Me, i have 7 and its good, i dont really want CS because it sounds more confusing and stuff. Plus so many brushes are for PS7.

i got PS 7 and CS, i like how CS has movie lens flare i think it is called, but i like both, i usually use CS for the new options 7 doesn't have
well i'm off to lacrosse practice, i'll catch you guys in 2 hours or so |

the only difference is that CS has some new stuff, i.e. a lens flare, some new filters and stuff

I have got Photoshop 8.0 CS, I like it, I had 7.0 for about 2 years ago, then I got a new computer and I felt like I wanted something updated, something new, so my fren fixed it for me. I'm happy with it, and I don't think it's that big different but as far as I know there is a few updates, and they are not hard to understand. xD

I have 7 and 8 , i downloaded 8 the other day. The only thing i don't like is that when you try and move text, ( using cntrl ) , with the text tool selected it gfoes funny. That's all.
But i love 8 much more.. it has a cool thing on filter --> render, instead of clouds.. but i just brush from scratch so it doesn't affect me |

I have PS7, and I'm too attatched to it to get CS
 Eventually I guess I should, so I can use certain brushes unavailable to PS7 |

i have cs, and i love it. the only diff is that cs has some new features, that are awesome, and a better interface in my opinion. also, if brushes are compatable with ps7 they are compatable with cs as well! the only thing that i know of that cs doesnt have is 3d transform which i miss sometimes when i wanna make something simple like a pair of die, but mostly i just use bryce/c4d anyways :-\
