.RULES.

Usernames.
You may be called anything you wish aslong as it is not your real name or an offensive name. If offensive, you will be banned.
But it's better if you name yourself after a pokemon. ( check the 'Pok�mon List' for a list of taken Pokemon. )

Passwords.
NEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE ON THE INTERNET! Not even your bf/gf. This is unsafe.
No member of staff will ever need your password, so don't give them it!

Offensive Language & Material.
If you are found using offensive language ANYWHERE on PV, even in RP, then you will recieve a warning. If you do it again, you will be banned. Simple as that.

This goes for Trolling, Flaming, and Flame Wars also.

If you post offensive photos or links ( porn, for example ) you will be immediately banned with no warning.

Posting & Spam.
If you double/triple/quadruple etc, post then you will recieve the following;
Five times. A warning.
Ten times. A second warning.
Twenty times. Account suspension for two months.

If you spam ( Short Pointless Annoying Messages ) you will recieve the following;
Five Times. You will be warned.
Several Times. You shall recieve a 2nd warning.
15 Times. Suspension for a month.

God-modding.
God-modding is when you RP someone elses character. This is not allowed under any circumstances, and if you are found doing a lot of Mod-godding a member of staff will warn you to stop. If you ignore the warning you will be suspended for two months.

Acting As a Moderator.
When you correct a new member of the rules in an unfriendly way & report minor mistakes to the staff.

This is banned as It's just so rude to do, and makes it hard for the staff to keep up with the major rule-breakers. So please don't do it.

Advertising through PM.
If you advertise sites a lot in PM's you will be immediately suspended. If you continue to advertise after your suspension, you will be warned, then banned.

Signature Sizes
Your signature must not be larger than 150height x 500width. If it is, we will eat it, or hide it from you FOREVER!... Or something.

Pokemon Species.
Unless we get a lot of active members, we only allow one pokemon species per person.
For example, if someone is a Mudkip, we don't allow anymore people to be Mudkip. But if you get your friends to join then this rule may change =]

Pokemon Legendaries

You are not allowed to be a Legendary Pokemon. The Legendaries will sometimes be seen in special events and will be RolePlayed by Admins.

Inactive Accounts.
If you are Inactive for 3 months leaving no reason, your account will be deleted. The reason being that it is unfair to not let someone else be the Pok�mon you are because you're never online.

R-rated.

We don't allow many of these, but however, if your RP thread contains scenes that need to be R-rated please put an [R] in the topic title. If you are unsure of something, please ask an admin if it needs to be R-rated or not. & if something unplanned occurs, alert an admin immediately and they will add the [R] into your tile for you.

Characters.
Currently, you are only allowed one character. Members of the staff team are allowed 2 characters if they wish, because they help a lot with the board and so deserve a little extra :]
