Well, the reason I say this is...
Last night an Exeggcutor came to me in a dream.
He told me "tomorrow, my children shall meet you and your friends."
And you guys are the only friends I have (I try to get friends in school but they all persecute my Pokebeliefs ;_;) so I know either you or I will see the Exeggcute...

I've always found Easter as more of a Togepi day than Exeggcute.
I mean, Togepi is the one that appears to be decorated in bright colors.

I always thought that easter would be the most likely day for pokemon to hatch from their eggs...
Keep a look out in you're area for eggshells on the ground, since it could be evidance of baby pokemon in the area.
