Hello and Welcome to Penance! If you are new to Penance, please read and familiarize yourself with the rules (and everything else) before playing. We love to have fun on the site and to have fun, it's good to know the rules.
We are finally open for others to join! Granted, we're low on members so if you manage to just take a peek in here, please let others know that we are now open and ready to start rping with you! Don't hesitate to ask for help in the C-box or PM an Administrator (ANY of us will do, I promise) with any concerns you may have.
--Penance is Almost Done!--
We still have a long way to go before we can get this site up and underway. Just a few more pushes and shoves and we'll be well on our way! Let's try our best!
Dark Wraths Tribal Lands The Werewolves of the Dark Wraths are an amazon-like society full of avenging and warrior female werewolves. The members of this tribe are more likely to accept those of Demi and Altered species of Werewolf into their fold, as well as Metis werewolves.
The following tribal camps reside in the Dark Wraths Tribe: Otrera's Warriors, The Obeisances (Kudos), The Sovereignty, The Moon-Children, and The Soul of Artemis.

Cosmos Tribal Lands The werewolves of the Cosmos Tribe reside in the more greener areas of Vagrant Grotto and, though few trees are there, the night life is where it is at. This area of land is the loudest and brightest in the evening in Vagrant Grotto for there is always a party going on. Werewolves of Cosmos made it a point to place themselves closer toward the main power source for their electricity to enhance their constant partying lifestyles. Mezzoclaw, Fortefang, and Ivorytail Clans party it up here.

Sable Dancers Tribal Lands Allied to the Bane, the members of the Sable Dancers are the enemies of the tribes allied to the Garou Nation. Once two separate tribes, after the surface world was all but destroyed, the two werewolf tribes combined forces to strengthen their numbers against their enemies. They are vicious, calculating, manipulative, and quite evil. If you are not forced to join their ranks, they warp your thoughts with words of intrigue and rouse the curiosities of those who are doubtful of themselves. Many a wolf from the Garou Nation has fallen into the clutches of the Sable Dancers Tribe and they are especially hateful toward those of the Dark Wraths Tribe. The Darkclaw, Redfang, Cursefang, Baneclaw, Crossfur and Blackpad Clans control most of the activity in this territory with many scattered lone wolves or Clanless wolves in their circle.

Fenrir Masters Tribal Lands Those of the Fenrir Masters Tribe reside near the open field areas and closer toward the cliff areas near various oasis. Though the terrain is harsh, those of the Fenrir Masters tend to like their solitude and austere environment. The Fenrir Masters, like the Sable Dancers, were once two tribes and have now combined their numbers in order to prosper. Having grievances with the Cosmos (and their annual noise-making) make it a point to situate their territory as far away from the Cosmos Tribal Lands as possible. They are prone to lash out at those of the Garou Nation who irritate them to a certain degree. Fenrir Masters focus more on ability than what race an individual is and, therefore, are more welcoming toward those of both True Born and non-True Born blood. They prefer to state that they are allied with no one and their lands possess very Asian influenced architecture. The Honorfang, Darktail, Stonefur, and Fierceclaw Clans make their homes here.

Glimmer-Eye Tribal Lands Very in-tuned with nature, the werewolves of the Glimmer-Eye tribe live with no electricity in their lands except for the power to light their streets coming in and out of the Tribal lands. Situated in the middle of a large meadow, they are pretty open to Altered and Demis of the werewolf descent and take time to visit the Forest of Rivergate to have their "coming of age" rituals and holy ceremonies. Glimmer-Eye is home to the Timberclaw, Heartfang, and Briofur Clans.

Crystal Pacers Tribal Lands Located near Infernal Regions, this place is the closest to a metropolis in Vagrant Grotto you could possibly get. With their love of technology and resources, werewolves of the Crystal Pacers Tribe prefer to ride skateboards and scooters versus walking to and from somewhere, so there's constant traffic going on. Though Cosmos is at the heart of Vagrant Grotto's electrical source, the Crystal Pacers Tribe has manage to "borrow" 50% of Cosmos's electrical output, especially during the daytime. The Swifter, Raytail, Amberfur, and Steelfang Clans live here.

Sterling Claws Tribal Lands Because the Sterling Claws are the leaders of the Garou Nation, most of their top representatives and leaders live in Zone 2 where they work in Shangri-La HQ. Those who do not live there reside where most of the water supply is at, not too far from where the Cosmos Tribe is situated. Though they do not live on much electricity, if there was ever a need, all of Cosmos would be forced to shut-down. The area is serene and quiet and seemed to be filled with some kind of magic with all its stone architecture resembling that of Italian design. The Clans of the Sterling Claws are the Royalclaw, Kindlefang, Graytail, and Shieldfur.

Crimson Fang Tribal Lands Crimson Fang Tribal Werewolves live closest to Arcadia Station and are a bit on the radical side. Their ultimate hatred of humans causes many of the Crimson Fang Tribe to turn away humans who visit Zone 1, regardless of what race or species of Non-Human they may be visiting. Though this disgusts them (having contact with humans, that is), they would much rather force misery on as many humans as possible before even thinking about letting them pass. Their lifestyle is "upper-class" if you could compare them and their attitudes are equally snobby. The four main Clans in the Crimson Fang Tribe are the Savageclaw, Cruelfang, Feralpelt and Vicioustail.

Soundless Tracers Tribal Lands Because these group of Werewolves are constantly traveling, this is considered their "base of operations" versus an actual land where they sleep and grow and learn in. Traveling from place to place throughout the underground (and above the surface), they generally stop through this area only to resupply and stock up on goods for their next journey. Those in the Soundless Tracers tend to be traveling performers of sorts, as well as an information network to those who wish to gain more knowledge. Wanderpelt, Jauntclaw, Straytail, and Lostfang Clans are members of this caravan.

Flashwhirl Tribal Lands Known to have saved and raised the only remaining Striker werewolf, the Flashwhirl Tribe holds a deep grudge against the Garou Nation (regardless of their alliance with them). Their territory is a mixture of rural and urban buildings, most relying on farming and trade from different Tribal Camps to get most of their goods. Flashwhirl Tribal Lands is home to the Valiantfur, Boldfang, and Dashclaw Clans, and is the place where Faolan Nightshade, the only Striker werewolf in existence, was raised.
