"After the first false start, the NSA asked the consulting firm Booz
Allen Hamilton, which was involved in aspects of the project, to take
on a broader role to get the program's many segments working together.
But the NSA is unhappy with the firm's performance, which it deemed
slow and rigid, one former government official said. A spokesman for
Booz Allen declined to comment, citing confidentiality agreements.

Booz Allen's contract is slated to end in October, and the NSA plans
to do the work on its own, probably with assistance from a new
contractor, the former official said."

Hey jo, you know I've been working on a 'connect the dots' chart (currently trying to create something in easy to follow HTML mode, with links). I just wanted to say your posts over the last few days have been VERY helpful ! ! I've been noticing that the involovement of specific companies with DoD/CIA projects waxes and wanes, but the activity and complicity of the PEOPLE running them (James Woolsey in Booz Hamilton's case) - is a constant.

(I saw this statement recently, thought it was applicable to all the corruption we're uncovering and trying to connect. It's a total disgrace and to think that fellow Americans are perpetrating the biggest scam on their own people, or complicit in allowing it to happen, is unconscionable).
