I don't know if you guys have covered this, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on this:

Click for video.

I don't think this really needs much explaining.  This either came from one of the planes and we can prove once and for all what hit, or this cop stumbled upon a random scrap of Boeing material that happened to be on top of a car.

I posted this a long time ago on Letsroll, but after recent conversations with ScaffoldRider and Terrorcell, I figured I'd give it another go.  In fact, I'm pinning this, because I think this is a reasonable endeavor.

The thread is floating around here somewhere...

Sorry this doesnt help much...

(but we do have other plans in the works.. stay tuned... wink.gif)

From American Mechanic

Rob,
im still looking in the ipc, illustrated parts catalog. Nothing yet. Im looking at all boeing ac. Only hit i got for cstg was a bezel on the fuel quanity indicating sys on the 757 in the cockpit.
I know thats not it for sure. Im going to look at diff veriations of numbers. To me it looks like 250 T115-2, Do you concur.

Hi xxxxx,

Yeah, thats what the number looks like to me.

That "T" also can be an "F" i guess.

Cheers!
Rob

QUOTE
Hi Rob,
hope the other amt has better luck than me. I searched all boeing airframes that we have. This ipc search engine is pretty simple, enter nomenclature and click. No friggin luck. Not saying it doesn't exist, just couldn't locate it today. Sorry!

xxxxxx

From Continental Mechanic
QUOTE
Rob,

I haven't made it to the Boeing IPCs as yet (I'm on my
weekend off from work at the airport). It appears xxxx
has been at the Boeing IPCs for that casting number.

(snip)

...anyways, when it comes to CASTING part numbers,
that sort of informtion will be on PROPRIETARY Boeing
Blue Prints instead of Equipment User IPCs, AMMs and
the like.

This might very well be a job for somebody WITHIN
Boeing - one of their Tech Support folk OR within
their Engineering departments - perhaps even Field
Support.

I suggest tossing out a 'request' to any and all
Boeing employees who can have assess to BOEING
Blueprints wherein CASTING numbers make up the 'IPC'
for the items on the Boeing Assembly's blueprint of
and for that particular part.

Best regards,
- xxxxx

Someone over at another forum offered up a close-match, I was wondering if anyone could confirm the authenticity of the catalog:

They claim the part is a CSTG 256T1115-2, part of the LE Slat Control System.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sent an email to both mechanics a few days ago to verify.. havent heard from either of them in awhile.

Keep in mind, the guy who found the part above in the IPC is not an airline mechanic, he is an avionics tech. However, that doesnt mean the picture isnt authentic. But being that he is a govt loyalist and defends war criminals while trying to portray himself as a fully qualified airline mechanic, lets just say he likes to use spin.... often..

(i also see how they like to brag they found it first and we didnt... these people really need to get a life and grow up. I never seen so many people so determined and spending so much time on others who they think are 'kooks'. Thats just weird.. or perhaps an agenda? They validate our concerns with their actions.)

I'll let you know as soon as i hear from our mechanics... I also have an email in to the American mechanic on another issue. Hope to hear from him soon.

I agree. I am skeptical about all this.

The first question in my opinion should be: How did the goverment handle this part ? Was the part research and mach via part/or serial number etc to the flight 175 or 11 ? (and all the other parts, engine, landing gear etc) Is there any official documents about it ? And so on.

If not... then the government (or official institutions) did not handle it as evidence of any kind... obviously.
And if the official did not look at it as evidence... that alone is very suspicious. (imo)

Thank you so much JDX. There are a growing number of researchers, myself included, that would like to close the books on this one.

..and what would be the significance of this IF ANY to the lay individual?

Does it point to a lie/dishonesty by the government?
