to her feet. Then, she noticed the Charmander standing beside Jolteon. "Ch-charmander? Oh, h-hi. Long time n-no see!" Mudkip smiled, happy to see Charmander again at last. It was then, after another few moments of spacing out, that she realized something possible. "Oh, d-do you both kno-know each oth-other, then?" Mudkip asked, looking from Charmander to Electric curiously.

"Anyway, how's it going?" Charmander rubbed the back of his head "I am fine, thank you. I am not too embarrassed about the accident anymore... oh right, you won't tell someone about that, right?" Charmander said, slightly embarrassed about what happened with him and Phione.

Charmander noticed that someone bumped into Electric. It turned out to be Mudkip! When she saw Charmander and greeted him, he replied with "Hey Mudkip"

"Oh, d-do you both kno-know each oth-other, then?" "Not much actually... we met at a beach for some time ago. We then chatted a bit and..." Remembering that this was the time where the accident happened, Charmander immediately stopped, and asked Mudkip about Electric "What about you two? You seem to know eachother quite well!"

"I am fine, thank you. I am not too embarrassed about the accident anymore... oh right, you won't tell someone about that, right?" Jolteon laughed as Charmander rubbed his head slightly, she smiled at him; "Of course not, unless you want me to, of course." she said, smirking slightly

Realizing someone bumped into her, she blinked and looked behind her, to Mudkip, making her grin after Mudkip greeted the two pokemon; "Mudkip! Uhm...short-time-no-see, eh?" she asked, laughing slightly.

"Oh, d-do you both kno-know each oth-other, then?" she asked, making the electric pokemon blink, and open her mout to say something, "Not much actually... we met at a beach for some time ago. We then chatted a bit and..." Jolteon smirked and nodded; "Yeah, what Charmander said;" she replied, grinning.

"What about you two? You seem to know eachother quite well!" Blinking, Jolteon looked to Charmander, who asked that. And nodded happily; "Of course! She was the first pokemon I met here!" Jolteon grinned, laughing slightly.

[Mudkip]

"Mudkip! Uhm...short-time-no-see, eh?" Electric replied, laughing slightly. Mudkip smiled, replying cheerfully, "Yeah, haha." She also giggled slightly, but still feeling sort of embarrassed that she had bumped into Electric.
"Hey Mudkip" Charmander then replied too, and she smiled at him. It had been such a long time since she'd last seen him, never mind actually had a conversation with him!

To her question about them both knowing each other, Charmander and Electric replied, "Not much actually... we met at a beach for some time ago. We then chatted a bit and..." Charmander suddenly stopped for some reason. Mudkip looked at him, frowning slightly. To her, it seemed as if he had remembered something that had happened there, something he didn't want to mention. But that was okay, and she smiled after Electric said, "Yeah, what Charmander said;"
"Oh.. okay!" Mudkip then responded, ending the conversation on that topic, as she still smiled.

But Charmander then asked, "What about you two? You seem to know each other quite well!". "Uhmm.." Mudkip muttered, thinking about what to reply. She thought she had just ended the conversation on knowing each other completely, so was kind of at a loss for words now. Kind of. She opened her mouth to reply- "Of course! She was the first Pokemon I met here!" -when Electric did. Mudkip smiled, and nodded at Charmander, as she added; "W-we've met u-uhm.. a few times, b-but yeah, we-we're already g-getting on r-really w-well!" Mudkip giggled. It was true, then- they seemed like best buds even though they'd only met a few times! Perhaps that was down to Electric's nature. Mudkip was, after all, a little too shy sometimes to do any socialising where she started the conversation. Though she supposed that she had done here, this time. That made her smile a little, as she looked at the quickly setting sun.

"This is quite cool actually. It seems like everyone I meet know whose I know. Small world eh?" Charmander noted. He doesn't seem to recall any Pokemon he knows that doesn't know someone else he know. This is indeed somewhat a small world. Do they go around and mingle with others alot? It seems quite like that. Not that he minds, as he is happy when everyone else befriends someone.
