1. First open an new document. and lets say 500x500. Background: Transparent.
2. Make your foreground color white. Select the Pen tool (shortcut "
P")
3. Draw a shape (you have to practice alot to make a nice shape). Just start by making a line, and twist it a bit. It is a bit tough, but remember: Practise makes perfect.
This is what i got:

4. Make a new layer (
Ctrl+Shift+N)
5. Press
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E or go
Layer -> Merge Visible to.. Merge all layers.
7. Now Duplicate the 'Shape 1' layer. All layers that are done with the Pen/Shape tools are called 'Shape X'.
8. Delete all layers that has names like shape 1, 2, 3, and so on.
9. Now you should have 2 of the same layers left. Select one of the layers and click the layer (In the layer's tab) while holding control to select it. Then go to
Edit -> Transform -> Flip Horizontal10. Now you should you have a nice shape but it hasn't really got that 'it' look to it. Make a new layer and Merge Visible (Like in step 5). Then go to Then Press
Ctrl+U to enter Hue/Saturation and check the Colorize box. Choose a color u like and click ok.
11. Now go to
Layer -> Layer Style -> Bevel and Emboss and just leave the settings as they are and press okay.
